Store is a combination Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts...This has to be one of the worst run businesses I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. We moved to town recently and had great Dunkin Donuts where we are from. This one? Horrible! They are constantly out of whatever we order. Even the cooler where you can grab a drink is almost always empty.Adding insult to injury, stopped by today (Sunday). Early morning. They were out of soda, of course, so I ordered an apple cranberry cooler. Out of both apple and cranberry. They had some atrawberry5, which isnt even a choice. Fine I will have that. They made it with coconut milk, which was strange, but whatever. Also ordered a couple donuts. Remember- Sunday morning... a busy day for them... STALE and nasty donuts.Daughter needed to use the bathroom. They are roped off so customers cannot use them. Asked and was told- we dont have public restrooms.One final silliness... leaving, my daughter asked for an ice cream cone. This store also is a Baskin Robbins. Asked for a scoop of mint chip - I believe their most popular flavor. Guess what??? Yep, out of mint chip.Whomever manages or owns this place needs to go into a different line of work. Horrible Experience!

Hours of operation on the drive thru window state they close at 11pm. Soon as we pull in at 8 the young girl seen us step out the vehicle and locks the door 🙄. So we then proceeded to the drive thru where she informed us the kitchen was closed. So why stay open until 11 if 80% of the products that is offered is not available. The girls were extremely rude when I asked what time do the kitchen close. Not to mention they gave my son the wrong ice cream! Next time I will either go to Starbucks for my coffee and breakfast sandwich or Marble Slab for my ice cream!

Arrived right before 9 on a Saturday night. No hours posted on the door, but website said they were open til 11. It was only my husband and I, but two people came over to help us. Then we couldnt find the spoons and had to ask. The whole thing felt really awkward. When we walked out, they locked the door behind us. So I guess they were trying to close, but like I said - no signs or hours posted. As we got in the car to go, two more cars pulled up and people tried to go inside but couldnt. The ice cream was good, but I didnt get the feeling that I want to go back.

Unfortunately when we went into the store they had at most 8 flavors to choose from! This time we tried through Uber eats and Baskin robbins advertises all kinds of flavors but once again they have very little to choose from.

I work DoorDash and the last 2 times Ive received orders for this location I have to cancel them because their kitchen has closed early. Its frustrating, especially when I have to provide non-existent store hours to cover my own butt. Thanks for nothing.

Have never once answered the phn. Not sure if its the wrong number or not. Just trying to call ahead to see if they have waffle cones, cause they usually dont. Please order more mix! Or if thats not the real reason, please tell them to keep them made up. Cause they always just say they r out of mix.

This location is a lot better than the one on Lucas. They are fast and friendly.

This store is always short staffed and does not yet have in store dining. I dislike having ice cream in my car. Selection has improved. Just avoid donuts in Beaumont stores. They come out of Houston and are stale.

Its hit and miss with Dunkin Donuts lately. However, the early morning crew are always cheerful and offer great customer service.

This place is a joke. I paid for an ice cream cake. They made it two days late for a birthday. They didnt put the right name on it and then couldnt give me a refund because a manager needed to be there.

Worst customer service ever.I want to give them zero star.Very unprofessional.They ruined my day.Didn’t made my order.When I was there to pickup the cake they said sorry we didn’t make it and we don’t know how to fix it as well.Wheb it’s time to refund they refund me half of my amount.I will never go to this location again.Better to order from somewhere else.

I always wanted ice cream from Basin- Robins because of its slogan 31 Flavors. Well upon my First visit to this location on Laura/Calder in Beaumont was a great disappointment to me and my daughter. Upon arrival and into the facility we see two people working, a lot of the ive cream was empty, they seemed bother by fact that other people besides us wanted to be service but NO ice cream and they did remove the empty containers.

Went to get refreshing ice cream. No one will wait on customers, I had to get ice cream from cooler in quarts and eat with plastic spoon. 15 minutes go by and I decide to eat donuts with ice cream. Now the donut counter has a bell to ring for service. After ringing and they say we will be with you in a few minutes now this has already been 15 minutes. Crazy. Ok I have now paid for my ice cream and donuts. But my memory does not have in it cups, cones, shakes, and waffle cones. It has not bad service, but completely unwilling to serve at all. By the way there is 4 people on staff working with no other customers in the store. ?????

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I wouldnt even give one star. The customer service from the manager was extremely terrible. I ordered a cake for my nephews 10th birthday party and recieved a cake completely different from the one I originally ordered. The manager didnt reimburse me for the inconvenience because I ABSOLUTELY needed a cake for my nephews party. I had no other option with the time of the party. She said I could either leave with the cake and not be reimbursed OR leave without a cake but with a reimbursement. I could at least have the cake my nephew didnt specifically order and my money back especially if I paid almost $17 for it. Also... aparently the cake I received was $40. So the manager made the situation seem like it was my, the customers, fault the cake was made incorrectly. So I have a disappointed 10-year old because he was excited about the Stranger Things Polar Pizza as advertised and receive a regular ice cream cake but the the exact happy birthday, wording on it. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

😍 this place. Clean and well maintained. Right place to joy for few minutes enjoying ice cream with 👪 and friends.

I usually get the mocha cappuccino blast when I go here, always been good never had a problem until recently. We walked in and there was two girls working and me and my boyfriend were the only customers... they both looked at us almost like we weren’t supposed to be in there or something. Then when one of them finally decided to help us she didn’t want to scoop the ice cream from the bottom of the container so she tried to get my boyfriend to get a different kind. She made my cappuccino blast completely wrong and was extremely unfriendly. They give you an attitude when they actually have to do their job. Extremely disappointing.

Just received terrible service I was trying to get some ice cream the older lady walked up to me and my husband and right when I was going to tell what I wanted she walked away and started taking care of customers on dunkin side that just walked in. Not once did she tried to come back to us once the other lady came up to wait on them. I just walked out and went to Maggie moo’s

Very bad service,I wish there is option of 0 star.I ordered cake from their location.Seems like their baker is not interested in following people special requests.They screwed up my cakes.i ordered chocolate chip cookie cake and they made fudge cake which was even difficult to break.I request to change caketopper but no body was willing to cooperate.Never go back specially for cake.

Nothing to brag about. The baskin robbins I grew up loving was so much better than the modern baskin robbins that you encounter. Something has changed over the years. I am thinking the ice cream has been changed. Not always fully stocked with product for the customers.

The website says they are open until 11pm. The door says midnight. We were very disappointed that they were closed at 10:30pm when I brought my family for icecream.Get it together Baskin-Robbins on Dowlen!

There was only one person working and they didnt even have the most basic flavors like mint chocolate chip or coffee and what little they did have was mostly empty and had no signs displaying the flavors.

Ive been to the location in Lumberton Tx 12 times and have not made a purchase yet. New store. Dont have hot fudge or chocolate almond ice cream. EVER. The owner does not care if business is lost.

The time is COMPLETELY wrong on here, they close at 9:30 pm not 11pm or even MIDNIGHT like it says on the website because when I went over there they were already closed. How do you close TWO HOURS EARLY before both times that are listed??? Something needs to be done. Im tired of coming here and everytime you all are closed.
