Nice selection of multiple items. Can get grocery, house supplies, clothing, pet items n meds all in one trip!!! Convenient
This Walmart has definitely improved over the last year or so. They are doing a much better job at the main store and pharmacy too. Way to go yall!!
Had a online order, quick pickup after it was explained to me.
Definitely need more workers on the floor. Employees that were there, were working hard to keep up and lines were long.
No different than any other Chinese goods retailer, just bigger. They seem to have very few high quality items and lots of low quality imported items. Just a huge dollar store.
Way better than Garth Rd location.I will say there are some interesting and even rude people working here. Theres one lady in particular that was a door greeter who was very harassing about receipts and mask wearing a few months back. I guess they removed her from door greeting which was a wise choice.After shopping HEB at Eagle I am impressed with grocery selection at this Walmart.Everything is in stock and vast selection compared to HEB. Larger items and higher quantities for us who like to save money and or buy bulk.Online cake ordering is great also.Kroger on Garth cannot keep meat in stock.Overall Im surprised in the food quality and selection at Walmart.
It is nice but they need more cashiers.Normally they only have a couple lines open then they also have self check out.But it seams to be pretty safe to shop here.Friendly people unless the door greater that likes to hassle everyone about checking the receipt is working.
Good selection and clean store.Shopping cart crew could do a better job returning carts from parking lot.
Walmart is one of my favorite stores. Its the one stop shop. Most everyone is friendly and very helpful.
Always running into the store to get this or that and end up with 15 other items as well. Sure does help to do it in one stop!
Not very clean but it was very busy seem to have issues with alot of self checkout.

Eh.....one cashier....ALLL self checkouts... you cant load a gift card on the self checkout....😞Plus side, huge bathroom stalls, super clean, YaY clean Walmart bathrooms.
Man at the front entrance was really nice..school stuff was pretty much everywhere but was able to find what I needed.

Only 2 checkers working. Had to use self check out. Next, I guess Wal-Mart will have us unloading the trucks. Only shop here when I cant get some items at HEB.
Nicer Walmart but dont be in a rush to get out of there usually has only 1-2 regular lanes open & self check out is credit card/debit card only
Very good customer service, the deli was out of pre-made sandwiches and there wasnt any food at all in the hot deli. The shelves were almost bare.
Clean and friendly staff. I actually saw way more workers at this location than others I’ve been too.Shelves are well stocked and organized.

Since they have migrated to self checkout there are more people standing around at the registers. Why dont they take the extra people and put them in the aisles to help people. Trying to find assistance at Walmart is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow bow. It is never there.

I had a basket full to check out. Announcement made 5 min till close so I ran to check out & was declined at 1101 pm said they were closed. Unbelievable. & Rude to me of Notifying. Had to leave over $200 basket sitting of more time employees to put back than to just check me out as the green light of lanes havent even turned off upon me in line to buy.
Small, dont have most stuff like big Wal-Marts will have so only use when i know its something they might have.

Ive only been in this store a few times. However, on one of those occasions I was ambushed by a raggedy looking guy asking/begging for money. I didnt like the look of him and wouldnt care to have a member of my family have this same issue. So i tell them to go to HEB instead. Why does this sort of thing only happen in a walmart?

Good curb side service. Youre in and out at a reasonable time. Inside the store is organized well and stocked with all your necessities. 3 stars only because there are times curb side will say they dont have a product, until I go inside for myself and see that the product is in stock. Not cool Walmart employees, not cool at all.

I had a pair of shorts I have purchased Walmart try them all they were too big misplaced the receipt take them back to get replacement no Money the young lady behind the counter said we no longer do that with Walmart has not been very pleasant pleasant for them how are you I spent around $200 a week H-E-B forget my money

This Wal-Mart is unorganized and the employees never appear happy. Bathrooms are always dirty. I gave it 3 stars because they usually have what I need. But I have been to 3 different Wal-Marts looking for something these past 2 days with no luck.

Curbside pick-up takes longer than just going inside.
Never enough manned registers. Even at 1pm on a Saturday. Only real employees are pulling curbside orders and they take the whole aisle
It gets one star for having 2 registers open at 11 in the morning on a Saturday. I dont work for Walmart. Im not scanning and bagging my own stuff. Youve got registers. Put people on them.
The entrance into the store was something that I havent seen at many of their other stores. Spotless.

Walmart was good minus not having bread and meat. But due to what is going on with the weather I understand.... They had plenty of fruits, veggies, and shelf food doen every isle.

I tried curb side pick up twice. No one answers the phone, and it says leave a message but the voicemail is always full.

Worst automotive department I have ever seen. The worker at the counter cannot multitask at all. Waited for 30 minutes just to tell her we needed an oil change. Our vehicle was done and we waited another 15 minutes to pick up. She either needs help or some coffee.....Update: just got to vehicle. it was still on and in drive....
The Walmart on 146 was superb and their employees greeted and helped you, whether you had a backpack 🎒 on or a local millionaire they treated each customer with the same respect.

We all know what Walmart is. This is one of the best locations in the area and the only one I will shop at.
I tried to purchase a cell phone and wireless air time card and the girls that was checking me out at the register messaged up ringing me out and some how or another my air time card didnt end up working and I paid for it and when I went out to my car and activate it it wouldnt cause the air time didnt work it needed to be rescanned and I tried explaining to the lady at the desk but she didnt want to put her draw under the amount that it says its suppose to be. She ended up calling management and they were trying to say I was trying to steal from them saying that I switch the card out and they took forever getting them to get back I think I waited 4 hours for them come back and he still didnt want to believe it was on their part that I must have been trying to screw them over. I felt completely embarrassed and enraged. So the managerment I talked to buy then was called coach its what they had on his name tag and he didnt want to believe me and was going back to check the video one more time to see something is what he told me. And I had already spent another two hours waiting around and said hell with it and left.. worst shopping experience Ive ever had

Well its Walmart but this one more often than not has extremely empty shelves in all areas of the grocery department. Very hard to find anyone to assist you and when you do they act put out to have to stop and help you.
Walmart in Liberty much better than Walmart in Crosby and Mont Belvieu. Mont Bekvieu advertising they had freezers. Drove all the way out there (30 min.) And they didnt! Bjt Walmart in Liberty did (another 30 min. drive)
Not one employee here has a sense of urgency, a lick of customer service value or apparently energy to move above a snails pace. Ridiculously long wait times at the pickup and there were only 3 people. Sat there for 25 minutes

Not a cashier in site. People are losing jobs and the price are still rising. Most Walmart will not have Customer service in the near future you we be replaced by a koish.
Nobody working the counter in plants. Took 15 min. To get someone to ring me up. If I didnt need mulch I would not have waited.
I go to people watch here. Its pure entertainment.
It was very nice and I get a new spongebob figurine house for my aquarium and it looks nice inside it.🙂
