First time being here and they don’t have a menu that’s visible other than one small one by the entrance. Would help to see what they have to offer other than pictures on the wall with no prices or names. There’s no line so they don’t know who’s next. 4 stars because the ice cream was good.

Every time come I here it’s always empty so that means someone should attend with no problem we’ll the OWNER she’s always at the register on the phone talking while I’m waiting to place an order she doesn’t come to attend she waits till someone from the back comes, food is delicious but staff is very unprofessional! And also while checking out she is always taking on the phone and messing up my payments she is not focused on her customers. I will literally stand there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come attend me, my mom once walked out and said forget it and the OWNER seen her and ran after her to her car trying to have my mom come back begging my mom, my mom said she does not want anything from here and she is unprofessional!Cada vez que vengo, siempre está vacío, así que eso significa que alguien debe asistir sin ningún problema. Nosotros el PROPIETARIO ella siempre está en la caja registradora hablando por teléfono mientras yo espero para hacer un pedido. Ella no viene a asistir. Espera hasta viene alguien de atrás, la comida es deliciosa pero el personal es muy poco profesional. Y también mientras realiza el pago, siempre está tomando el teléfono y arruinando mis pagos, no se concentra en sus clientes. Literalmente me quedaré allí por 10 minutos esperando que alguien venga a atenderme, mi mamá una vez salió y dijo que lo olvides y el DUEÑO la vio y corrió detrás de ella hacia su auto tratando de que mi mamá regresara rogándole a mi mamá, mi mamá ¡Dijo que no quiere nada de aquí y que no es profesional!

Omg their icecream is the best, hand made in the store, natural and no preservatives. And their service is great, polite and attentive. Will def be back.

Had a cup of corn (helote) kids enjoyed bubble gum ice cream and chocolate icecone. The nachos were good also. We also had agua fresca de pineapple and cucumber.(delish!).I will definitely go back.
