Sales lady was great!!! Management on the other hand needs lessons in dealing with customers. Great real wood products for a very affordable price.

This business appears to be just starting up. Much of the furniture is made, evidently, by Amish furniture builders ( according to the ads ). Prices are not cheap, but the quality appears to be quite good, and there is some unfinished furniture that can be stained by the buyer or done by the store. Many different woods are used to build much of the furniture...and there is a good deal of variety in the store in selection.

I like this store the furniture is decent the only thing is that the wait time is pretty pretty long 4 to 5 weeks. Depending on the availability it could be up to 12 weeks. *UPDATE* The bunk bed came in first and was easy to assemble. We picked the bed up. The couches came in second. The quality was really bad. There was a hole in the side of the love seat. The manager did replace it. When the delivery people came to set it up they said the manager told them not to put the legs on. But the did it any way. I gave them a tip and thanked them. After a couple months the couch back is peeling back. They offered insurance but i didnt accept it. But now i regret that.

O.K. Nothing to write home to your parents about. Alot of unfinished furniture. Style is simple and plain. Found maybe 2 pcs. I liked. Took them a good while to even notice I was there and offer help.

They where very helpful, salesman was great, an if you looking for good quality furniture, real wood furniture that will be place to go!, also it is a new store in Beaumont tx, go!

This is my favorite new store. Like so many others we were struck by tragedy when the flood hit. We lost nearly everything and had to replace a whole house full of furniture. My wife and I decided to check out Q Furniture, I believe Q stands for Quality. Anyways, we loved the modern and stylish furniture and there were plenty of styles to choose from. What was the most inticing was that to anything you saw you could modify. Like; to fit your personal needs like if you loved this table and chairs but you wanted it in a different wood, size, or color. .. you could order it just how you wanted it. Maybe im behind the times but ive just never heard of being able to do that. In addition to that fun fact, the salesmen and owners were very friendly and helpful. They were attentive but didnt hover. I felt very comfortable having a knowledgeable crew there to help if I had a question but they didnt breathe Down my neck stalking us which Ive had happen before believe it or not at other stores. The set up and layout of the store was appealing and easy to navigate through although the upstairs yet but its a brand new store.. which that made s a little nervous bc howd I know they wouldnt just Make some sales a wasnt full nd skip town.. its o shop bdfire but sdter speaking with Rich and Tiffany, the couple and owners im assured that hey are legit and bonded and here to stay and as i understandd its their first store theyve owned although they have been in the furniture business for 10 plus years. Im totaly satisfied with Quality Furniture. Im braggimg to everybody ab them
