Called to see if they had my shoe in stock, was immediately put on hold and waited over 10 mins. Nobody picked up. Great serve go to Palmetto Running in Bluffton.

The rudest customer service!! Simply put, I patiently waited to check out as one of the workers was on the phone with his air pods in his ears. He gets to the counter, doesn’t greet anyone and just points at the item I was trying to purchase. Overall, just rude and horrible experience and it wasn’t his first time being that I love to shop here. I just assumed he may have had a bad day the other time.

Unfortunately, I have to give them a one star. I really tried to let this pass, but it’s not good customer service. On Friday July 10th I sent my two sons in the store to look for men/ boys slippers. My oldest son was helped but no one was trying to help my 7 year old. I was called in the store by my oldest to help him find his younger brother slippers. When I got in the store I passed a group of employees and the manager in a huddle having a conversation. I went over and started looking for flippers myself and after getting a lill frustrating, I asked out loud if there was anyone to help us. Finally, two younger females came over and started helping. We found the Nike flippers we wanted. I went to the cash register and the checked both Nike flippers our them in my box and we left. Two days later my oldest son said mom did you take a good look at Jae Jae’s slippers and I said yeah I love them. He then took the shoes and put the side by side and one was a size 5 the size my son wears and the other was a size 2!! I just couldn’t believe it! So we have the wrong size shoes and I can’t even take them back because they are just too messy!! Do better Hibbets

Very helpful and great staff

The first time I visited it was busy and it took awhile to get a salesperson. I was shown two shoes before he was pulled away. Asked for a price match to the online price and was told no. I then tried shopping online and the website kept crashing. I returned to the store again when it wasn’t busy. Wasn’t greeted for 4 minutes. Was shown one shoe. No place to sit. Was told there is a mirror on the other side of the store if I wanted. I spent more time trying to pick something and was never attended on again. Left the store. Super lame customer service.This store might be good for sneaker collectors but as for buying real running shoes? Nope.

Despite my online reservation not being ready 6 hours after having placed the order,Ms. Amy (the manager) remained in character.She kept calm and polite even though I was in a rush & somewhat aggravated. Her demeanor never changed throughout the entire transaction and she had a really positive attitude.

Shopped today and store was extremely busy but staff was great! Very friendly, got me signed up for mobile coupons and they saved me money! Got ahead of the game for back to school shopping so I could beat the crowd! Will definitely shop here again!

Was in the store today trying to get my daughter shoes for school. Not one employee was on the floor. Two employees walked in, I attempted to wave one down. They both looked at me and proceeded to continue their personal conversation. I simply walked out the store. Poor customer service.
