Brought my car in when my a/c stopped blowing cold. They were able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be electrical controls and not the a/c itself. They overnighted the part and had it installed the next day. Two weeks later my battery died and I had to get it towed in. They replaced it as well and took care of some wiring problems they found left by the previous owner. Good communication, timely service and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

I had my vehicle serviced here and I they inspected it and fixed everything that was needed. Now its all up to date and can enjoy driving again like new.

I first went to Star Brake thinking I need my brakes since they looked low. They said I needed new brakes AND rotors, quoted me over $700. Thats their free estimate, gtfoh!! So I called the Quiet Zones and paid the best $32.50 I ever spent (their estimate price), and was told my brakes had about 50% life and I didnt need anything for awhile. They even sent pictures of the measurements they did on my brakes. Talk about great service!! I was even given prices on services they offered when and if needed done. I am definitely looking into this my new automotive shop. Thank you guys for your honesty and hospitality. You guys rock!!

Brought in my manual transmission vehicle because it was having trouble getting the it into gear. They told me it was the master cylinder so i paid and had the work done ($1000). Left and went to austin to visit friends where the cars clutch completely stopped working, did not go into gear at all, I had to push start it and then have it towed. Called quiet zone and they gave me 1-800 warranty number for the master cylinder where they instructed me where to bring it since this should be covered under warranty. The shop i brought it to discovered the master cylinder never needed to be replaced and in fact the clutch kit would need to be replaced. So now i have the joy of paying $1500 for the same problem i brought it for originally and waiting in austin till the work is done.

Very poor service and rude people. They always try to over charge with hidden fees along with the expensive diagnostic fee, most places waive the diagnostic fee if they fix your vehicle

I left with greater problems than when I had the car towed in. Quiet Zone wanted to charge an additional diagnostic fee just to look at it a 2nd time! I had already spent over $500 initially. NOT WORTH IT. Ill never trust any vehicle to Quiet Zone again.

Very poor services. Yelling and cursing at customers after making them wait for 45 min and returned me with no services.

After being told at another auto shop that my car was experiencing a catastrophic electrical failure, I took it to Quiet Zone, where they determined that a certain part just needed to be replaced. What impressed me was that the technician told me it would cost nearly $700 to order the part (because my car is a Suzuki and they are no longer in business in the USA), but that he had found some on ebay for much, much cheaper - so they would keep my car there if I wanted to order it online. I ordered the part on ebay, took it to Quiet Zone once it was delivered, and my car was ready the next day. Its been a couple of weeks now, and Ive had no other issues. I appreciate the excellent service, care and consideration I received at Quiet Zone, and Ill definitely be back for any future issues with my car.

This place is a complete rip off!! Buyer beware!! My 80 year old dad took my sisters car here for their $59 AC check. Well that was quickly turning into $1,000 and they werent even finished. They kept telling my dad he needed more and more. He got rightfully frustrated and told them to just put it back together and he would take it elsewhere. His cost was over $300 for nothing!! We took it elsewhere and all it needed was freon. 2 parts they claimed needed to be replaced because they werent working were indeed working just fine. Total rip off of an 80 year old man!! I would highly suggest you go elsewhere unless you just have a lot of money you feel like throwing away!

Spencer at the Front, always has a smile and is ready to answer any “thingy majig” question. Plus they will send us the results off all that was done, and things to attend in the future. Even better that I’m not car savvy, everything comes in detail and/or a video to explain. They have cared for us and our cars like their own!

I have had my car in the shop three times in the last few months. Not from problems with Quiet Zones service, but for general maintenance and different issues popping up with my car. After the first two times and having an older vehicle, I still noticed a noise that bothered me and took it back in and they were diligent about finding the problem, which they did. When I left I was very happy. My car now sounds like it should. I also like that they offer a car care credit card that allows a person to pay installments with no interest for up to 6 months. That as been very helpful in my recent car situation.

My dad took my car for their 59 dollar special to ck the ac because it wasnt blowing cold off and on. As soon as we walked in the door the price automatically jumped to 90.45 before they did anything at all. They were only asked to ck out ac, well they called saying it was one thing, dad told them to fix, then they called back saying something else wasnt working right on it, well if they would have refilled all the freon they let out replacing 1st part, the second thing they called about would have worked just fine. They also started telling him it needed and oil change and brakes, spark plug replacement, etc.....no one asked them to do anything but check ac, by the time they were done telling him everything they wanted to do it was over 1000.00. My dad is 80 yrs old, were they just trying to take advantage of him?...anyway, he told them to change the valve they said needed replacing and change the oil all of which ended up costing over 300.00 and still no air I am very upset that they tried to get so much money out of my dad for an ac ck. Took it to a trusted mechanic next morning he replaced all the freon and run ck on it and it is working just fine now. I will never do business here again. Am very upset that they tried to get so much money out of someone i guess they thought was an easy target and just comply with everything they said.

I want to thank Kelly Broussard and the staff at Quiet Zone Auto Care for doing superb work. I brought in my 15 year old Saturn after the brakes failed and the brake lines had to be replaced. I was probably a less than ideal customer, as I had to leave for a road trip very soon after. I was a bit of a pest, but I was always treated with respect and professionalism. I was assured the work would be done, and it was, for a fair price. Thank you and I promise not to be as much of a bother next time!

Ok so I just got my car back today and I would like to share my experience. 1. Angie was very polite and professional (front desk). Randy the mechanic was really good about shooting straight and being professional he got the work done quickly kudos to him! 3. Great phone service of keeping me updated! 4. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the pricing is a bit steep granted a good bit of work was done but it took about a day to fix I brought it in Friday they are closed Saturday and Sunday not sure if they work but it ran me 1374$ in labor alone I know it is a business I can’t fault them for that, it just was a bit rich. However the service was good on the car and I couldn’t be happier with the way it is now running! I would recommend if you have the budget!

I should’ve gave zero stars. I came in about a week ago for the first time it was the Worst place ever. I asked to get my air inspected and recharged. They gave me some lie about my fan was backwards which isn’t even possible if the wires were able to connect. I am very disappointed in the poor work done on my vehicle. I won’t be returning back to this facility if they continue to mess over the youth just because they think we aren’t knowledgeable enough to know about vehicles. Well guess again you weren’t able to out smart me! The work done here is half done and over charged. This place will never see my business again and I’m hear to let anyone who goes here to get a second quote on your vehicle elsewhere!!!!!!

Was recommended to go here when my Check Engine light came on my Honda Odyssey while on vacation in TX. They quoted a fair price, we waiting in the waiting area, watched TV, read books, and played cards, while our auto was worked on. They communicated really well, even when there was a delay with the parts. We have not had any problems since the repair.

Kelly and his team are the most honest mechanics I have ever come across. Ive been a loyal customer for two years and if I was staying in the area would continue using them. Most recently I had my car towed in because it wouldnt start. It ended up being a passlock security flaw and they recommended with the age of the car that I dont spend the $700 to get it permanently fixed, then showed me how to reset it should it happen again. I drove home without a bill.They have always offered to drop me off and pick me up locally when my car is in the shop.

I was told a 90 check out fee no problem.Then told I had a bad ground wire.I did agree to fix ground wire for 200.Then told o 2 sensors are bad.I just think running a wire from battery to a bolt 110 is a little much.Do not recommend this place.Im replying to your remarks .I had my car fixed and was not o2 sensors.Im glad you was unable to get parts.Just warning folks.They will rip you off.

My son, who lives out of town stopped here for tire replacement on Friday. They punctured one of his tires and though they offered to replace the tire, that was going to be on Monday. I got on the phone with the manager/owner after they left my son waiting for over an hour and was met with a lot of excuses and attitude. After a brief discussion on what I wanted done to MY VEHICLE, my son said he threw my sons cell phone on the counter. Sorry Mr. Manager but your solution to drive a six hour round trip 3 days later for a tire is not a solution. You should have compensated him right then and there and let him purchase a tire near his home. Didn’t spend a dime there and wouldn’t ever spend a dime there.Terrible attitude and terrible customer service from the management.

Many years ago when I had a mustang v6, I had gone into Quiet Zone to have a custom exhaust installed. The owner laughed at me and said it will sound like a pissed off bumble bee. I walked out and never even considered the business again. I ended up taking it to a custom muffler shop in Winnie, and had it done, actually came out very well done and sounding very nice when done correctly. So even though its years later, still have a bitter taste for the Company. Goes to show you how far good customer service goes, and how long a bad impression can last.

I got new brakes and rotors for my BMW X5. Kelly was able to save me $700 instead of going through the dealership to get the job done!!! Everything was oem and the service was great!!! I was very happy with the way everything was handled!!!

The owner is a lier and cheat. I am a hurricane harvey victim. I brought in my vehicle to be dried out and checked for damage. These people broke several parts in my interior and electronics. They asked me to bring my care back in to be evaluated the mechanic said that the items needed to be replace and the owner said that they would make it right but never did and did not give my money back for detroying my vehicle. I was going to let this go but I said why let others be scammed by these crooks. I read great reviews?

Liers and crooks. Came in for fuel system cleaning $160. After they did the job, I was told my truck wouldn’t crank. Didn’t have a problem cranking before I brought it in. Now they want an extra $340 to replace the inline fuel pump which I can do myself in about 5-10mins. They say the part is $200+ at o’Reillys but I called them And the part is only $80. But I don’t have the choice to leave and do it myself since apparently they damaged the fuel pump or did something else so that it wouldn’t crank to force me in to the repair. I’m pissed off and will never be back.
