The employee was overwhelmed with customers, but still made time to install my wifes auto battery. He made time to make sure it was right. Very pleasant to deal with.

I didnt get the privilege of meeting the young man who took the time to get my junk 50$ scooter back on the road again but my husband couldnt say enough positive things about him. He took time on a Sunday morning to help my husband not only find the right batterys but installed them free just because he said he enjoyed doing it. I am really sorry but my husband couldnt recall his name but I just wanted to say that we think that he is definitely a great assett to the company and Thank you for going the extra mile. Fantastic selection of batteries...any kind you need...great prices with discounts with multiple purchases. Cell phone battery was replaced in 30 minutes for about $70.00. Phone company wanted to charge me to ship it off and take about two to three days. Phone battery was replaced...no lost of data...and advice was given on how to prolong the use of the battery. Extra car FOBs made for half the price of the dealer. FOBs battery changed out for half the of the dealer...but if you pay the same as the dealer price its guaranteed for next replacement to be free whenever you find a Battery Plus store anywhere in the United States of America. You cant beat these guys for the service, price and advice!

Batteries Plus is the best place to find batteries. It is very convenient to find all the batteries you need at the same place. You save time and money because the prices are very competitive compared to online retailers. I travel a lot for work and the locations and I am able to find a Batteries Plus location at every city.

This store has had the battery product that I needed each time that I have shopped with them. The staff in this store is always courteous and professional. Each one has been so helpful with finding the correct product, and assisting with the installment of each product. They are my 1st stop for batteries.

I went into Batteries Plus Bulbs with my phone slightly cracked (as seen in the second picture), but no other issues with it. The cracked glass was just annoying me. When I got my cracked screen repaired I was not happy with the color the new panel was providing so I called the technician and he said that he could replace the new screen with my old cracked one no problem. Fast forward to today where I have the screen shown in the first photo and video. The technician did not tell me when I called him on the phone numerous times that he had, in fact, broken MY LCD. So, without telling me of this, he opted to go with an equally broken screen from someone else. As you can see in the attachments my phone after the repair is not better off than when I originally brought it in, it is in much worse condition. The technician said that corporate wont allow him to do anything to further solve my situation. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and will warn others against coming here.EDIT: I finally got my phone fixed. Not by batteries plus of course! Because screw batteries plus!

First of all the website is amazing! I found the exact batteries I needed for my mothers mobility scooter by looking up the Make and Model of the scooter right on the website. Really cool and very comprehensive site! When I arrived my batteries were pulled aside and the clerk carried them all for me, the core in and the new ones out! Such great customer service! I will buy all my batteries there!

Worst Batteries Plus Ive been to. They never have what I need in stock because of some ordering snafu. Even when Ive placed an order on a Saturday, which was due for delivery on Tuesday, the battery was not in the store when it was supposed to be. I was told the battery would be in the next Tuesday for sure, but who needs this aggravation? Nobody called me to tell me there was a problem with the order, which is just common courtesy. I could have easily found the battery elsewhere had I known they were going to screw up the order process again. I wont be back.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online at my local store. The website indicated the battery was in stock, and if I ordered online and picked it up at the store, I would receive a 10% discount. Which I did receive. I received a confirmation email of my purchase and was supposed to receive another email telling me when I could come in an pick up the battery.Well I never received that email so I just went to the store before they closed. And sure enough, they had the batteries in stock. Great store, nice selection. I just never received that email.

Needed rechargeable batteries for solar lights. Found what we needed online.....ordered & picked up in store. Other than the employee being a little too chatty, all was fine.

It was a very pleasant experience. After ordering three batteries online, the store associate called to let me know that only two batteries were in the store. I was sort of expecting this and was in no rush. Went ahead and dropped off cores and picked up the two on hand. Associate even loaded them in car. Third battery arrived next day and associate called to let me know. He met me outside tbe store with it! Couldnt be more pleased.

This place sells batteries but just refused to sell me a battery. All because they are greedy and rude. What a way to help support people after a major hurricane. Dont do business with this company.
