Recently reached out by phone needing a skin cleanser for my daughter due to acne. I personally never experienced these issues growing up. I was clueless and desperate to help her. I spoke with store manager Nick. I explained the issues and my inexperience and that I needed an effective, gentle product. She has also experienced irritation to products in the past such as scented lotions. We definitely did not need to compound those sensitivities with the acne. I was given much reassurance they had the perfect product! He shipped it to me, free of charge along with some other samples. Super speedy delivery. My daughter loves the smell. She has been using the gel cleanser for approximately 2 weeks and we are super pleased with the results on the acne and that due to the all natural ingredients we have not had a secondary skin concern. Thank you for helping me help my little girl!!

I love all of these products!! I love the ease from ordering online right from this location and having it shipped right to my door if I can’t make it out to get my products! The store manager Nick is so friendly and I always have such a wonderful experience in this store with him and his staff! In Eleven and a half years I have never found a brush that doesnt hurt my sensitive head, expect the brush here at the Aveda store. Nick and his team are fantastic, and knowledgeable about their products. I will be back for a back up brush.

I have been a life long Aveda customer from TN to OH. Even though I live in Columbus, the service I receive from the SM Nicholas and his team is incredible! The personal text messages and follow up to see how and why I liked a sample made it easy to know EXACTLY what I wanted without having to be inside the building. The personal touch on social media has elevated my experience and I love getting to know the Team. I would recommend anyone to go and get this same amazing experience even if it’s web/ship to home as you will still feelLike you’re part of their family! I stopped in one day to finally switch my shampoo and conditioner. Nick, Nicole, and Allie were WONDERFUL! They answered every question and explained the products in depth so I really understood what I was bringing home. 10/10 recommend!

Nick was amazing! He really knows the product and was able to answer any questions that I had. I loved being able to order without leaving the house, and I received the shipment within 2 days. I am very happy with the shampoo. I can definitely see a major difference in my hair !

Staff is always super helpful and super nice. Even when you arent quite sure exactly what you need they will take the time to help you figure it out. Aveda products are a little pricey, but the costumer service more then makes up for it! Will be coming back many times and referring friends/family. 😊

Absolutely love the customer service at this store! Nicholas introduced me to some new products Botanical repair shampoo, conditioner and mask! My hair dresser couldnt believe the difference in my hair! He also took the time to show me the powdered dry shampoo which I fell in love with also. This will save my hair color and make it last longer! Im hooked! I dont get out shopping much so when I do get to the experience and service are really important to me! And this team is absolutely wonderful!

I had a great experience working with the Aveda team! The best part is I didn’t even have to go into the store. I set up a time to talk with an Aveda team member who listened to my needs and concerns, asked me specific questions about my hair care, and suggested products that would fit what I was looking for. Then they shipped me my products for free! On top of it all I love the all the products that I purchased. I will 100% being going back to this store!

Nicholas P.H. Kissinger is the manager at Beachwood Mall. I met him through a mutual friend. He offered to send me some samples to try out!! WOW! Am I happy he did that! I visited Aveda in the Beachwood mall on Saturday. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the staff members Maggie. She was extremely friendly! She helped me with some of the body mist purfume sprays as I wanted to pick one out to use my points with. I love earning points to then get a free item!! Its an amazing perk!! Another staff member Allie was helping me decide on some curl products and products for my son. She helped me a lot. Store manager Nick was also extremely helpful with showing me different items that I could try first to find what I might like best! I would highly recommend this store not only for the amazing products but also for the amazing staff. I have never felt so welcome before. I walked out of there wanting more!! I definitely will be back and also will send all of my friends!

Staff is amazing. I stopped in to get some advice on my fly away curls and they gave me an awesome hair care routine that keeps my curls in check and makes my hair look awesome when I straighten it.

Customer service is always top notch at the Aveda store in Beachwood Place! The store is well organized and welcoming and staff go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied.

Lorna is the best! I love my Aveda products and we are lucky to have Lorna at the Aveda store in Beachwood. I have been using Aveda for at least 15 years and love almost everything I try. I use Damage Remedy, Sap Moss, and Cherry Almond products almost daily. Lorna is so helpful and will make you samples of new product(or pretty much anything) you want. The whole staff at Aveda is very helpful. So happy to have you back in store! If you dont want to go to the mall, they are happy to ship product to you.

I was confused reading these other reviews because this location is NOT a salon or a spa! It is the Aveda Store, so these other reviews must be for a different location.This store always gives great service! I leave with samples and a relaxing massage just about every time.5 stars for sure!

Need a different customer service rep... other stores are amazing. The strongsville location was not up to their usual customer service standard.. the lady had a hard time looking up an account although we had the account number, name, and phone number... 15 minutes later, she figured it out,while apologizing to people in line insinuating it was our mistake that she couldnt figure her system. Never that branch again...

Extremely knowledgeable staff, outstanding products with a wonderful environmental mission, always safe on sensitive skin, and the best part is you can schedule a short demonstration or consultation with different products so you can try them and get a better understanding of their purpose and application. I love going to this place.

I’m currently attending the Aveda Institute for esthetics and you truly will find your skin transform using these facial products. The hydrating treatment lotion is a must, and the new Tulasara line is unbelievable. Aveda will always be my go to. Even try their amazing tea!!!!😊
