This is one of my favorite stores 1 stop shop. Love me some Big lots.

I was able make a huge savings on sheer curtains and a shower curtain set.

My husband and I had a great buying experience with Mia in furniture. We got a very nice sectional and was very impressed when the floor associates wrapped and helped lift it to the van.

I love this Big Lots! They have expand and have gotten a lot more products! The staff are great and the lines usually move pretty quick. I have never had an issue with the quality of anything I have purchased from them...and Ive purchased a lot. I can be in this place for hours at times.

This store is sorry!....I get that the country is in a pandemic but there is no reason why the shelves are not stocked like they should be. The last few times Ive came to this store it has looked like this. Please fix this

I go to this store for the Victor Allen Dark Roast [Italian or French] Keurig coffee pods. Its 25.00 for 80 cups, with no tax. The store is very large and is in the Pavilion Shopping Center.

Found everything I was looking for. Employees were helpful and kind.

Mariah was awesome in the furniture department. She got everything I needed together and offered the delivery service they use as well which saved me some money.

Remember it is a discounted big box store so, for the amount of money you pay you are getting your moneys worth & that is it! I say items may last a bit longer than anything from wal-mart...maybe.

The store was nice but the employee in the furniture department was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. Due to this I was compelled to leave the store. By the way I went to Aurora Big Lots where I received incredible service.

Although I Love Big Lots generally, I must say that I was very disappointed. The entire store was poorly stocked. As I was looking for towels, rugs, sheets, Comforter sets and other household items. Also Ammonia, dish liquid and other cleaning supplies. I did find a few things but overall they need to better stock this store.

As always, you go in to pick up your online order and find other things you need. The manager was very helpful and the store is very neat and clean.

The employees were friendly and helpful, prices are very reasonable on most everything. Store still in the process of restocking so it had bare spots and looked kinda like they were preparing to move, an employee informed me that theyre waiting for shipments to arrive.

They rearranged the store. Its Very nice and neat in there. Check out is similar to Marshall/ TJ Max. I like the change

Love the.new renovation. Problem is I always spend to much money there with all those good prices and products. Usually never crowded so in and out fast. People are nice and they usually remember their customers which can be nice.

They do have great deals here on a lot of things but occasionally if ur a real bargain hunter u can find some things cheaper. All in all though this is a good place 2 shop with good deals. Oh also : if u see a serious deal - i mean wow i really need this/ want this - and its the last one or one of only a few- get it then. Theres no guarantee that it will show up again or b there tomorrow.

If you have been to one Big Lots, you have been to them all.

I love the selection. The manager Julie,makes sure your needs are met.i saw the employee, Mark,help an elderly customer bring out patio furniture and put it in her vehicle..When she offered him a tip,he politely declined. He is a lovely person!

Looks as though they made a few to many changes. Feel as though theyre moving towards a discount furniture store. All the food and discount items are move to the back of the store and only two checkout lines. Time to head some where else.

I hate the new set up. All the furniture is located in the front of the store. The food is located in the very back, couldnt locate the freezers. I will not shop at the chagrin Blvd store anymore, I dont go there for furniture, I go there for groceries, household items & toiletries. To bad. I loved Big lots, I will check out the other locations.

This store has remodeled and added a full furniture department which it didnt have before. The staff is very helpful. This is a great update for the area.

If youve been to big lots before, you should go now. Theyve rearranged the store and made it a lot friendly and classier, and better organized too. All63 checkout lanes were open and there were prices on everything I touched. Good job!

Prices are very reasonable. So is the quality of their products( furniture, home decores etc.). Looking for something for the home? There is where youll find it, comparable to some high end stores.

Needed a new bed and headed over to Big Lots. The staff was amazingly helpful. It really was an easy in and out purchase.

I usually go here for canned goods, spices, and snacks. I have also purchased home goods. Its easy to find, well organized, and the staff is generally friendly. No frills. Lots of parking.

It was a grand opening again it does have more furniture but less of all the other things we loved I rather the furniture have a catalog then use the whole store up
