Most honest shop Ive ever went to. They had an problem with my drive shafts and broke it while pressing on the new carrier . Instead of just telling me my drive shaft was bad like most other shops would do they owned. Up to their mistake and got me a whole new drive shaft.on their dime. They got a customer for life from me. And I recommend them to anyone I can.👍 good job PTO

Youre not allowed inside of the warehouse. Got to call that number to get a door and just wait in your truck for you to get loaded when theyre done theyll bring the papers out to you. Google maps will bring you straight to their door. Loading is slow one to two hours tops.

Worst customer service ever. I place an order on February the 10th and they send me an email saying the machine I ordered was back order and it will be ready to be shipped by March 10th. I waited until March 15, and nothing came in my email. I sent them an email that I wanted to cancel and no one reply my email.I went to the web and revised my order status and it had the same information, that the machine will be sent on March 10th. On March 15 I called the main office to check the status of my order and they told me that my order was back but until May. If I do not call, they do not notify me about it. The costumer service representative told me the system was failing and sometimes does not update the orders, Also she wanted to sell me another machine that either had on stock.Bad customer service.

The company Icon Fitness has shown me absolutely horrible customer service. I have been waiting on a replacement treadmill for 5 months. Originally purchased from Costco. Had the motor go bad and needed replacing. It was covered under the warranty. After not hearing from them, I called them. They replied with whoops the motor is no longer in production and the treadmill also is no longer in production. So they said I could receive a replacement. That was around 3 months ago. This whole process has taken around 5 months and I am continually told (inaccurately) that well get a new shipment soon. You should receive your treadmill in 14 days. Completely bogus again and again. I understand if inventory is down because of Covid, but Id prefer if the company was just straight with me about the timeframe. Very bad customer service.

As a truck driver I spent the whole day here, arrived here at 10:00 am, my dispatcher gave the loading time at noon, called the dispatcher of this company, they told me that my load was at 3 PM, called at 3 pm, they said call at 4 PM. the download process took 40 minutes, but then another hour and a half to receive the documents

This review is for their customer support and repair policy.I paid for extended warranty that includes parts and service at home when I purchased my rowing machine. Less than 6 mos later the parts needed to be replaced.The most ridiculous part of this whole thing is their troubleshooting policy. I was asked to open the rower where all the mechanism and electrical are in (the troubleshooting that I know is resetting the device or maybe unplugging it for 1 minute, but not opening it up). I told them I don’t feel comfortable with this process and asked if they could send a technician instead, but I didn’t have a choice. Then I was asked to take a video of it - from the video they figured out what was wrong (amazing) and said they will order parts and send a technician over. This process took ONE MONTH. Then the technician came and took the whole thing apart only to find out more parts need to be ordered. The technician was nice and explained what was wrong, but this will delay the repair another 2 weeks or so.Bottom line is, if not because of their stupid troubleshooting policy, if they just sent a technician when I requested them to, the problem could have been fixed by now.

Just a suggestion from one of the companies that you ship with. It’s not that hard to load your freight in complete loads with all your product together. I shouldn’t have to sit here for 3 hours putting shipments together because your employees can’t seem to be able to handle a simple task.

This company is a joke. Their equipment is junk quality and way overpriced for the junky quality of exercise equipment and junky customer support. I have had a treadmill worked on 9 times this past year. They are constantly throwing parts at it thinking a non-fixable problem will get fixed. Some of the parts they send are already broken so the repair man has to come back. Their extended warranty company UTS is a big joke. They do not care that people pay 2000$+ for a piece of exercise equipment which sits and sits because it is more broken than useable. Stay away from this company and their brands NordicTrack, ProForm, Weider, Golds Gym and FreeMotion Fitness. Their fitness technology brand I-Fot including WiFi-enabled fitness equipment and fitness wearables, iFit. The company also has a running and trail shoe brand named Altra footwear. All of it is garbage. Contact the Federal Trade Commision, Attorney Generals Officer and the Better Business Bureau. Icon Health and Fitness cannot get Better Business accredited because their ratings are so low. You will see, check it out on the BBB website under Icon Health and Fitness.

I have had the most awful customer experience with one of your company / product (Nordicktrack treadmill). We called the company and said we live on 3rd floor without any elevators and they said that was not a problem. The company tried to deliver this product FOUR times. And EVERY time they come with two guys, say they need a third person, more money to hire the third person. We paid extra for the 3rd person to be hired, but they came back again with some two random other dudes, no clue about the case, telling us again they need a 3rd person!! We called the company and complained on trial 1, 2, and 3 - every time saying that they were sorry and would get this resolved ASAP. After the 4th time, we simply gave up and returned the bike. There is another shocker, in addition to paying for a 3rd person that never came, they also made us pay a $200 restocking fee - for a tread we NEVER received!! This is an awful company with unfair and very questionable practices. I hope they get sued!

I will no longer buy anything from them ever again Trash experience.Gary Didn’t want to give me a refund or even exchange on 2 damaged Items that was damaged buy UPS.i hope nobody goes through the same thing I went through. If you do go through them make sure you don’t ship your items because all your stuff will gets trashed by them and by UPS. I suggest you do a pick up from the store. But they will get no good reviews from me. You guys are trash with customer service.

Icon health and fitness, as an extension of ProForm and Nordic Track fitness equipment have serious logistical and communications issues. The first delivery of a ProForm treadmill yielded a Nordic Track elliptical at my house, where the shipping company they used says that it is company policy to not put any offloaded equipment back on the truck. From there, the act of trying to get my treadmill has been a series of egregiously bad bouts of customer service calls that resulted in not only two separate occasions where they casually mentioned after confirming the pick up that no pick up was scheduled. I am now responsible and liable for an elliptical that I didn’t order that was off loaded on my property because the warehouse loaded the truck wrong and refused to make the connection to pick up the unit. On top of the logistical nightmare the pick up has become, due to the elliptical taking the place where the treadmill is supposed to be, we were forced to reschedule the delivery of the treadmill. I just received a phone call from an angry truck driver accusing me of not being home at the delivery time that I had not confirmed in the first place. Checking a voicemail he made, it was obvious that he even lied about waiting for 45 minutes (he couldn’t have arrived for longer than 3 minutes)! The time and hassle that this whole ordeal wasted and caused for me is an absolute affront to consumerism and I would not recommend dealing with this disaster of a company to even my worst enemy.

Equipment is junk. Plus there is ZERO support from ICON. The rep I spoke with told me three different stories about how to get my equipment to work...none of them worked. Found out later that this is ICONs strategy. Stick customers with equipment that doesnt work.

Worst company ever deal with. They use contractors up and going by Juan, not punctual and play games instead of fixing the equipment. They dont show up or they are late 3 hrs. I purchased the Norditrack and thats why I have to use them. This is the worst purchase and extended warranty someone can find.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Buyer beware! If you buy anything from them and there are missing parts (or in my case torn boxes with missing pieces) when you receive your fitness machinery, their customer service WILL NOT help. They will hang up on you and ignore your emails. Save time and hassle by going to a more reputable seller.

I know a person who financed 3 (THREE) SEMI truck loades of fitttnes equipment from Icon. A Gold mine for the price. Beautiful equipment dilivered to his GARAGE.not a warehouse with space. It was sad to see those machines getting rained on and collecting dust. I would be careful who you sell or finance so much equipment to.

I bought a Free Motion 890 less than a year ago. It broke. I bought the extended warranty and it was still under your warranty. The ICON customer service is unbelievably bad. Expect ZERO support. I was on hold for over 4 hours and bounced around from person to person for up to another 30 minute wait time. I was told that there was no time frame for when I could get my replacement part. To this day, the part is still not available. Their customer service has not reached out to me ONCE! I even sent letters to the President, CEO, and Founder. Nothing. I am unbelievably disappointed in this treadmill listed at about $4000. Its a piece of metal in my garage.
