20019 me and my husband got Ford Explorer. On 2021 in August my car didn’t start. We call to roadside assistance and they bring the car to 420 Fishkill avenue. Healey Brothers Ford. Ours car was standing there more then 2 months. We was trying to call them, they promised that they working on it. We live in up state, N. Y. We cannot live here without the car, so we rent a car. We was hoping they will fix the Ford and it’s will be temporary. The car has warranty and it is a lease car. 2 months pass and when we call they tell my husband that we failed the maintenance, we represent all documentation that we provide the maintenance ( oil change) The car has only 29,000 miles.also they told us if we are not pick up car promptly they will charge $150 a day for storage, without repair So, today we picked the car( without any repairs). Also, they ask from us money for diagnostic and also for repair, the car has warranty, this is insane, this is a big scam. Horrible service department, they ripped me and my husband off. Please be aver.

I just purchased a F150 in leadfoot grey. My first truck. It is beautiful! Healey Brothers have 9 locations so they must be doing something right. I have my own real estate brokerage for 25 yrs. I know how hard it is to sell with no inventory. Galo was my sales contact. 3 days of tough negotiations but I walked out happy. It was mentioned they could get $5k over msrp. BTW Healey Brothers does not do that. You pretty much pay full boat. I did get 0% financing and a little more for my trade in so walked out happy. I did not get my color velocity blue but the leadfoot grey looks great. It is also known as military grey so I am cool with that. My son is a 2nd lieutenant in the USMC so military grey is good to go! Thanks again Galo. Will definitely refer buyers your way. I also received a couple of upgrades thanks to Galo!

I recently went to Healey Beacon to test drive the Mustang Mach-E (Sept. 2021). I had a such a great experience I went home with the car that evening! I was fortunate to work with Melqui Valentin. Melqui was extremely knowledgeable about the car, its features and was able to provide information about all-electric vehicles in general. Without doubt, it was Melqui who -- without the usual salesmen pressure -- nailed the deal. The process was great and Melqui has texted and called several times over the last few weeks to make sure I didnt have any unanswered questions. Thanks Malqui! BTW, the Mach-E is amazing inside and out! The acceleration is impressive, and the ride is so smooth. Out of all the cars I have owned in the last 40+ years, this is my favorite car ever. (And I previously owned 3 Mustangs.) The Mach-E is really impressive and the tax credits and other incentives made it very affordable. I think Ford knocked it out of the park with this car and I cant wait to see the cars evolution!
Maybe in sales they are great but when it came to mechanical worksheet were very incompetent. Thank God I did my due diligence and saved paperwork, have video footage of my car leaving their lot, etc. I will be lawyer up.

From the moment I arrived to the dealership, Alex was the first person that greeted me at the door (I am big on customer service). Alex was very polite and professional. At first I was uneasy with making a decision to purchase a car but with his assistance, he made the process easy the more we talked . As I was in the middle of my purchase I had to go back to work and Alex provided the dealerships courtesy car to drop me off and picked me up from work to bring me back to the dealership. This purchase took a few days but I was able to purchase a used car from Healey Brothers about two weeks ago. After I drove the car off the lot, I noticed my service tire monitor light was on and needed to be replace. I just bought a car from Healey Brothers last week and I had such a great experience. Alex was my salesperson and did everything he could so I would have a good experience. I was staying in Connecticut and Alex drove the car to me so that I could test drive it and drove it back again when the purchase was final. I also appreciate how easy the process was to buy the car, I am from California and they worked with me and my dad (currently in CA) to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We bought a new truck from here at the end of August. From the beginning of the sale to the end was such an easy and pleasant experience. The salesman Josh was easy to deal with and the GM Chingis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have to make separate mention of how excellent Brandon and Steve in the service department are. They absolutely went above and beyond to help fix an issue with the truck that was present from the factory. I cant express how good this team is and how much help they were. Good customer service seems to be rare these days and these guys sure do care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them and will absolutely purchase from them again. 7/19/21-update. I brought the truck in for an oil change only. When leaving the dealer I got about 300 yards down the road on RT52 and the truck had bad shacking in the front end. I pull over and check the tires. The passenger front lugs nuts were completely loose. I drive the truck slowly back to the dealer and ask to for the new service manager(john). He comes outside and I show him the issue. He apologizes and says the next service is complimentary. This does not make up for the dangerous situation it could have been. I have lost all faith in this dealership and suggest anybody considering this dealer to look elsewhere.3/29/21-went in for follow up service and the Service Manager Steve greeted me at the service desk. Oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. Steve has rectified my issues with service and I will continue to bring my truck there.11/3/20-Service Manager Steve called me to rectify the situation. After speaking with him I believe he will address these issues and I will give the dealership another chance. I will update the review again after my next service experience.10 months months since I purchased a new truck from this dealership. Rolo in sales was great to deal with as he was straight forward and no nonsense. The finance guy and service counter person Brian have been less than stellar. I had an approved rate from my bank and told the finance if he can meet that interest rate then I will finance from the dealer. He comes back at a rate 1.5% higher than my bank and that is the best he can do. I got up and started walking out of his office and then he says hold on, I have found a better rate which matches my rate from the bank. I was upfront with him and he was not with me. Next issue is with service counter guy Brian. I bring the truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When the truck is done the bill is over $100.00 and I ask why. He says we gave you the service that adds additives to your engine oil and transmission oil. I stated I didnt ask for this service and you should have my prior approval before doing this. He said next time just tell us what you only want done. I tried service one last time yesterday and specifically said oil change only and that is what they did. Then when going to pay I said I have a service coupon via email for 10% off and Brian states that we only be $5.00 off like is was wrong for asking to use the service coupon. I said $5.00 is better than nothing. I think it is time to find another ford dealer.

I bought a used vehicle yesterday from Healey Brothers Ford and, let me tell you, it was night and day vs the other dealerships I had contacted. They were more than fair with price, were upfront about any and all fees (which were minimal), and went out of their way to send any and all requested pictures since I was coming from 5 hours away to buy the car. Once I arrived, I never felt pressured, was offered a selection of refreshments, and after the test-drive paperwork was quick easy and painless. 5/5 - would recommend!Ask for Galo; the guy was the best salesmen Ive ever worked with.
I reluctantly write this review as I have been excited for over a year about the new 2-door Bronco. My circumstances changed and I no longer planned to order the vehicle. On 3/11/21 I logged into my Ford account to cancel my $100 fully refundable reservation I placed on 7/19/20, shortly after the release, only to find my reservation was flipped into an in-store order on 1/21/21. I never met with anyone from Healy either by phone or in person to spec my model and order it. I have read on a number of forums that Ford dealerships were flipping reservations into orders for inventory or other benefits from Ford for having a certain amount of Bronco orders, all without the customer’s knowledge or consent. In fact, Ford implemented a dealer integrity policy to ensure the reservation name and order name match, which it clearly didn’t. I called a few months ago and the ordering specialist gave me a very vague response as to when ordering would begin and that there were several supplier delays due to COVID. I would think the ordering specialist would be more excited about the release of the Bronco and provide more information and transparency than “I’m not sure” – especially given the fact my reservation was for the top spec model and I was ready to drop $55K on the vehicle.After seeing the reservation flipped to an order I did not approve, I immediately called Healy. For the sake of embarrassing any individual employees I won’t call out names, but the initial sales person, the ordering specialist (I previously spoke to), and the sales manager could not provide the reason the reservation was flipped to an order. They condescendingly went on to say the Bronco Badlands was what I wanted and took no accountability for the evident unethical practices and poor decision making. Once they knew they were caught in a lie, the sales manager was quick to rush me off the phone once agreeing to refund my reservation deposit. I still wanted an explanation as to why they ordered the vehicle on my behalf without my approval to which the manager replied “Ford’s policies are constantly changing and many emails go back and forth so I hope you understand it’s hard to keep on top of the latest policies.” The sales manager continued to dig himself into a deeper hole when he asked me what I was trying to accomplish and what he was “doing to hurt me.” I never accused him or anyone else at the dealership of hurting me, rather I wanted them to admit to the unethical practices and wrongdoing.Sadly, this dealership is driven more by profit and incentives from Ford versus the customer. Perhaps Healy should update their hold music and remove “stress free experience” as this has been anything but.
I have been leasing cars since the mid 90’s. My wife and I always return our cars together and lease two new ones. It is always a hassle when you arrive at the dealership to look at cars. You have everyone coming up to you from the dealership, being pushy, telling you what you want. I always get the feeling that you’re just the “sale of the day” and that’s it. When we walked into Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon, we knew immediately that it was different. They build a relationship with you and they make you feel like you are part of the Healey family. There was no pressure, no pushiness, no upselling and no wasting of our time. They do not try to sell you something that you can’t afford. They actual ask you “what is your budget”. I was most impressed by my client advisor, Galo Quinonez. He was patient, he knew the vehicles and worked with my wife and I closely to find the options we wanted. He also had a great sense of humor! We wound up leasing a F150 and an Escape. Then there was Lance Aiello, the Sales manager. Lance was thorough and explained a lot to us, he also had a great sense of humor and did not pressure us either. He made us feel comfortable and part of the family. We then met with the Finance managers, Scott Tompkins and Chris McGovern, they were amazing! They knew their stuff and did not make the paperwork part, as it usually is, long and drawn out. I think this is the first time in 25 years that I actually understood the paperwork. I was most impressed when the cars were delivered today. Eric McDonald, who is the Delivery coordinator, may have been the best that I have ever seen. He knew both my wife’s car and my car top to bottom. He was amazing and patient. I have never gotten this type service at any other Ford Dealership.Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon has gained two new family members and I am going to send all my family and friends to them. The customer service, by all the employees, is A+, the hospitality is A+ and the knowledge of the product is above the rest!!Thank you Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon for making this my greatest car experience in over 35 years getting a new car.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. I discussed with him what I would be looking for in a pickup truck and after a test drive took home a 2019 F-150. He and the other gentlemen I dealt with at the dealership made the experience very easy and quick. I wanted to trade in my Audi and buy a new Ford Taurus. Rolando took his time listening to what specifics I wanted and did a search. He located a car that fit the bill, in South Carolina. Lance, the sales manager, gave me a fair offer on my Audi, and the negotiations on the Taurus were quick. I got my car a few days later and couldnt be happier. Eric took his time going over all the features of the Taurus and answering questions. My experience with Healey Brothers Ford were definitely 5-star!
I made an appointment with the parts department for a toneau cover and new tire. As the appointment neared, I called to confirm and they said the parts werent in yet. So, I had to call them to find this out! They said they would call when the parts were in...and NEVER CALLED ME! Tried to call to pay for the parts upfront and...(all together now)...they never called back. Twice I called and both times nothing. I even left a message with the manager, John Koerner (?) and HE never called me back. Went elsewhere...

Ted Descovich is the only person that you have to call if you want a Ford. He probably can give you a referral to someone like himself if you need another Manufacturer. I worked in the Auto Industry and understand why theres a black mark against it, but Ted makes it business like it should be. He will treat you fairly and deliver what he promises. Weve all been lied to and he wont do that. I dont hand out 5 star ratings easily because most people dont deserve it. Healey Ford in Beacon is where you will find him. You will be happy you did.

Their Client Advisor Jim S. Was immensely helpful in getting me into the car that best suited my need and budget, spending hours with me going over the numbers for a few different vehicles until I found the one! Their sales managers did what they could to get me to my number and in the end it was very close. I decided to travel an hour to check out this dealer and It was well worth the experience. My salesperson was Galo who was exceptional who greeted me With a smile. Not pushing, instead listened to my requests and very easy and nice to talk too, It was a real pleasure! Within 30 minutes negotiated, test drove and signed the paperwork for a new vehicle. The entire experience and process included Chingis and Chris two managers who were not pushy at all Either. Within a couple of hours I was driving home in my new vehicle. They even have a dedicated person Eric to go over the features as well. I have bought many, many cars over the years and this was the best experience I have ever had from start to finish. It was well worth the drive. Ask for Galo when you walk in. Well worth the experience.

Had a 8am oil change scheduled this morning. I had not heard anything by 2pm so I tried calling to see what was going on with it. After 3 attempts someone from the service department finally answered phone and told me I was next on the list and they should get in around 2:30. Still havent heard anything tried calling down there again and got a voicemail of the service department
