I used to love shopping at Michaels in Beachwood the service was always friendly. It seems as of late its hard to find anyone to help you. I even took it upon myself to walk around the store to find a ladder to get the yarn I needed from the storage box on the top shelf.I will continue to shop this store I just wish the friendly faces would return especially when you ask for help.

Did the curbside pickup,had to eventually call them because it was taking so long. I waited 20min. Before calling. Other than that good price for all this wax.(Ive used 3 bars)

You know, they have art and craft supplies, holiday kitch, fake plants, all that jazz. They have gotten rid of most of their stickers (which totally bums me out)

I came to do a return without a receipt, but the item was purchased using my rewards card so it was in the system. The cashier was having a hard time doing the simple task so she called the manager over, the manager was the rudest person I have ever met working- she did not even go to the computer and said I can’t do anything if you don’t have a receipt. I’m frustrated at this point and go to the side to make a phone call as a ditch effort to try and locate the receipt(mind you I purchased 2 drawers that were $150). The manager comes up to me not even a minute later and is like ‘what are you doing to do? Can you leave now?’ I am was literally standing in the corner talking on the phone. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was a middle aged African American women.I left without saying a word and drove to the Michael’s in Aurora. The same thing happened, the cashier couldn’t figure out what to do so she calls the manager over, but unlike last time the manger here was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to find the receipt within minutes.I normally don’t write reviews but the service I got at this Michael’s was horrible. If you don’t like your job then quit, don’t go around ruining other people’s mood just because you can’t keep your attitude in check.Rest be assured I will not be going back here again

Best clearance aisle ever!

Was tough to find help today, but usually the store is crawling with very friendly and helpful workers. All registers staffed...fast moving lines. Might want to make aisle numbers easier to spot...especially those in the center of the store.

Wonderful store for play picture frames, Floral, Arts & Crafts. If you are going here it is a categeous place for Spending money!

Not as much Halloween items as previous years, nevertheless understandable with what is going on world-wide with the supply chain.

Just awesome everyone so nice so helpful. I was working on a project for work. They had everything I needed. Plus gave me the dicount from their website because I didnt have the app. Saved money on great products. Thanks again for being so awesome.

Michaels in general is a pretty great craft store, and this location is very good too; the store associates are very nice and helpful, and the store is clean and organized. 4 stars only because it does seem to have a smaller selection that other locations, but overall a good store for most crafting items.

They have a very good selection of craft items and frames, books, deco.

Very friendly staff. Great stock and social distancing is practiced.

Good place for tee shirts

Michaels is pretty much the only place left where you can find everything for your craft needs. They are doing much better with having sales than in previous years. They kind of be to pricey with certain items but will still have a nice sale here and there. They could use a lot more customer service out on the floor for customers to ask questions but, other than that, its clean usually dont have to wait a super long time in line & Iove it!

I love it hear they have nice staff and amazing supplies! They never mind me coming in to train my dog! Totally recommend it.

After going on-line to find what I was looking for, it was nice that their website had the aisle number where to find the product. Everyone online should have that feature.

Pro: Stocks one of the largest array of craft supplies and home decor. Con: expensive and store layout is confusing if your not a regular customer. This specific location always seems to have a long wait to check out.

I love to shop at Michaels but this time when I asked for help in the frames area, the employee that tried to help me was sooo rude and not helpful at all! I was ready to purchase a very nice frame and all I asked was if she thought I was purchasing the right frame, she went on a rant about bringing my painting so that we dont waste her time in returning it etc!! She was definitely a rude employee, I left the store and did not buy the frame. She should be trained to be civil to all buyers!

Store a Manager by the name of Mary has the worse attitude. She is very rude and dismissive. Not only was she rude to me but to another customer who only asked her about canvas. I asked her a question about my coupon she slammed the cash register drawer and proceeded to talk to me as if I was less than human. I couldn’t do nothing but look at her like she had lost her mind. Training in customer service will do Mary some good.

They have curbside pickup and are doing well with the social distancing stuff. Easy pickup.

It was fine, they had what I needed although they seemed a little short on floor help. It could have been the time of day that I was there but the floor staff seemed scarce. The cashiers were very pleasant and courteous however.

Seems Michaels has everything youd want for your craft projects. An some things to inspire new avenues of expression.

Nice and overpriced. Defeats the entire purpose of doing it yourself. Crafts and hobbies are no longer cheap fooling around with this place.
