I ordered two chairs from the store months ago, paying up front in full, and they were not delivered. Customer service gave me three very different explanations for this but agree they don’t know where the chairs are and can’t say when I will get them and won’t respond to request for refund or order cancellation. I cannot recommend shopping here after this experience.

It seems the same as pier 1, west elm and all those type of stores. Two woman who were working didnt even approach us or acknowledge us while we were there. Clean, new and organized but thats all.

At my local store in Cleveland the woman was extremely rude. Not helpful and seemed to busy to be bothered. Maybe I didnt appear I could afford what I was shopping for. So I went home and ordered my items online. The online process was very easy. I had an issue with a piece of furniture and customer service was top notch! Very fast to respond and corrected my problem without any hesitation. I will never shop at the actual store again but online was great!

Just got our bed delivered yesterday and the headboard is broken. Delivery people told me that they will contact PB and they will call me to address this issue. Of course, nobody is calling, so I have been calling them all day today and their furniture department does NOT answer the phone. AT ALL. Regular customer service is refusing to address it and there are no managers to get a hold of. Beware, the high prices do not mean quality anymore. This company kept their high prices, but got rid of everything else.

I have loved my pottery barn sectional for the past two years, however this past week one of the wooden support beams broke when I sat down onto the couch. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that they were unable to assist me because of the age of the couch. (2 years) I tried to call customer service to discuss but was hung up on three times. I purchased pottery barn because of their commitment to quality and long lasting furniture. I am very disappointed in the level of response from their team as well as the quality of my sectional couch.

Awful customer service! I ordered something, and then put in the discount code to get free shipping. Apparently, since I paid for it through Paypal, the shipping was added back on????? After inquiring with Pottery Barn about getting a reimbursement for the shipping, the said sorry, we cant because the order has been processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT HOLD TRUE TO THEIR WORD!!

The one sales lady with straight long brown hair is extremely rude. I asked about a price and she threw down what she had in her hand and went over to the computer to look it up. She knew she acted rudely and tried to be nice before I left.....hopefully, if I wait long enough, she wont be there when I go back. ..I probably wont go back, though, I tend to stay away from places that have awful employees.

I was visiting from Florida where I recently purchased quite a few furniture items for my home. I am used to helpful customer service in FL. I had to search for help and ended up asking the tall blonde associate behind register. I was inquiring about diameter of large Flynn pendant. She told me they weren’t for sale? There was one hanging across store with tag. She never answered my question and went on to visit with a friend instead of helping a customer. I will never return to this store! Seems training is needed in customer service. Last I checked- I was the one shopping. Not sure why she is employed there?

If you have a problem with an order or try to cancel it because it was a mistake PB Teen customer service will do nothing to resolve the issue.

I love the staff here, theyre so nice and you can tell they all get along as well. They go above and beyond to get you what you need or want.
