The staff are very friendly at this place they truly indeed go out their way to help you cant remember the ladys name shes a sale associate believe shes Jamaican very nice lady I recommend going to her for all your needs very nice lady

I love the rug that I got from here. However, the service was exceptionally bad. We asked for the additional spray that goes on the rug to help prevent staining. When we were to pick it up, they were meant to have already sprayed the rug. When we arrived the sales person gave a terrible excuse of “if we spray it now we won’t be able to roll it up”. Which is ridiculous in and of itself. So, they gave us a dixie cup and no instructions on how long the rug should dry before walking on it. They were incredibly lazy. In addition to this, the rug that was in store was nasty, it was discolored and had a few stains on it. The sales person had the audacity to ask if we wanted the gross one! Ew!

Terrible communication within staff. Say will call you back never do. You have to call back and by the time u do the person u spoke to earlier isnt there. Absolutely no accountability or leadership from manager.

When I walked in someone greeted me and ask me if they could help me.

I was in the store with my grandson and daughter my grandson son has a disability so he was running and jumping I calmed him down but of course 2 years old I had to a couple of times .all of sudden I hear a loud yell across from the back it was a worker screaming sit down on the furniture screaming now then she says she will grab a belt .Now mind you She works there very unprofessional .That isnt your child so dont speak to mine like that .and you know no one has returned my call.My daughter was in the middle of Getting a 2,0000.00 furniture set from them

Chris the chris that works with customer service is great that man by himself brought my ac unit...thanks Chris you are amazing! I recommend a pay raise

Too expencive

The recliner chair I bought was okay & a fair price for what I got. At best the customer service & delivery was a one star. While I was paying for my purchase one employee came out to the payment desk & threw a fit in front of me & the other employees. I am not sure what it was about. Just know I had to listen to her rant & rave.WOW! The delivery men were surly and scratched up the frame around the door to the room I wanted my recliner chair placed in.The delivery cost was $59.The owner of the store needs to know how his employees behave when he is not around. I will never go in this store again.

Ive worked at this place and they sell the worst furniture ever. Its all fake composite wood from China and breaks easily.

I received a flyer in the mail from Farmers and on the flyer it said no credit neededhowever when I went into the store they had me fill out credit information and they ran a full credit report on me, I caught these people in lies and they have horrible customer service so, needless to say I ended up getting a bed online before I even had calls returned from Farmers, absolutely horrible...buyer beware !!! in addition,Farmers also sold my information to several different politicians and i immediately began receiving calls & emails wanting me to donate to all their campaign funds

I wish I never dealt with Farmers Furniture! I wish I had went with another furniture company then them..
