Miss Tammy really helped me with finding a mattress today!! Best help I’ve gotten from a mattress employee. Knew what she was talking about and wasn’t confused about prices or anything. Really helpful, and made sure what I wanted was right and did her best to help me out. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give negative star rating I would. My best advice is dont waste your time or your money even stepping foot into this establishment. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! I had to actually go as far as contacting their corporate office to get matters resolved I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

RUN! Do not walk away from Mattress One Beaumont. No one is accountable! Frank Billeaudeau and Natascha Martin sold my mom a mattress and adjustable frame. These folks in the store in Beaumont say one thing and the regional office in Houston says another. We did not receive the discounts promised and each entity is pointing their fingers at the other saying it was their responsibility. And due to the nature of mattress sales, we have no recourse and cannot return the product.

I bought a mattress from the store on I-10 frontage on Feb 22nd and it was to be delivered the following Tuesday. I was told Id receive a call one hour before delivery. I never did. I had to call the store on the day of delivery only to find out the mattress had been discontinued for a month. Why was i sold a mattress that didnt exist?I was then told to go to the store on Dowlen because it was bigger. I picked a mattress there and was told it wasnt in stock, but i could have the floor model. Why do they continue to have mattress on the floor they dont sell any more? So i agreed to take the floor model, but told it couldnt be sold for another week and delivered the following Tuesday (March 7th). All week, i hadnt heard anything. I called the store on the delivery date to understand what time was delivery, only to be told that they cant delivery mattresses from the floor. Why am I just being told this information? This is twice that I had to called to be told pertinent information. I then asked for my money back and was told it would be seven days before i receive my refund. It has been two weeks with me sleeping on an air mattress. I will not ever patronize this business again because this type of laxidasical customer service seems to permeate through the entire organization

Wish I could give them ZERO STARSTHEY SOLD ME A MATTRESS THEY DIDNT HAVE IT STOCK AND TOLD ME MY MATTRESS WOULD BE HERE WHEN I MOVED INTO MY NEW HOUSE AND I HAVE NO MATRESS FOR MY HOUSE WHEN I MOVED IN BC THEY DONT DELIVER ON WEDNESDAYS AND THE LADY COULD JUST SAY OH WELL AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY REFUND BACK FROM THE FIRST OF FEBRUARY!!! Sales person was nice, product great! but overall a horrible experience. I ask specifically If I could get my bed deliver after a certain time becuase of my job sales person said it was no problem. Say of delivery i get a call from the delivery man to say he was at my house and that I missed my delivery. He said that he was not aware of my request. Call and they schulded the delivery for Sat. I told them to make sure I get my bed by that day because i family over. It 2pm Saturday I call the store to find out they forgot to Sechulde a delivery and that they were sorry and that I will get a credit for the inconvenience I said ok. I went on vacation came back and schulde the delivery again they said delivery man should call an hour before my delivery. By the way had no call and had to stay at home half a day waiting for my delivery. Which by the way it was missing my matteres cover that they have five the the run around for a month saying that they forgot, they deliver wrong size, they are in back order, theyb will call me when they get them in. I bought my beds may 16 I got my statement to find out my credit for them not delivery my beds on time was not there. Call the store manager gave me customer service number which by the way they answer and put me on hold for 10 minutes until my call for disconeted because they had closed already. So unprofesional and about to return all the stuff!!!! So disapoitment in his this situation is been handle. Hopefully no body experience what I had been going thru and deafently I wouldnt reconend this location or buy from them again!!!

Purchase a mattress last Saturday June 3 twin xl from Kendrix salter Friday comes I call to ask about time of delivery and he tells me it had to be special order and would be delivered Saturday June 10 call at 12:02 he not at work show up around 2 and saw reviews so knew next step call corporate and was told was never order
