Have been dealing with this organization since 2009. Manager Melissa is a constant presence and always has a smile. The service never wanes and Im ALWAYS satisfied when I leave.

I ABSOLUTELY love this store. Every time I am there, they are friendly, customer service is fantastic. Sometimes they do get busy and they are very slow when that happens however they show attention to every customer so I dont mind waiting.

Went in and got a wedding band. Which happened to be a bit to big, ordered a correct size and still havent gotten it since last year December 2018!!! The people who work there have been putting in the wrong size!!! And acting like they dont know what they are doing. This is the first and last time I buy jewelry from there!!!

The worst place to get jewelry they guarenteed my engagement ring by a certain date and it wasn’t ready ruined weeks of planning and the whole purpose didn’t get to purpose and had no effort to make it right every kiss does not begin with Kay go somewhere else

BEWARE there service is so good that I went in Kay at park dale mall one day to just check my ring size, but I ended up buying the ring and the lady suggested to just book and buy after few weeks so I can get on there sale day saving more money.

The best place to find the gifts for the one you love. A store manager that is very helpful and really cares.

Loved the help where pickin out my wedding band. But the service since then sucks!!! I have called 3 times today after being told to call back after 5 to see if my band is back from taking 2 weeks to get resized & no one wants to answer the phone and the call goes on for 3:00 min. Very impersonal after youve bought your jewelry and customer service sucks.

The atmosphere was not very welcoming...too in grossed in conversation to speak..and when the opportunity came it was forced..not friendly at all..

Have never done business with them, but called about having links taken out of a watch... $36.99 seemed excessive. Called Heartfields and he said typically $1 per link, and not to exceed $10 total.

Worst store ever! Poor customer service and manager handles situations poorly!!!!

If I could give this place a no star I would.My husband bought me a necklace in Dec.and it broke and they refuse to fix it and when.My husband bought it they told him that it has a year warranty on it and.then the lady just said it only had 60 days.JUST BEWARE OF.THIS STORE IN BEAUMONT
