Great service! All the staff was super nice and they are super quick at what they do!! I had a set of new wheels & tires I needed put on but wanted to use the sensors out of my old wheels instead of getting new ones, TO Haas had no problem with that. They had the sensors in, tires balanced and put on, and I was back on road in less than an hour! Highly recommend!

Went for new tires. Tried to get some several other places but they didnt have or the wait to get them was too long.T.O. Hass had several different ones on hand or could have them the next day. They got my business.

Resolving a check engine warning light, solution presented well at the station when we picked up, unfortunately the light came back on again on the way home... realities of older vehicles... Will keep you posted.

Didnt have an appointment stopped in after work at 3pm had a low tire only took a half an hour only cost 21 bucks ran over a screw. This old lady knows nothing about tires just how to but in air. Thanks for getting be going.

I was given a quote for new tires and a rack and pinion, scheduled the work to be done, was all day job, told me there was air in my line and would make noise for awhile, ok,I guess didnt make noise before. And they didnt give me new tires as I asked for I was given take offs, very upset and asked about the tires the man told me they were new when you could clearly see they were not, Im very hurt as I wanted new tires! My bill was just at 2000$, Id have gone with a different brand just to have new tires but was given estimate for 4 new Michelins, they were not new, I had 2 other shops look at them and both agreed they were take offs or used, they blew me off when I questioned them about my concerns, I rarely write negative reviews as I feel if you cant say something nice.... well they crossed a line when my steering went out while driving to Lincoln I could have been killed!UPDATE:The president of TOHaas contacted me personally and ordered me the new tires I was promised, they put them on for me but I could tell they were not happy about my complaint. Im just glad the president of the company still cares and made this right with me thank you!

Never received a phone call stating my vehicle was done. I took it in to find out what was wrong and why it was vibrating. They took it upon themselves to just balance the tires, charged me $44, and it didnt fix the issue. I would have appreciated a phone call as I had requested. So Im now out $44 and the issue is not resolved.

Dropped off tires. Ordered tires for next day to be installed. Specifically asked if they could call me when the tires are ready.No call, finally called them at 3pm the following day. To the reply that yes theyre done. Just simple customer service that nobody seems to provide anymore

When I was in the market for new tires, the staff gave me great info (what was on sale, rebate offers, mileage, etc) so I could choose the best tires for my vehicle. Didnt have to hassle with dropping my car off, they came and picked my car up while I was at my workplace. Would do business with them again.

I had four brand new tires installed onto my Chrysler Pacifica today. The wait was less than I had expected it was less than an hour and the service was courteous and professional as always. Also I had a quote of a price yesterday and the price was the same today as I went with a check pre-filled and didnt have to pay any extra. Very impressed with t o Haas Tires and Service they beat the prices of anywhere else I checked

The staff at this location are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. I appreciate that they take time to educate me on the best way to maintain my vehicle. As an example, Kenny lets me know ahead of time when my brakes might need replaced. They were efficient and worked hard to repair the issue with my tire rather than automatically jump to the easier path to replace it. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there for the next oil change and when my tires need repaired or replaced.

The thing I like most about TO Haas in Beatrice Nebraska is that they do not do unnecessary work. I have done my own mechanic work all my life and sometimes I just don’t have the time or space or tools to work on a vehicle project. This is when I take it there. I can always count on them to listen to my concerns and address them directly and quickly and they alway have done a quality job with a very good explanation as to what they did. If you are looking for a place to take your car and have never taken it to a mechanic or are looking for a new place to get work done, I strongly recommend taking it to T.O. Haas. They have always let me drive away with confidence.

Mike Kress is amazing with my car! I only let him touch! The entire staff is really friendly and they have cookies, coffee, and water in the waiting room area! I never have to wait long as they get my car in right away! Highly recommend! Also kid friendly, son loves going there to watch mike work!

T O Hass in Beatrice is great. Seems like I never have to leave a tire to get fixed and make another trip to go get it. They jump right on the repair or replacement and I barely have time to have a cup of coffee and they have me ready to go . Thank you for great service.

Their customer service was excellent. The time in which they fixed my tire was greatly appreciated. The whole staff there works hard and works directly to benefit the customer in every way possible. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys.

I called on a Monday and was able to get in on Wednesday. They thought it would take 4-5 hrs but my car was ready in 3 hrs. Everyone was so pleasant and I was happy with the price too.

I came in for an alignment and thats what I got. I didnt get the speech that I needed extra stuff to do the job, I asked for an alignment and an alignment I got. Drove home straight as an arrow. Great job, Ill be getting more alignments done here in the future.

Outstanding service as always, tried to replace 2 tubes for my tiller, found only one in all of our town so I try to replace using hand tire tools, in the process I damage the flimsy rim, puncture the tube that cost me 17$ and TO Haas fixed both for less than the tube for one. Thanks TO Haas
