Very nice sound system from FI for my golf cart. Did not come with installation instructions. Once installed, no SiriusXM signal. Contacted FI regarding satellite radio not getting a signal. They recommended accessing the inside of the sound system, by removing a speaker from the casing, to verify if the tuner connection at the back of the receiver may have been loosened or disconnected in shipment... no tuner. Had to go out and purchase my own. No offer of credit to reimburse for the tuner. Inquired to see if they would send me one of their new rear view mirrors as a reimbursement for purchasing the tuner. Crickets. It is, what it is.

Purchased a unit designed specifically (per the website) for my sons sxs. Upon attempting installation found the mounting bracket supplied was not for the unit I purchased nor did it match the brackets illustrated in the instructions. The unit I purchased was a 4 speaker unit, the bracket was for a two speaker unit. I contacted Froghead and immediately got someone on the phone that instructed me I could just drill out the plate that I have, however the plate provided was not large enough to drill out so I was then instructed to ship the unit back, he would cover shipping, and they would send me a replacement unit once they received the unit I sent back, this should have been the first red flag. Had I made a mistake like this I would have immediately shipped the correct unit along with a return label for the first unit to be sent back. So to make things easier for me, I did as i was told and contacted Froghead again from the shipping location so that they could cover the cost as they stated they would but was then instructed to pay for the shipping and to just send a receipt and he would reimburse. Paid for shipping, shipped the unit back and immediately called to get an email address to send the receipt to and have now been told that I shouldnt have paid, and he never instructed me to do so, which is quaint as the unit has already been shipped back. So basically I am out over $1k, have no audio, no solution, and can only hope they stand by their word and refund me the $919.98 that I spent for a unit that doesnt fit my sxs, but i guess the $122.29 I had to spend to ship back is just wasted. I had high hopes for Froghead industries, and I like to do business with American owned companies, but in this instance I would have been better off buying from Crutchfield, at least I know I would have received the correct items, and my son would be able to enjoy his music when we ride. I Can not speak on the quality or functionality of the product as i never got to install or operate, but the customer service is definitely lack luster - Terrible job on this one Froghead** Update - I personally paid for the shipping back to Froghead, package was delivered by USPS and confirmed and accepted by Froghead. They are now telling me that USPS damaged the product and will not refund my money. Buyer beware this company is a scam and does not honor their word. I am now out well over $1000 and have nothing but aggravation and disappointment to show for it. Shop at a reputable company and avoid these clowns at all cost. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not make the same mistake I made.Froghead industries should be put out of business and do not represent the way an American owned business should operate.

Excellent customer service! I ordered 4x6.5 froghead speakers for polaris ranger. Have not installed it yet but have tested the speaker system on a car battery, they sound amazing. really good quality speakers and enclosure. Very happy with the setup. Shipped to Canada no problem.

A++++ I just ordered (8) 8” tower enclosure sound bar for a rzr xp 4 1000. Haven’t even received my order yet but can already tell just by speaking to the pro himself on the phone that I’m really going to enjoy doing business with these guys! Very down to earth guy. Excited!

If you want to be frustrated installing a sound system in your golf cart, buy from these people. They provide zero instructions, and the person that responds to emails has the worst communications skills. Nothing on the sound system enclosure is identified, including the two switches that turn on the rgb and the bluetooth. No I havent been able to listen to the system so I cant comment on performance. Would I buy from them again? The answer a resounding NO.Hahaha, two bolts on each end, now thats clever! Wish you were as smart designing and implementing sound systems as you are with smart ass responses. Ill post vids and photos also so people can decide.

Picked up a bad a$$ 400watt Bluetooth system from these guys last spring, sounds incredible, even at full tilt. Their customer service is the best, got a human on the phone first ring, helped with some issues, even called me back to discuss other non related issues.

Love the system sounds great. Only issue I have had with the system is that no matter how tight you tighten the clamps to the bar it will swing when you go over rocks and eventually loosen up. Needs to be supported on the sides or the bottom some how to prevent that. Trying to find someone to build something to prevent that now.

Good stereo systems spent 500 there today. Good service and install

Waited an hour and a half so they can hook up radio in my car up tape three wires try to charge me $110 for nothing to tell me that the radio was bad go around the corner they hooked it up less them 26 minutes. And they rewired all my speakers. Yall really suck I think I need to stick to lawnmowers
