Looks like a lot of places lately not enough help. Nobody to answer the phones. They did a good job keeping me informed and getting my tire done in a decent timeframe.
We went in when my sons alternator died, leaving us stranded. My only issue was that I called Dix times to see what the bid would be. The phone was only answered three of those times.After going down in person to Firestone, the service was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and concisely prior to work being performed. They arranged financing for me. When we went to pick the car up, AT THE PREDICTED TIME, everything was ready. There were no surprises. When the mechanic who did the transaction saw I was going into detail, explaining why one must pay attention to the mechanical report on my sons 15 year old car, he helped me train my son. Very professional, very nice.Like many other companies, they seem to be short on personal. If theyd had a full staff, I think the phones would have been answered more prompty
Actually excellent service. Very pleased with Beaufort Firestone service was excellent! Couldnt have asked for better service. I love my four new tires, new Axel, just need new struts on my 21 year old Lexus I love.
When I was driving my car it just stopped working. Pressing on the gas did nothing. After looking at my car they determined it was an electrical issue, but they couldnt find it exactly. They didnt charge me for anything since they couldnt exactly find it.Turns out the dealership cant figure out what was going on with it either, but it is working now after fixing 3 recalls.Anyways, Firestone communicated well and didnt charge me. I will be going here again for any car stuff.
Scheduled a 2pm appointment on-line. Showed up at 2pm for the appointment and was informed that on-line appointment requesting does not reflect the situation in the center. In short: dont waste your time using their on-line scheduling facilities because they dont pay attention to them!
Ive always been a firestone customer but this location is not a good one. They are always short on mechanics and if you are lucky to get service its not good. I brought my car to be serviced and when I left the hood was left up and the mechanic ran over a pot hole in front of their shop when test driving and tried to charge me 700 to repair the wheel barring that he damaged. After they wouldnt take responsibility for that I took my car and business elsewhere
Manager Chip was great, he was very nice,especially since he was the only one working on Sunday.
Mike and Doug came through on a Sunday morning as I and my puppy Max was stranded with a tire blow out heading towards Florida. Mike and Doug was extremely courteous and professional and was able to help me get on the road fast and flawlessly! These guys took customer service to the next level!!!🙏🏼
I made appointment for 5:00, I was there at 4:45. I was told they were short workers, and he ment to contact me. I was not contacted. Said he could do it in a few days. No thank you for nothing. Not a fan I would not give 1 star if Icould.
Great staff willing to help out and go beyond to help you out. I came in for an alignment was gonna cost $100 and when they got done they didn’t charge me anything because it wasn’t off by much. $0 out the door. Honest business you can trust!
I will recommend them to anyone needing major repairs or even a simple oil change. Great staff with good attitudes who care about their customers and will go to any length to do a great for you at a good price. I guarantee Ill be a lifer with my vehicles with those fellas anytime😃
Dropped off my RAM to get the tires replaced that I had ordered from SimpleTire.com at 6pm. I was told they would get to the tires first thing in the morning because they were super busy, no big deal. Called at 11:45 the next morning, told it would be done in 35-45 minutes. I show up at 12:50, truck is still on the lift, tires and wheels no where to be seen; mechanic no where to be seen. I walk inside and tell the gentleman at the front desk I’ll be waiting on the RAM in the waiting area. He tells me the mechanics “got into an argument about who was going to do it” and then said that he was unsure of the mechanics location. He goes into the garage and I assume he found the mechanics. Comes back to waiting area and tells me Frank will get to it when he comes back. My truck hasn’t been touched since I arrived 45 minutes into being here. Tires and wheels still nowhere to be seen, truck still high in the sky on the lift. 1:30pm: A mechanic touched my front bumper (well, used it as a hard surface to write on) and asked what was getting done to the RAM. One mechanic said, “I don’t know”, and everyone carries on about their business. 1:37: A gentleman that works at the front desk asks me what vehicle I’m waiting on. I say the RAM. He walks into the garage and loudly announces, “who’s working on the RAM?!”, to no answer. Truck on the lift, tires and rims no where in sight. 1:50: Gentleman at front desk gives me an update which I’m relieved to hear the job is in progress and is getting done. I get brought out to the garage to be asked what side of the tire I would like facing outboard, a standard question for someone getting new tires. I over hear one mechanic that has one of my truck rims in their hand say, “how did I get roped into doing this?”. I can only assume it’s your job and from what I’ve heard Firestone is well known for, well, tires... 2:45: Job is done.The communication between the workers in the garage and at the front desk is nonexistent. Having worked in aviation maintenance for 12 years I know that some jobs are more of a pain in the butt than others. Probably shouldn’t tell a customer that has already paid for the job (paid through SimpleTire.com, they ship to a recommended installer and the installation price is included with the tires) that the subject matter experts are arguing about who’s going to do it, then walked away from the job with tires off, and has been on the lift now for 3 hours. Unfortunately, next time I’ll bring my truck to a shop that looks like a front for money laundering, instead of a company that can hide behind the brand name...
One of the worst customer service Ive ever received. The attendants concern was on selling tires, not repairing them after purchase.
Had an amazing experience with Firestone Beaufort. Communication was great and very clear. Chip and Michael have a great team and Melvin was awesome upon arrival. I’ll be back for regular servicing in the future.

The store I visited was actually the Beaufort, SC store but that one was not listed here on this site for some reason. Andrew Horle was the gentleman that helped me up front and he was very professional. He was able to address all of my concerns and recommend some additional services that I found very beneficial. Gary was the technician that worked on my car and it was done in a very timely fashion. I’ve noticed an immediate improvement in my vehicles performance. I will definitely be returning to the Beaufort, SC location for further services.

Randy and his group of guys over there were very nice, very professional very orientated to the job at hand, very nice to out of town people, I did everything professionally as things should be done at a tire shop...Highly recommend them to anybody in the area
If you have only certain amount of time, dont come here because it almost took me 2 hours just to do oil change and check other stuff. (While waiting) I mean really, they took forever and they been had my suv oil drained and etc. I just know shops who can do the same work but in faster manner. But overall the one stat is mainly for the time waiting but service. Not bad at all. It was good!
After taking my wife’s car to another mechanic in town (Tuffy’s) and something was still wrong we decided to take it to Firestone. They were very knowledgeable and wouldn’t let us drive off in a car that wasn’t 100%. They spent days on her car figuring out the problem, and after replacing multiple parts in her brake system they finally had it at 100%.They are financially affordable, they worked with us to get it all done. I’m sure it was definitely a fun job with all the mysteries popping up on what could be wrong.Very satisfied, will definitely recommend Chip and his team of wonderful mechanics to anyone and everyone. She couldn’t be happier to be back in her own car!The staff was very attentive as well, also very friendly.(Beaufort, SC location)
I had a rear blowout on the way home. They were very accommodating and fit me in. They also had my type and size tire on hand with a military discount. They even prorated the tire as the blowout was a bit over a year old and purchased at a different Firestone. I was so relieved with all of this! On their recommendation I ended up getting a second tire after they showed me the condition of the other rear one. Great price, great service, reliable! If I lived in the area I would definitely go back again.
My tires were low and needed air. I walked in and although it was a busy Monday morning, nobody was overlooked and the staff was very friendly. A young man helped me so I advised him I was traveling and my tires were low due to the sudden cold blast. He told me to pull my SUV up to the first bay and he thanked me for my service Marine Veteran and commenced to fill my tires. It took all of 10 minutes and I was on my way. This is outstanding customer service that you dont see very often. I recommend this business to anyone looking for good customer service.
Prices are lower at others places but mechanics are really knowledgeable. 1 star to this place, 5 star to mechanics.

Went there and had a scheduled appointment for 2 tires. Waited 50 minitues to find out they only had one tire in stock.Total waste of time

Why do they make appointments for 12 noon??? If they arent gonna work on your car till 1........ 4 new tires, labor $80 plus cha$50 to balance them, then $40 more if your tires have the air pressure sensors in them, then if you want the road hazard plan that is $75... Then they try to sell you a $90 allignment, and when I leave all my tires have different air pressure levels in them. .... Very disappointed
I used to rate this place 5 stars but after todays experience making an appointment at 9am and them knowing I had no other ride and not finishing with my vehicle till 6:00 p.m. I will never use them again...
I scheduled an appointment to have two tires put on my car. Upon arrival I asked that they match the front tires to the back (with something comparable in their brand). At the end of my appointment I was told, “We almost put the wrong tire size on..but we fixed it.” The next day as I was driving I began having car troubles. I returned to the shop only to discover that they had not “fixed” the wrong tire size but had gone from one set of wrong tires to another set of wrong tires. They replaced the tires again, but began giving me information about my vehicle that hadn’t been disclosed during my appointment; approaching need for tie rod ends, brake health, etc. I was taken back by the fact that these things weren’t brought to my attention at the time of my appointment. Ultimately, though the problem was fixed, I received no apologies and still sit amazed that a tire shop couldn’t read the rear tires to simply match them on the front. Rather disappointed with the experience and will not likely return for future needs.
I called three days in advance and set an appointment for 8 AM I dropped my car off at 7:15 AM only to find out when I called at 11:30 AM that my vehicle had not even been touched. The only thing I wanted done was an all change and to get my brakes changed there was no update or courtesy phone call.
Needs better customer service .
