After wearing the ring for about a month, one of the stones in the outer frame fell out. I went to Zales to have it repaired and sized (thank God for the warranty). The Zales rep ensured that he would stress to look at and tighten all other stones just in case. I received my ring in a week and was so excited to have it back to its original splendor. Unfortunately, my joy was short-lived because, after only TWO days, another stone in the outer frame fell out. I am very disappointed and my fiancé is mortified that this gift has been giving us so much grief after such a short period of time.

So the staff are friendly but I took my ring in to be resized. I was told it would be 2 weeks until my ring is ready. It’s now been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting for my ring. No one can give me a straight answer on when I should be getting my ring back. It’s also extremely frustrating that I always have to call them for any feedback on this personal item. It would be less frustrating if they would’ve called me and updated / explained to me what was happening instead of me having to run after them all the time. Every time they give me a date it should be ready, I have to call them to find out what’s happening and they still don’t have it.

The reviews werent exaggerating here I am waiting outside their door still an hour pass their opening time and all Im trying to do is a return quickly before I go to work. Staff is extremely rude to the point I decided to return everything not just the one item I originally intended to return. Will never shop at another Zales again Ill stick with Kays. The Zales in Beachwood place mall horrendous

Purchased a ring online to pick up in this store. The ring was late (after the proposal timeline). After a month of sending it off to get resized, it came back and the band was not even fully attached to the ring. If you want to purchase a ring that is worth its value, I highly suggested taking your business elsewhere. 0/10 would not recommend.

Horrible customer service ever. The sales person by the name of Paige A.K.A Karen was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never shop here again and will make sure to NEVER recommend this place to anyone looking to buy any jewelry.

I Love this place my favorite jewelry store In beach wood to shop at. Now fiancé and I got my ring here and it was beautiful. I absolutely adore it and it is one of a kind and they were very pleasant and helpful very appreciative of the help they gave me and my fiancé and she was patient with us. Positive energy and the we walked in with a good vibe of the place. I will continue to shop here. I would not recommend going to the one down in Canton Ohio, it is not good customer service and they to not listen to the customer of what they explain about the ring size and so much in a hurry... smh 🤦‍♀️

My husband bought all my jewelry here and we loved Paige! She was so helpful and patient with me while I tried on a ton of rings and wanted pricing on everyone I saw I liked. She was honest and the absolute best!! We will continue to purchase all my jewelry here because of Paige giving us the best experience possible

The worst experience I would definitely not recommend this jewelry store. Zales has nice jewelry dont get me wrong but this location just made my engagement the worst. Gave my fiance the wrong ring size when on his receipt it had my right size so he knew. Had to send it back and be without my ring for 2 weeks due to their mistake. Then they were close due to power outage. Tried again the next day close due to short staff. Then I called the following day so I wouldnt waste my gas never answered the phone. Finally got my ring but it was just to much dealing with them and they act as if they didnt care about about my unpleasant experience.

Today I visited this store to have my wedding ‘Stone’ cleaned... I met Lana Tannous! She was one of the most kindest, patient, and settling as people I’ve ever met... her energy can move mountains! She inspected and cleaned my wedding band, and assisted me with the best upgrade options. We originally purchased our rings from the Mentor store, but we will certainly come to this location to see, upgrade, and chat Diamonds with Lana next visit!

I would not recommend coming to this location. I placed my ring order on June 6th and was notified that I would receive an email when my order was shipped to the store. I was given an estimated shipping date of June 15th and was guaranteed that it would be in by my wedding on June 27th. I called on June 20th and was told that my order was not atthe store yet and that I would receive a call when it arrived, along with an email again. Well here it is, the beginning of August and I contacted zales customerservice and was told that the ring was delivered on June 11th. I called the store immediately and am now being told that the ring is there. I was also told that I would have to speak to the person that took my orderand that the sales associate that answered my phone call is unable to help me. At this point, I don’t even want the ring because my wedding already occurred and we purchased a ring off amazon instead!Obviously there was a major mix up at this location and poor communication and customer service!! I wish we would have gone elsewhere!

Save yourself some trouble and go to KAY.My friend put in a return on a ring at the beginning of the month. She paid over $1500 cash on this. Was told that; 1. Stores dont issue cash even on cash purchases. 2. Stores dont issue checks at store level. 3. Her refund would be mailed out 21(business) days later.Its been over the allotted time so she called the store to check how things were proceeding. The Manager Yvonne initially brushed her off. Calling customer service got us the issue date of the 17th of October. As well as the attmitance that we should have recieved it by now. Called again 10/31 first to the store, to be told that it was cancelled and reissued, which will take another 21 business days ~so late November...maybe~Called customer service and finally got a nice lady named Maria who while very professional could only repeat company boilerplate at me. She did inform us that the reason the check never arrived, was someone didnt put the apartment number in the address. So because someone doesnt know how to double check their work my friend for all intents is out $1500, that Zales assures us is coming.Please save yourselves the headache and go to KAY Jewelers, half the price, double the value, and 200% the customer service. ~no I dont work for KAY, Im just loyal to a company that has served me well for over 10+ years.~
