Big Time Design went above and beyond to work with our two AllStar baseball teams to gear-up the parents, siblings, grandparents, and all the fans in the stand! They had quick turnaround, all the shirts were excellent quality, and the prices are fair and competitive! Would highly recommend to any and all future customers.

Definitely a very well run business and wonderful customer service.. I started out having one shirt made as a test run and when I picked it up met the owner and had another 3 made.. I will be doing more business with them and highly recommend them.

The entrance was impossible to find. When you walk in, there is a desk with no one sitting there. The office is UPSTAIRS. So allow me to give directions that will assist:- they are in the 1st building-it is the second door- go inside to the RIGHT of the front desk- go up the flight of stairs- when you get to the top of the stairs they are to the left.Youre welcome.

I contacted Big Time Design for a last minute project for my company. Firstly the service I received from when I first inquired with them to receiving my order was excellent. The shirts came out exactly how I had hoped, if not better at a great price. Their facility is clean, great parking, etc. I plan to continue using Big Time Design for future projects and would recommend every business looking for a great, reliable company to work with to get ahold of Big Time Design.

I needed a hat like my sons baseball team and they were fast and precise so I was in and out of there in just 10 minute. They listened and were attentive to me as a customer. I definitely know where to go from now on and recommend others check them out also.

Quality shirts and many fabric options. Received good service at a good price and I would recommend. My only complaint is the owner is the only one who can work the machines and hes often not available. Call ahead. They should teach the other employees.

Chris was able to embroider my graduation stole last minute. A previous company ruined my original stole so I had to buy another one. I needed my stole embroidered before my graduation pictures! He was very nice and the embroidery is beautiful! This is what I call quality! :))

100% Chris and his team take accountability in their customer service and if an inevitable mistake should arise. We don’t live in a perfect world and as a business owner myself, it’s important we show grace when mistakes happen and that’s just how Chris handled my order! I was met with friendly attitudes and smiles from his team on both the occasion when I placed my order and picked up. My order was double checked in front of me at pick up and when there was one item that was a duplicate, Chris immediately made it right ordering a replacement that was ready by the next morning and letting me keep the duplicate. That’s what I call excellent service and accountability! Would definitely recommend them!

Customers beware...Chris has zero customer service skills. Its all about the bottom line for him. If there is an error, he will stick to his guns and place it on the customer to save his company a dime. No exceptions. He offered no solutions and no compromises. Dont bother!

We brought in our business cards and they put our logo and words on shirts. They turned out great! And we got them fast! They were cheaper then other places we looked to! Also we liked how they had color samples out to look at. We will be doing all our screen printing business here!
