The car I purchased looked good on the outside...a couple of days had to purchase new tires and I had to purchase steering fluid and the headlights were broken instead of him telling me he cut the bright lights on instead of the head lights cause he knew it was out instead of just telling us... The car I purchased was a lemon. Had multiple issues. I will never recommend nor return. Loved my car but had to send it back. Got it in April and did voluntary repo cause it was sitting in my driveway 2 months.

Worst company to buy from!!! 2 vehicles in one year. The first had to have a lifter job within the first week and the second is a money pit. Never miss a payment. They don’t care. Do not buy from this hole in the wall company. You will be disappointed. And lose a lot more money than just a high note for a vehicle that won’t last a year. I will spread the word to never buy from 11th street motors. All they want is your money. Not respectful business.

No you don’t pick your own down payment they advertise that but when i went in he demanded 3000 and when i walked in there was two guys i wasn’t approached nor spoken to they just sat with their eyes glued on their computers/phones and when i told him which car i was coming to look at he just said “go look outside it’s there” didn’t open the car for me to look inside or anything worse place ever told him i’ll come back. yeah right won’t ever go back

You only get one chance to write a review on google unfortunately. You can’t even respond to the businesses response. I’m editing an old negative review of mine out of frustration and seeing recent reviews posted that are so incredibly similar to my feelings on this place.My Jeep Patriot is a beautiful shell of a car. The interior almost imaculant. The important parts?... it’s been one financial disaster after another. You sign something when purchasing the vehicle stating that you are buying “as is” which gets them out of helping you with any repairs what so ever. I’m seeing newer reviews where the dealership is responding and offering to repair or pay for repairs. I’ve spent more money keeping this vehicle running, that it makes me sick. I didn’t want to write a bad review. That’s not me. Then once again, another incident. Just please don’t buy a vehicle here. I go list off all of the issues I have with this place and the vehicle they sold me. But all people need to know, it it’s not worth it. You’ll find yourself in a financial crisis due to repairs. You’ll find yourself stranded without a way to work because they’ve disabled your vehicle with a tracker. I’ve had an employee tell me over the phone my exact location on a certain day. It’s unprofessional and extremely creepy to know that they check your location even when you give them no reason to. I’m locked out of PortalPay and am being prompted to “contact dealership for help or questions” ... of course this was after they all went home for the day. Opening time is after my scheduled work time. Literally this place has me at risk of losing my job. I have the payment to deactivate the immobilizing device and I can’t even pay my note. This place is pathetic you guys.

I HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 1 YEAR WITH MULTIPLE PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1 THAT I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET FIXED! SHE DISARMED MY VEHICLE AT LEAST 3 TIMES!!! IVE NOTICED THAT THEYRE ALSO ERASING THEIR BAD REVIEWS SO IMMA SAVE THIS ONE BC THE OTHER ONE WAS REMOVED INCLUDING MANY MORE IVE SEEN! BOTTOM LINE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR SHHUT TF OFF ON YOU WITHOUT NOTICE EVEN IF YOU PAY YOUR CAR NOTE ON TIME DONT BUY A CAR FROM 11TH ST MOTORS!!.... Got a 2012 chevy cruze from them a couple weeks ago. And the day after we bring it home get a warning saying service stabilitrack, then we notcied a strange smell when we would press the gas after driving for about 45 minutes. Then today went to get a tire checked bevause since day one been having problem with oressure and we thought it was jusy the stem valve turns out that i needs a major alignment, and the one tire that was also low already had a patch on it and both back tires we so bare on the inside it was not even funny. And when i called them about the smell and the stabilitrack they said that was not covered even thought we had inly had it for 1 day. Other then then not making sure the cars are ready to go for sure nice people and fair prices

I stop by the dealership one day, asking for a price on a car, everyone was kind and was willing to help me but its really hard to make business with them. There prices are high compare to other dealerships with the same model cars and miles on them. The owner was asking around $18000 for a car that had over 100,000 miles with no type of warranty and the car was a 2010. It seem to me they tried to take advantage of people.
