I recently decided to buy a new Ford Ranger. After conducting a regional search I located a truck equipped like I was looking for at Zoellner Ford. I live in Wichita, KS, so I called and talked to a salesman named Jeff. We discussed the truck over the phone and the value of my current truck for a trade in. Basicly we conducted the entire deal over the phone and I drove to Beatrice the next day to pick up my new truck. I found Jeff extremely knowledgable and helpful, both during and after the sale. The paperwork was all prepared upon my arrival and I found that the manager,Tyler, was not only very organized, but extremely helpful. This buying experience was the best I have had in all of my 68 years.

Five Star Service, Staff, and treatment altogether. Last week, I had some issues with my old Ford Ranger and brought it to Zoellner Ford. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service drive, and explained what was going on. I worked with Kyle throughout the process of the repairs, who was very knowledgeable and informative on everything& Emilio was the tech that did the repairs. I cannot say enough how appreciative and pleased I am with the service I received. If you’re looking for stress free, hometown style service, this is the spot. 10/10 for me!

Had my vehicle in for concerns regarding the health of the engine. Intermittent misfires and lack of power. Got the run around on why the compression test that ran was well below the numbers that the car came out of the factory with. Was told everything was good after a wet test boosted compression numbers. - a wet test shows where the problem is, not that the engine is healthy. -Paid for reliability concerns out of my own pocket. The coolant pressure test they ran was invalid. Spark plugs were covered in oil. And, to top it all off, the car blew up at 61,000 miles with their gold star of approval that nothing was wrong when it left their dealership.I had issues with my vehicle for over 30,000 miles with no dealer in the area willing to care about it. From what Ive heard from others, this dealer doesnt want your warranty work unless you have bought a vehicle from them. On top of that, Ford Corporate will not stand behind their product even with substantial evidence pointing to failures due to their negligence. I am now sitting on a $30,000 paperweight.EditThe new owner sounds like he cares about hits customers. My opinion on the service team still stands.

Went to another dealer on a radio issue I had, they had told me to go home and update. Didnt fix the problem so I went back and they said the same thing. Called zoellner and service department had told me its a known problem and bring it in. After maybe 30 mins had it fixed and back working by the time I left. Will be trying to only go here from now on for services!

I Took my truck into Beatrice Ford to get the oil changed (And my truck functioned properly absolutely no issues with my truck when I dropped it off!)when I got back in my truck at the dealership there are now 7 things wrong with my truck . I rated Brett a great because he answered every question that we had. He showed us what we could afford with our budget and pointed us to the right car for what we wanted. He was able have our vehicle ready for us before the end of the sale. He was also able to get us an outstanding price for the 2014 Ford Focus. If it wasnt for Brett we would not have known about leasing a vehicle which is what we ended up doing. Overall I was very happy with Brett, Beatrice Ford, and the sale.

Brett was very oriented to the vehicle. He checked it out for me when I called since I live 2 + hours away and gave a very descriptive view of the vehicle. When we, my husband and me, met with him later in the day, he was the best salesman we have found in the process of looking for the Ford Edge. And the price was fairly right. Update 11/27/19: Still have yet to hear from Beatrice Ford concerning the issues I previously had with them.Brought my vehicle there for an oil change, got the Works. Got home and they didnt top my fluids, as they were low, my tires were all different pressures (+ or - 10 lbs difference), car not washed and they stated I had a fluid leak, but couldnt even tell what it was. Very disappointed in the service I received.

My experience with Beatrice Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were fair and knowledgeable and made me feel like family. There are no sales gimmicks or lies here. They dont rush you into a sale or say anything that they wont back up. I went to 11 different dealers in Lincoln and Beatrice and had horrible experiences. Beatrice Ford gave me the best deal and service and on top of that there were more extras and continued support than any other dealer around. They found me over 2 and a half percent lower on financing than any other dealer saving me thousands of dollars! I will recommend them to everyone. I recently purchased a lightly used 2010 Ford Focus. I had an older Ford F-150 and needed a fuel efficient car. The staff at Beatrice Ford Lincoln was very helpful in showing their vehicles which fit my criteria. I didnt have to deal with trying to be sold a car that wasnt for me. I would suggest people who live in the area to give them a look when in the market for a new/used Ford.

I took my van in to get the front end aligned. They offered a convenient shuttle service to take me back to work while the service was being done. After a week I noticed there was still a slight pull to the right. The service department stood behind their work and rechecked the alignment which turned out to be correct so they went ahead and rotated the tires at no additional cost in case that was the problem. The alignment is perfect and there is no pull. They even washed the van and vacuumed it out when the service is complete.Great job by the service team at Beatrice Ford Lincoln!

I had been to KIA in Lincoln, Andersens Ford in Lincoln,and they both were just horrible. I didnt think I would get a car, I was stressed and hating the idea of looking again. Several people said to go to Beatrice Ford that they were really good. So I did. It was great, told them what I wanted, they got it for me. I even had my Grandson, he was loud and a little bit of a pain ( they were all nice about it). Brett was very nice helpful, got me out as fast as I wanted( grandson). I would go back for sure and tell everyone else to go there. AND- my sister got her car from KIA and has hated it since, her people are nasty to her, something stopped working on her car, and there fighting all the way. Lucky me!!! We just purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Green at Beatrice Ford. This is the first time that I can actually say I didnt feel stressed or worried while buying a vehicle. Jeff was very informative and I never felt like I asked a dumb question, and trust me I was full of questions. He thoroughly went over the ford sync system with me and even set my phone up and my preferences.When it was time for the paperwork, Mack Holtmeyer was able to make this process seem not so bad. He went over everything in great detail and made us aware of all our options. He never made us feel pressured or rushed.Derrick Long, service manager, was very accommodating. Every aspect of this Dealership is outstanding! Sales, Service, Parts and Accounting. If your not doing business here, you should be. I just purchased my 4th vehicle recently and the transaction was easy, Brett, Doug and Matt were easy to deal with. Additionally a mechanical issue came up the day after I purchased the vehicle and the service department, Derek and Tubby took care of it no questions asked. The accounting department called me immediately (Charlotte) when my Credit Union check cleared to cut a check back to me for Tax, Title and License. After Ford service told us we needed new tires (on our 15 year old car) we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Chace in sales. Chris was awesome to work with!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty by staying late on the day we went out to look at cars, he called a manager on a Sunday to get the info we needed on deciding to make the purchase, and he stayed late on the day we picked it up and made the entire process as easy as possible. He was kind, compassionate, friendly, caring and professional. Chris was patient with the instructions on how to set up and use everything on my car. He was attentive to my concerns and made me know that EVERYTHING I had questions or concerns about would be personally taken care of by him. Finding out that the car I went to look at and subsequently purchased, was certified pre-owned was an excellent bonus and made the decision-making process easier. I had been putting off getting a new carfor far longer than I should have, almost completely due to the fear of the car buying experience. My greatest fear was walking into the dealership and walking out with a car I didnt love and couldnt afford.I live in Omaha, but heard through a friend about Beatrice Ford. Im still on the fence honestly. I absolutely love the used Lincoln MKX that I bought but have proven that the 170 point inspection is a bit off. My door locks went bad the day after I bought it which at first they claimed to be dirty. They did replace ALL of my locks and handles and I have not had an issue as of yet so am happy with thier willingness to make it right. It was at THIS time we discovered my MKX still had warranty left. 3 more years or 60 k miles whichever comes first which was super cool but how it was missed at time of sale had me curious. Today I brought the vehicle back in for a tow package to be installed. Installation is ok but they could have done a much better job cleaning the burrs off the plastic. Little issue but shows lack of attention to detail considering this was a 5 minute fix. While this install happened I got an email from service that listed out the things that needed replaced Immediately which were the front struts. Listed under things that needed changed were the door handles they just fixed less than 2 days ago and just went through the 170 point inspection. I was told to ignore this as it was a typo by my salesman and I do feel there is no problem with this as the vehicle does not show signs of the struts being worn and they supposedly just replaced the door issue. When I went to pick up my key the service dept was curious about payment. Considering this was part of the deal, I was present when the We Owe form was filled and submitted. It was quickly resolved and no worries! Ill find out more about this vehicle as I take my first long trip with it this weekend but Im hoping all issues are resolved! I do love the vehicle but some things with the sales process have been confusing and I do feel there was either dishonesty or ignorance on some of these issues. I do appreciate that when they were called out they were quickly addressed and I was given a loaner vehicle. This is the worst car dealership, service department, financial department I have ever dealt with. The deal was not good on my car, fine Im over it - never purchasing another vehicle again from them. We set up an oil appointment and they did not get us in for over an hour and a half after our appointment time. Derek forgot about our repair we set up and they forgot to come get my car a few days after that oil appointment. Bobby and Ray H have both lied to me and my fiance several times about when I would have a GAP refund check. I still do not have the check that the GAP company has already given money to Beatrice Ford several weeks ago. My fathers truck has been in several times only to not be fixed and leave him stranded on a busy highway. This is at least the 3rd time he is taking it in because it was not fixed properly.

Chris Chace was very friendly and helpful without being at all pushy! He answered our needs and listened carefully to help us above and beyond what I have ever experienced at a dealership. The team worked together to get us a great deal even though our circumstances leaned against our getting a deal at all. Even my wife (who is asian) and very suspicious of sales people was pleased and happy with them on all counts.We want to thank the entire team and especially Chris Chace at Beatrice Ford for the great experience and perfect truck to fit our needs!

I found a lovely 1994 F-150 XLT, with only 72k miles, located on Autotrader. I contacted the dealer, Beatrice Ford Lincoln, same day it was listed, and I received a response right away. Being that I was selling my other truck, the dealer was more than accommodating on holding on to it for me while I figured out a good weekend to head down to the dealer. Seriously, when I say these guys are at the forefront of customer service, I really mean it. I drove 8 hours, down from MN, to pick up the truck, and they had it all shined up, ready to go. They made sure the battery was working well, the tires were brand spankin new, and they gave us free hats to boot! Jarrod was my sales rep, and this guy is a primo top-notch-customer-service machine! Highly recommended. Ill be buying all my future vehicles from them!! Did I mention - the truck was priced so well, Im certain if I turned around and sold it, Id be making money. Score one for the good guys, Beatrice!
