Highly recommend Visionworks on Garth rd. A very nice, patient lady named Shelly helped me out with everything, she explained all my benefits, down to what my insurance covers, how much it covers, discounts available with my type of insurance, etc, she broke it all down for me. She answered all my questions and wasn’t trying to sell me anything I didn’t need on my kids lenses. It was a very smooth, fast process. Also it is very organized inside, very clean atmosphere.

Great service, very good selection on frames. Front attendant was very helpful (blonde lady, sorry, forgot the name) and got the opportunity to ask questions and get things started before running for another appointment. Then I came back and Blanca took care of the whole process. Thanks to her, I got a great deal on two pairs of glasses, even though I only came in looking for one. Both pairs were ordered on Monday and were ready Thursday and Saturday, the same week! Very happy with the whole experience!

Great even made sure what the exact size of the glasses!! Jerri is GREAT!! It was strange to change to a new eye doctor but the experience felt as if they truly cared for my eyes compared to my last one. Will definitely go there next time and many more.

Wasn’t as impressed as a lot of the other people that Have left ratings. They have a decent selection, and good styles. So I found the style that I was looking for that I had previously found online in a different color, I was told that I could not order any different color but what they had in stock at the moment. This is very unfortunate.Sidenote the ladies there seemed to be in go home mode. So that didn’t really help.

So Ive work glasses as long as I can remember. I always absolutely dread going shopping for them but my girlfriend convinced me to stop buying online and go to this sites specifically. I went and Aracely helped me and her knowledge was amazing. She measured me and even knew what type of glasses would fit my face the best. I will absolutely continue to come here for all my glasses.

Buyer Beware!!! If I could leave a negative number I would. My husband bought a pair of glasses less than a year ago. He had to return them within the first day because the lenses were wrong and the ear piece broke off. Since then the screws have fallen out so much that they wont stay in and he is using Super Glue to hold them together. The lenses constantly pop out, and the ear pieces have broken off. We went into the store and the only thing they would do is sell him a new pair for half off. The employee was quite rude to us as well. We left the store and the glasses since they were broken anyway. Save your money and yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.

I recently visited visionworks for my first eye exam in a long time. I was pleased with the optometrist who did my exam. However the ophthalmologist ms. Shelly, was not very helpful. When it came time to sit down and talk about my insurance coverage and pricing of my lenses and frames she acted like what my insurance covered was a secret. She was rude, and did not give me any information on the prices of the glasses I wanted. I asked a few questions and she looked at me like I was dumb and should’ve already known the answer. She added unnecessary things onto my lenses that I specifically told her the optometrist said I didn’t need. I will never go back for that one reason. I took my prescription and went across the street to America’s best and got much better customer service and much better deals on frames.

I think they dont know how to handle glasses with strong prescriptions, like mine. First, my prescription was not put into the system correctly. My prescription is a 975. When the glasses finally arrived (they were late, as the lab had trouble making them), there were two vastly different prescriptions for the lenses. The right was correct at 975, but (since it was put into the system incorrectly), the left was a 350. So, back to the lab the glasses went. I was promised a return date of August the ninth, but when I checked on them a few days early, I was told the return date would be the 13th. No one had informed me of the new date, and apparently, the glasses got broken or something at the lab. I checked on the glasses just before the 13th, and was given a new date, Aug. 20. The glasses did arrive earlier than the 20th, but the alignment is all off, and parts of my vision is blurry through the glasses. They are progressives, but nothing should look blurry through these new glasses. I can lift the glasses up and see perfectly out of one portion of them, but they way they sit on my face, that portion is at the bottom of the lenses. The experience with these glasses has been so frustrating, and frankly, I am ready to take my business elsewhere and tell others to do the same. I just want to see clearly for my job (I am a teacher) and for daily life. With my prescription, I really need some new glasses, and nothing like this has ever happened to me in all my 35 years of wearing glasses.
