Clean store and staff was friendly enough. Low stock of a lot of things though and pretty high prices.

Good selections of fabric. Higher prices, but sale made it more affordable. Sales person who assisted in cutting fabric and checkout was clueless an measurements beyond cutting fabric or anything about notions.

This woman at the register had no idea what she was talking about. She just didn’t talk and stared at me... the email sign up sends you a 20% code and I never received it. She said I can only use online when it clearly says in store. Manager even confirmed I can use in store. Then I came back in to ask a question and they were talking/laughing about it by their customers. Soooo disrespectful. You NEED to train your employees better. That was ridiculous. Would give a zero star.

Every time I go Im constantly waiting to be checked out for one reason or another. The staff lacks speed and knowledge of the products. They sell oil and acrylic paint but god for bid you to find the paper to use it on. Not everyone paints on canvas. Thats not to mention the whole paint department is a joke.However this is secondary to the poor service. We have been pretty loyal customers until now. After 10 years of spending almost 100+ an month, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Amazon might have me waiting two days but at least I can get on with my life when Im ready to check out.

There were at least 2 people that were not waiting on anyone and the line was down one aisle and into the main aisle. There were 2 registers that were not being used. This was the first and now only time I will ever be in your store. Such unprofessionalism.

It is the worst shopping experience I have ever had the lady that waited on me was Anne she was rude disrespectful and told me what I needed and wouldnt sell me anything I needed just what she wanted me to buy. They also treated the other employees badly by yelling at them in front of customers. They also pushed them to sell certain items that they are over stocked in then be littleing them when they did not sell what they were ordered to.

Decent enough selection for the location. Staff on the floor was helpful, but checkout is why there are only 4 stars to my review instead of five. The cashier moved at the speed of molasses in January which was surprising because Im pretty sure shes younger than I am, which isnt very old. She gave me my total and I pointed out that an item, which I was purchasing multiples of, wasnt showing the correct price; the cashier next to us said, Oh yeah, those are ringing up wrong. (So this is a known problem in the store, whats being done to correct it??) The cashier helping me pulled a calculator out of a drawer, rerang up all of the item. I told her the price was still incorrect; she played with her calculator some more and said, Thats what Im coming up with. Another woman behind me, who Im assuming was another employee not working that shift, agreed that I was telling her the correct price. My final total was $50 less than what she originally told me, so be mindful of the pricing as youre buying things.

Small but well stocked and really nice and helpful staff.

For a smaller store it has a lot of what JoAnn Fabrics carries. Often though because it is small it gets messy. Staff has improved from even 6 months ago. Friendlier and able to be more helpful.

They have a great variety of crafts and fabrics. Many items are on sale or coupons are available. They held a wealth of materials available

Great deals on everything from craft kits to sell by the yard fabric. Far more selection than I expected for a small town store. Nice, clean, newer location.

Staff friendly and helpful. Large store with lots of choices. Store clean, shelves were not in disarray. Found everything I needed without a problem. And found some stuff I didnt need, LOL.

I have been to most of the Joann store in the state of Wisconsin. I sew for a living. My only complaint is consistent with every single store I have been to and that is there is too little staff to accommodate the customers. Something needs to change. The staff at this store is always welcoming and friendly and that is appreciated. I just feel bad for them because I know they get overwhelmed and people are likely not very friendly when they have to wait for long periods of time.

I had never been to this place & was looking for an item needed for a project. When I had asked if they had the items the person working didnt even know what I was talking about. Other than that, being my 1st time in the store I was amazed at how many items along with the variety was sweet.

Smaller Joann store.Some cashiers (like 👍Heather!) help more than others with coupons. Sometimes hard to find help with questions. Seems understaffed. 👎 Prefer FDL store.

Like the east side store, its good for picking up basics. There is greater selection at west side location if looking for something specific.

Good sale prices on yarn. Selection of colors could be a bit better. Good store.

Avoid at all costs the employees are terrible at their jobs. Can help one customer but not another. Will not return or buy from here again!

I love Joanns except for the the time around the holidays. Sented pinecone are placed close to the entrance and I cannot enter with my chemical sensitivity without triggering a migraine.

Always find my yarn here for the most part and it is never super busy that I feel crammed

17.00 dollars just for a pattern,all fabricsway to highly priced. Mostly cotton blends, not compatible with most paterns. It used to be cheaper to make my own.now I go to the sewing area in wall Mart for all that I need.very happy I can now aford to make my own clothes.
