Prices not as good as they were a year age for sure. More furniture than anything else. Staff not very helpful and store was disorganized.

I love Big Lots, but with the service provided at the Beaumont location its not hard to see why consumers are shifting to online business. The employee attitudes are the absolute worst. I will not stop at this place for a long time!!! Nobody working the registers and I get the impression the staff couldnt care less if the shoppers drop dead. Beyond unacceptable. (Multiple visits, same atmosphere)

GREAT new furniture! Bedroom, living room, easy chairs, entertainment centers and more! Lots of other bedding, housewares, sheets, towels, GROCERIES, all at SUPER prices. Wonderful selections and colors. Definitely worth your time to go and look!

The store was clean. Had nice service at register. Had help when looking for product.

The layout was confusing but in general a very cleanly laid out store. Some sections were not logically located next to others... thats the only reason for a drop of a star. Not many workers trying to help out, mostly concerned with restocking. Cashier was curteous. In general, much better of a BigLots than Ive seen in other neighborhoods. But expect to get more lost than in a Walmart.

Went today for the Labor Day sale but our store didnt have the main item I was lookin for. No big deal there. However the other thing I wanted was chips. They had a great deal on a variety of chips, (or so I thought). The circular had no specifications and neither did the tag they had in-store. Not one of the bags I grabbed was on sale so I am not sure what was. ( Lays dill pickle, Cheetos Jalapeno Cheddar, Fritos Honey BBQ, Lays Jalapeno kettle cooked) No one offered to honor the tag or really even discuss it. Just brushed it off as nothing. For future reference, be more specific so customers know. Pics are of the online ad they emailed me...

Store is well kept and clean. Staff is polite.

Very spacious layout. Nice flow of where products are placed. The center is wholly furniture and that makes for a nice central view. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to returning.

Can always count on them for low price merchandise. Needed over the door racks and was able to find three for $3.50 apiece which has 6 hooks allowing for 12 hanging spaces.

I love shopping at Big Lots! They have a little of everything, things that you typically dont see at other stores, and all at great prices! They do offer curbside pickup, so you can shop online and pick up at your local store if thats more your thing!

The past 4 times I’ve been to the Beaumont big lots, I’ve had to either ask the cashier for a price or try to find someone and ask what the price is for something. If the merchandise is on the shelf I expect it to have a price tag on it or the correct tag on the shelf in front of it. I would say over half of the merchandise in that store has no tag or just on the shelf for the customer to figure it out for themselves. Please do better. I would buy a lot more if I know the prices of the merchandise.

I was Very Blessed today. I dont like to go shopping, but had to get out and replace some items that we lost due to Hurricane Harvey. So today, my friend and I went to Big Lots, in Beaumont, for the 1st time. Its a fairly large store. They carry lots of pretty and useful things and have a fairly large selection to choose from. The prices were reasonable. Some of the same items I had been looking to purchase were priced lower than WM.I needed to replace rods, curtains and rugs for the whole house,. Most of the products purchased happened to be on SALE!! Went in and out in a short time frame, no waiting in long lines!!My trip to Big Lots saved me money that I had to spend. The store manager and sales women we talked to were very kind and knowledgeable of the products they carry. Ill most likely go back, to purchase more things that have to be replaced. *Maybe they will Be On Sale too.*

I always shop here for kitchen wears and many other wonderful things. I purchased a beautiful couch and recliner for my new home a couple of months ago. The price was great and they worked with me on my pickup date. You wont be disappointed!

Love Big Lots this is by far the best one in our area clean, spacious and very organized with pleasant staff. As far as discounts goes they are not very deep lots of items are the same price as regular stores. Not to say I havent got some good deals . Not just this one but all that i visited

Customer service lacks. No cashiers in sight to check out. Asked for help. Was told (very rudely I might add) that they were with another customer. And there were 2 cashiers helping one person? We dropped our stuff right where we left it and walked out. Will NOT be back ever again!

The store looks great and it’s large but the pricing is very high for a big lots. I shop at the big lots in orange and the pricing is a lot cheaper. I’m not sure what the difference is but I bought a couch from the Orange location for $500 and I saw a similar couch at the Bmt location for $1,000. There pricing is just not what I expected for the quality they have. I was going to buy a dresser for $300 but when I looked it over it had scuff marks all over it and the drawers were lopsided.

We were killing time when we decided to go to Big Lots. As we walked around we found quite a lot of things we needed. We got a scraching post, cat food and cat snacks. We loved the gazebo.

Big Lots is my favorite go to place for everything in my house! Im so glad Beaumont finally got one!!! Just go ahead and take my money now! Its so neat and clean and the staff are quite friendly.

If I could possibly give it less than 1 star I would, people are rude and unhelpful all together we were looking at a table and the lady said let me go see if we have it in stock 45 minutes later we are still sitting there waiting on her to come back then we see her helping someone else so I walk up to her and ask if she found the table she looks up with a dirty look and says no we didnt have it. So I ask why she left us sitting there so long without coming back and telling us that andshe just looked at me stupid.

This location at the old Toys R Us space has good inventory at good prices.Better furniture than expected with a good selection of home wares.
