Wonderful people to work with. Amber, Manager Stevie and the owner were all over us helping to get a large piece of art packed and shipped, as well as several smaller pieces that also needed packing and shipping. We understand that Blake has moved to this store from the other Beaufort store. Great addition!We couldnt be more impressed than we were with the service and attention they provided. The UPS Store on Ladys Island is now our Beaufort UPS store of choice.

It was a very hectic day for me before I want to this UPS store. The associate Stephanie was very skilled and helpful in bringing peace to the confusion. She made my visit great and relieved a lot of stress from my day.

I had a 9am notary appointment and arrived about ten minutes early. The blonde behind the counter said they don’t do notaries until 10am because she is the only one there. She claimed she did not see any appointment. I pulled out my confirmation and showed her. She wouldn’t answer why I was able to make the 9am appointment.

I am in this store all the time. The girls are always friendly, very professional and fast no matter how many packages I am sending. John and Stevie have become like family I am in there so much.My friend was having a issue with her UPS store and I sent her into this one. Stevie went above and beyond to help her send something back to Amazon that she didnt have a label for. Amber always has a smile on her face and knows who I am as soon as I walk in the door. These girls rock and I know John is very happy to have them on his team!! Thank you for all of your hard work!!

For the 3 years I’ve been using them, the manager, Mr. Horton, and his employees have been as helpful as possible and deserve credit especially during these tough times for going above and beyond the requisite service. Kudos!

My first visit to this location and it was by far the best UPS experience I’ve had! Customer service was great! There were many employees so the line was not long and out the door like other locations. The staff was so helpful in getting my shipping label from my email when I was having technical difficulties. Just all around nice people and pleasant to interact with.

Store hours say open til 2:30pm on Saturdays but if you get there at 2:15pm, they have the door locked and no one in sight.

Love the UPS on ladys island!! I drive to that one instead of the closer to me because of the girl Sarah that works there. She is always so kind to me! Greets me with a huge smile and great attitude, and helps me get what I need at the best rate. I will continue to do business at this location because of that sweet helpful girl!

Very disappointing encounter! For a customer asking for assistance, & clearly computer challenged, only grudging help given. Then, when the system failed to print the document, the only response was “oh, it had the same problem the other day—we can’t help you”. No apology, no refund, no suggestion re an alternate approach.We were pleased to find a neighborhood business offering this service, but after this experience, we will not return.

Tuesday: OK... Trust earned back. Owner John called me as soon as he learned of the issue. He sincerely apologized, articulated the wrong turn his store made, offered me assistance - including a full refund (I did not accept) and encouraged me to bring my business back. We are visiting this town and locals later said their times with this UPS store under John have been positive. Making up for a mistake is a sign of solid Customer Satisfaction. Give them a try; I will again...Monday: Made a mistake with my overnight shipment and just shrugged when I discovered the mistake. Never said sorry or anything - just stared. Will never trust them again.

Both times I have stopped in to ship a package, the sales clerk has typed in the wrong destination address of the package (or left off part of the destination address - such as room no.), and acted like I was crazy for asking her to redo the shipping label! If you ever go here, make sure to DOUBLE CHECK your shipping label before leaving. They apparently take very little pride in their work. Its a shame that shoddy workmanship like this gives an otherwise efficient company (UPS) a bad reputation.

Awesome and friendly every time we go in. Helped me with all my normal shipping and overseas apo shipping. Those ladies rock!

Do not answer their phone! When calling to confirm hours of operation, no one answered the phone. The early closing time was not adjusted on the Google.

Fast friendly service! I was able to have a letter notarized, purchase postage stamps and mail letters all in one stop!
