Very clean and welcoming staff. The staff truly exceptional not pushy and very helpful on when they are having sales. This locks me n=in as a customer and have been one for 15 years I think!!!

The manager here has a horrible attitude, she seems to not care about anything beyond her own self gain. The turn over rate here is horrible which makes it impossible to build a relationship with the person of choice.

This place is absolutely horrible i sent my engagement ring in to be resized and they call me three days before its supposed to be in to tell me they broke it and it cant be fixed.

Dont know who helped me but they didnt seem to care to at all. Took my ring to be inspected and cleaned up. Was starting to tarnish a little and had some gunk on the inside. My ring looked exactly the same as when I took it in....glad I wasted my time to get it cleaned
