Not only were the quality of the prints MUCH higher then the other online printer I was using, but the prices were similar and in some cases cheaper than the other option. The fine art prints I received from them had a MUCH higher clarity and resolution than I was expecting, and I couldn’t be more pleased. And on top of the fine product I received, the communication with the team/company throughout the entire process was excellent. From placing the order, to shipment and even after I had received my prints, Printkeg went above and beyond on pretty much every aspect of the business I did with them. My prints always arrived way off color. Always had to contact for a refund or to correct color. They were always responsive and helpful which was GREAT but if you want your prints done right the first time, Id look elsewhere.

There was even one time where I submitted the incorrect size for a print and my signature was going to be cut out of the bottom right corner - but the Printkeg team e-mailed me right away and adjusted the size for me with no extra cost! Edit: Printkeg finally responded to me, issuing a refund for only half the posters that I sent them pictures of many times. I got $15 back on half the order when I paid $30 for 2 different batches of 5.I ordered with Printkeg back in December and they came out great! Now that I am ordering with them again I have had two problems with two separate orders-I have been emailing the company for 4 days now and in response to asking them to please reprint the posters I have already paid for and paid for shipping on as well, they refuse to reprint on the basis of ‘not knowing what the design was supposed to look like’. The design was cropped improperly by the company and they did not fulfill my request to match the whites in the background to the white they use on the border as well as sending me some very ugly prints.My second issue, on a separate order, I was not able to use one of the posters due to the tape from the packaging sticking on to and ruining one of the posters. I really enjoyed the service before, but now in August 2020, they have gotten too cheap.

I really love this business. I printed postcards and posters for my indie documentary PARIAH DOG, and even though the first run was very small, the communication was great, the print quality was incredible for the money, and it was very fast. Ive tried some of the bigger online budget printing places and Printkeg blows them out of the water. The staff at my first film festival were actually commenting on the quality of the poster and the paper it was printed on! How often does that happen? Ill be sticking with them for all my poster and postcard needs, and next time I need business cards Ill go to them as well. Ive always had great experiences with PrintKeg! I first ordered with them back in 2013, and never had a need to look anywhere else.The site makes it easy to navigate and place an order, and the few times Ive had to reach out and contact them, whether its asking about paper stock, or handling my last minute call because I put in the wrong shipping address like a dummy, theyve always responded quickly and were always incredibly nice on the phone and in email.I order large prints constantly, and with lots of different designs, yet the turnaround remains really fast (like at MOST, a full day before theyre shipped) They pack the prints in chipboard, then shrink wrap it, then wrap in bubble cushion so my prints arrive looking great too.Overall always a great experience ordering with them, and I do so each time knowing they got me covered!

I have had two posters printed with PrintKeg and they are both absolutely beautiful!My poster files were rather large, so I uploaded them to my dropbox and sent them the link. I left an 8th of an inch for bleed as them mention on their site and the prints came out perfectly cut. The posters were shipped safely in a tube with extra paper padding.PrintKegs communication through email notifications about the printing and shipping process were great. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I will definitely use PrintKeg again!

II was very impressed by the high quality of the prints, the careful way they were packed and shipped, and the speed of delivery. I also find the team to be quite responsive when I have random questions or any concerns.

Ive used this company for both personal artwork and for business needs. The first time was for some custom artwork and it came out great and the experience was superb. Since then Id say GIVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME!For the last few orders they have had a variety of quality issues - however, they will try and fix the issue, and it may or may not work. Ive had images that were not cut at all close to trim size, business cards that were not consistent in color and the cut was all over the place, and fixed artwork that still didnt meet the specified margins.Would I use them again? Only for artwork thats not on a deadline. I would not use them for my clients due to unpredictability of end product.

Ive used this service to make some prints of my art for a few different purposes.Each time essentially I encountered and issue, or was not gotten back to. Issues included, poor quality and damaged prints, incorrect sizing of prints, and not following through on their stated turnaround time. I wanted this service to be good, but im moving on to a different printer.

Printkeg seemed like a great option for the postcards I needed printed. When I ordered them in October, I received poor quality and asked that they be reprinted correctly. This is now January, thats right, MONTHS later and Im still hearing excuses from them as to why I havent received the reprints and just now am being issued a refund. With NO postcards. What a terrible experience. And even worse customer service.

I love the prints I got from printkeg! I have been trying to find a way to get great prints of my original artwork, but had no idea where to start. Everyone was telling me to have a professional photographer take high res photos of my art and then have them get prints from whoever they use. I cant afford that, but I have an image scanner. Everyone told me that the scanner wouldnt work.After failing to find recommendations, I found print keg. The prices were excellent for my budget, but I was sceptical of what their quality would be. I decided to try them out anyways.I am so glad I did. I got the email proof quickly, and once I approved it they got my order ready and sent to me within a couple days. From order day to receiving, it was less than a week. The prints were well packaged and the printing was amazing. The colors all matched the original exactly.I will definitely be going to printkeg for future prints!

I order from their website, so I have never been in the store in person, but the prints are awesome and they have the best prices around. Now if only they would offer metallic posters my world would be perfect.

Im not sure if this is a real company or a complete scam. Im starting to fear the latter.I placed an order for prints on January 23, 2018. I received and paid an invoice January 25. I then received a second invoice January 29. When I contacted customer service about this second unexpected charge, I was told it had taken additional time to make my art work at the sizes I requested. I paid this invoice as well. Later in the day on January 29, I received an email stating my order was ready to be shipped.When my order still hadnt been shipped by February 5, I emailed and called to find out if it had been shipped yet. No one returned my phone call or responded to my email. I received an email February 6 stating my order was scheduled to print and would be shipped February 7. I emailed to cancel this order. PrintKeg responded to say the effort to make my prints work took longer than expected (so clearly it had NOT been done when I paid the additional invoice in January, and my order was NOT ready to be shipped January 29). I realized I was also charged for digital proofs I hadnt requested or received (when I politely pointed this out, Printkeg emailed me digital proofs February 7; still as I hadnt requested them, I thought it unreasonable that Id paid for them). I was assured all efforts would be made to complete my order and it would be shipped via UPS Next Day Air to get it to me in time for an art show I had that weekend. I was willing to trust this and appreciated PrintKegs efforts to make things right. But then I received an email on February 8 stating PrintKeg was OUT OF THE PAPER needed to complete my order!! At that point, I canceled my order and requested a refund (again!).Its now March 9 and I still havent received a refund. Ive now requested it several times by phone, their online contact form, and email and have received neither a response nor a refund.

Needed a brochure for a trade show my company is going to. PrintKEG quickly turned it around and delivered great service!

My first and only experience was very poor.Checking the status of my order two days after I had made it, the website stated the proof was emailed. It was not in my trash or spam folders. It also wasnt in my promotion folder or my inbox. I did not receive it. So, I reached out regarding the supposedly emailed pdf proof a total of three times before I received a response. At first, I thought it had been an honest mistake, but became quite annoyed when I had two emails totally ignored when I followed up on the status and requested the pdf to be resent. I even included a screenshot showing I had no history of receiving the proof.It wasnt until my third correspondence where I stated I would be contacting PayPal to dispute the charges because of the lack of contact that I was finally able to receive my email proof and get the ball rolling... This was 8 business days later. I didnt receive even the tiniest apology for the lack of response. All I got was an email that said Here ya go.Im fairly easygoing and wouldnt mind such a response under normal circumstances. This was not a normal circumstance and thus the response felt extremely dismissive.I understand if PrintKEG is under heavy workload and didnt receive my first two emails requesting the proof to be resent so I could get my order shipped... but an acknowledgment of the mistake is necessary for maintaining a positive business relationship.I appreciate the quality of the work, but Im afraid I will go elsewhere for future work to be done because of my experience. If you want cheap prices, decent quality, and dont really care how long a job takes, go ahead and go with PrintKEG. They arent awful, but I have a business to run and cant have errors in communication like this if I choose to do business with them. Thankfully, what I ordered was a gift and not product for my business use, otherwise I would be much more fussy about this.

Ordered two runs of stickers two weeks ago for an event this past Saturday. I wasnt sure how fast they would ship, so to be safe I got three day shipping. They showed up several days ahead of when I expected them which was a huge relief. I opened the package and saw that the solid background color of one of the stickers was pixelly, so I emailed the company and they said they were having trouble with that printer. I didnt mind changing the design so I swapped that blue for another color, and they overnighted a new shipment with 75 extra stickers! Couldnt be happier with them.

Ordered Cd booklets for an album release 2 weeks in advance by the 2nd week I emailed them twice with no response to end up calling only to find out they thought the order was fufilled and they never printed or shipped it most incompetent customer service lacking employees Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with my album is now beyond tardy for its planned release and I still dont have my CD books avoid like a plauge!!!!!!

I placed an order for a 16x20 poster with Printkeg because they offer a satisfaction guarantee. I figured I had nothing to lose. I received the order in lightning fast time, which was awesome. However, the colors were poorly reproduced, looking more like a deskjet print than a professional quality one. Upon inquiring about the technology used to produce the print, I was advised that they do not use a 4-color press for images that size. Good to know, but a little late (I could not find any info about Printkegs printing technology on their website, which should have been a red flag, and they didnt tell me what they DO use, just what they DONT use). I have since notified Printkeg that I consider myself an unsatisfied customer and have asked them by both email and by phone to honor their guarantee, requesting my money back and offering to return their product. I was told my request has been escalated to the manager, but I have yet to hear anything more from them or to receive a refund. This was prior to Christmas 16.At this time I do not recommend doing business with them. I will update this review upon receipt of a refund.UPDATE: PrintKeg has a Twitter account is it turns out (@printkeg), so I decided to tweet them, saying I hadnt seen a dime of their advertised refunds for unsatisfied customers. This got the attention of their CEO who asked me to email him the details of my experience with his company. I did and almost immediately received my money back, with an apology. I am grateful for this, however the fact that it took the CEOs involvement in order to receive that money means my rating will remain at 2 stars.

This is the place to go for quality, reasonably priced prints with wonderful customer services and designers. Will only use PrintKEG from now on!!

Cant beat the price of PrintKeg on large prints. My school uses PrintKeg to print up posters of our sports teams. We order a lot of poster sized prints so pricing is an important concern as is quality. PrintKeg fills the bill. Quality is excellent. Customer service is great. Price cannot be matched.
