The young lady who braided my hair is so gracious. I sent her many questions on WhatsApp, and she answered them truthfully and with patience. I arrived to my appointment on time and she was ready to get to work. When I revealed my natural hair, she realized my hair was not as long as it needed to be for what I requested; however, she gave me a realistic alternative and while maintaining expectations. She was so delightful, it was easy for me to talk to her and trust her. I appreciate the care she took with my hair, and the conversation was nice. She completed my hair within an hour and exceeded my expectations. The cost is very reasonable compared to other braiding salons. I am glad to have found this jewel hiding in the mall. I highly recommend her services. I’m planning my next appointment soon!

Wow!! Simply a blessing to have Ms. H do my Knotless box braids with curls. The Ladies are truly professional and humble which is hard to be in todays world. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere.
