These guys cracked my oil tank because they tried to force it open with a pry bar. They still charged me for my oil change and told me I would have to take it to my dealership to get the filter changed. Not knowing my car was damaged, I kept driving it in the meantime. 3 days later there was a massive puddle of oil under my car and it wouldnt start anymore. Towed it back to them and they said they couldnt diagnose what was wrong. But their work was sound. Had it towed to the dealership, where they told me it was obvious that NTB had broken the cap. Oil had then spilled out and soaked the alternator and belts, ruining it all. Instead of taking responsibility and paying for the damage they caused, I have been shuffled off to their insurance company, who is taking its time to go do an independent inspection of the car. In the meantime, I have no car, which is obviously making it incredibly hard for me to get to work and pick up my kids. It has now been 2 WEEKS since the car was towed back to them with damage they obviously caused. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any auto care company. The people at this location are totally rude, incompetent, and irresponsible to the point of negligence. I have to hire a lawyer now, simply because they are so incredibly difficult. Trash. 0/5 stars and Ill be seeing you guys soon.

Did a great job in the time they quoted. Pricing was fair & they used coupons on our behalf. One tire needed to be replaced as well as front breaks & rotors. Staff & management are friendly & go over everything with you. Highly recommend!

Absolute joke. Made an appointment online, showed up at the appointed time, and they tell me they can’t take me because they’re “too busy.” But what about my appointment? Silly me, I should have known that, as they told me, “the website doesn’t take into account what we actually have going on.” Then why take appointments online?! Thanks for wasting my time. Avoid this place unless you want your time wasted as well.

Tirelessly upsales more services instead of just doing work requested, for car to still not run and be towed. Later heard this location is well know for over charging and screwing around to get more money. I wish o would have saw a google review before I went here. I hope this helps others, try a different place or even ntb location. Unprofessional.

HORRIBLE.... Do Not take your auto here. Made an appointment for drop off service. Dropped the car off, person at front desk seemed incompetent. Nobody called to say the car was ready and it was almost closing time so my wife brought me up there before closing. Front desk person tells me they never got to my vehicle. I asked why I never got a phone call. They stated I should have got a call from the manager but he didnt call he was too busy sitting around. The worker told me his manager is lazy... WoW!!!!! Then asked me if I wanted to make another appointment for first thing Monday morning... crazy!!!

Terrible service. I made a appointment the day before and waited almost three hours for them to tell me I needed a new tire. Then they kept my rim and I had to ride all the way out there with a spare on to retrievesomethingthat shouldhave been in my car. No apologies from them. The manager is terrible at this store. They are rude and talk to you horrible. I witnessed on tech call a lady old.

Absolutely awful service and customer service! Had appt scheduled for a oil change at 11:30am and called at 3:30pm to see why we didn’t get a call yet about the vehicle. Told us it’ll be hour to hour half longer. Got here at 5pm and was just told it’ll be another 30min and we are already past 30 and still waiting. What is the point of a appt if you can’t adhere to the guidelines. Logan tried to brush it off with a coupon like that’s going to fix the issue that a oil change is taking 8 hours when the SCHEDULED appt was at 9:30. Highly DO NOT recommend them for ANYTHING!!

Lazy and Lacking customer service! Discussed anticipated services to be performed and was all set to finalize appointment. Then, Agent conveniently advised that mechanics would be out for one week, once I told him of my extended warranty coverage (Silver Rock) which would cover service. This location was listed within the network of that coverage!! Called back the next day to find out price of coverage without mention of extended coverage and rep is adamant on explaining how tedious it would be to order part and 50 reasons why I should go elsewhere. For the price of services USUALLY provided, this place lacks the value! Go elsewhere!

They did a great job putting on tires for my Mercedes. Tires came in very quickly. They even went above and beyond by buffing out a scrape on my rim! Would 10/10 recommend.

Now I realized I had a damaged wheel but Im passing through the area in need of professional assistance and I get none from this place. Even with the slightest bend in the wheel that wont affect the performance of the wheel & tire or cause a sealing issue they wouldnt replace the tire for me. They even refused to dismount the old tire for me, Ive dealt with a lot of tires stores over the years and this has got to be the worse experience to date. Ive been warned about NTB locations, I guess they are true. So while sitting in their parking lot Im left to change out my own spare tire. I guess thank you for...... never mind, nothing.

I made an appointment on-line for an oil change. I entered my vehicle information and the website gave the options of times. NTB called me one hour before telling me they were running behind, I should have made the appointment earlier (I chose one of two timeslots available), and was told making the appointment on-line isnt the best option. I was also told my van was larger and would take extra time - despite the fact that its the same size engine/oil as any other SUV. To receive the call and hour before the appointment, which gives me no time to make other arrangements, and place the blame on me for selecting a bad time, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Came for an oil change appointment and waited over an hr just to get the car in like who waits an hr just to get an oil change started. Respect people’s time that’s why we schedule appointment. We understand it won’t be an in and out but come on a oil change. Not coming back .

The customer service at the particular location is wonderful! They helped me with an unresolved issue that another NTB was not able to fix. They took my vehicle in right away & fixed the issue. Told me it may be 90 minutes for an oil change so I sat down and waited in the comfortable chairs. Zoned out playing games on my phone and next thing I know 30 minutes later their telling me their done and gave me good recommendations for my next visit. Their fast and professional definitely recommend them and will be back in 3 months for another time up. Yes their moderately priced but for the service provided its more then worth the price.

Good place for an oil change . Ask for a shuttle service if needed. Watch for requested services to be performed: the free tire rotation could be easily skipped if not monitored by customer. Would not recommend to repair tires here : I got unrepairable tire decision by NTB rep but Mr.Tire fixed it next day at no charge.

Hit one of those famous Cleveland chuckholes. Wheels knocked out of alignment. They did the alignment for free. All they had done was install after my internet purchase from another company. Also told me they price match for next time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...GREAT PEOPLE

Sunday morning putting air in my daughter’s tire and it would stop coming out! Yikes!!!She had to drive back to college in Kentucky in an hour. Aaaaargh!!Called NTB at Beachwood...no problem...I drove it right there and told Tim the situation.Tim went out of his way to help us. Excellent service for a tire when we got a piece of metal stuck in ours. Went back a week later for glass in another tire. Going to work on replacing the other 2 tires over the next pays. Overall, more affordable than I thought.

The good: Tires and experience were good. The bad: lug nuts are over tightened. I can’t take off winter tires to swap for summer tires by myself. This would be a massive problem if if I had a flat.

Had to get one lugnut off my tire and have them switch out one bad tire to a new one. The work was fine after I paid for everything I saw they charged me 16 for a lifetime balance on a used tire. Called over there said yes they charge the highest plan and if the customer doesnt question it we just let it go. Wasnt given any other options and like I said its a used tire that wasnt purchased there. They said call back and talk to the manager tried to but couldnt catch them so moral of the story if you get any work done make sure to ask and check what they sell you. I have purchased at other NTBs and have never been treated like that. All of the others have been honest and upfront with everything.

The prices are good; Tire King tried to charge $1000 for new tires that cost $700 here. BUT what I dont like is that they try to sneak another $200+ in extra services that I didnt ask for. When I asked to have each charge explained, they were things like lifetime balancing, tire replacement insurance, etc. that not only did I not ask for and do not need, the sales person wasnt even going to tell me those extras charges were there and clearly was hoping I wouldnt try to scrutinuze the charges. To add insult to injury, the salesperson said almost so I couldnt hear them Ok well I am kind of pressed for time. Really??Regardless, trying to sneak charges into the bill is underhanded and unethical. I came to buy tires, not buy extras stuff to increase your bottom line. If you think something is worth discussing beforehand, fine, but dont just add it to my bill and expect me to pay for it sight unseen.

Sharoka was wonderful!Got out of work and discovered that I had a tire that was leaking air. Drove over to ntb at 5:30 on a Friday and they were able to fit me into there very busy schedule.Tire was repaired within a few hours!

They ran the wrong diagnostics on the car, replaced the battery and alternator, without checking the AC MOTOR, which was the actual problem !!!I had to pay for unnecessary changes and Today the same alternator they changed just broke down on the highway.They claim the warranty is out for the new alternator which ideally should keep working but it failed horrible hardware. Dont go !
