They have a wide selection of shoes of all kinds and all walks of life. However, it has been my experience that you are a lady that wears a bigger shoe (11) then your pickings are very very very slim. I wish they carried more of a selection for people with bigger feet...I want my feet to look cute too.😏😁

The collection of shoes they have is very good and the store is very neat and clean always and overall excellent store and great prices !!! . The only issue I had and heard about is everytime We go there to shop the staff keep coming to check if we have put back the shoes we have seen in the proper place and neatly too 😮.when we are still looking !! Isn’t that their job ? And we are always watched every now and then . Weird !

Everyone once and a while you can find the shoes that fit and look good here at this location.

They have too many adorable shoes in my size. It only took me 2 1/2 hrs to shop. Store is clean & well organized. Helpful servers. Bathroom was clean. That means a lot to me. Happy shopping.

Found two good shoes. I thought I found another pair for my kiddo but realized they had been thoroughly worn (stains, bottoms visibly worn, emblem scraped). I asked an associate who explained that they were discounted by $4 (making them $40) probably since theyre dirty. Lol! So... Just make sure to inspect shoes before buying.

Bad customer service. They didn’t have the shoes nor the size I was looking for then I asked for help the men told me he only had what was on the shelf.

The prices were decent cashiers were friendly and the selection was decent. I didnt get to spin the wheel though and that is the bonus of going to shoe carnival I thought. Anyways, my overall experience was okay, nothing terrible happened in there were no disasters.

Dont have a selection of shoe size 13 so very disappointed

It was good I got a pair of Nike at shoe carnival.com the problem was they left the anti-theft tag on my shoes I thought that shoe carnival could get it off but they couldnt so I ended up getting another pair of Nike shoes they are ok but not what I really wanted so I must say if you shop at shoe carnival.com be aware they may send you a anti-theft tag and the store cant get them off because they dont have the right equipment to do it other than that this shoe carnival was okay.

Right now theres a great variety of sandals, dressy shoes, and boots for women on sale.....I bought 2 pairs, one womens sandal and a dressy shoe and spent just under $30 total! Very nice staff at the register.

One of the most rude customer service experiences. Treated like a leper because I cant wear a mask, then they proceed to talk trash as I shopped. I thanked them as I left and none of the 3 employees would speak to me. Disgusting and shameful. Treating someone with a medical condition in such a way is no different than Treating someone different because of their skin color. Neither one of us can change it.

This store has very nice sales ladies.

This location smelled awful and was crowded with merchandise. No one ever greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Theres usually a lady who helps me and is attentive but I never saw her or any other employee. I would return but probably wont stay to shop if it smells as bad as it did today.

They had pretty good discounts on quality running shoes.

They had my shoes on-hand and quickly contacted me...the service at the store was very good. 👍

Not so good... This isnt meant to be too negative but here is my experience. Let us use this as a learning experience. I went to the Baytown store to buy some Reebok shoes. While walking around the store and not finding any Reeboks but all the other brands I walked by 2 men who were discussing the way to display and change the displays of the shoes and they disagreed about this and that and what ever. Now one was either an owner/General Manager/ Company guy the other a store manager or assistant manager. SO anyway I passed them a few times during their discussions and they never once stopped and asked. Sir? Can we help you find something. The thing is a display is no good if no one can find the items they are looking for. You always ask them may I help you. Especially if they are steady walking around looking and not finding anything.... Anyway I am not mad or bothered much I just went home and ordered the shoes from Amazon. So the lesson is always ask to help a customer/client and always refill the tea glass when it is empty whether it is your tale or not.... Anyway I am sure I will go back there again at least one more time.

Its okay. The store was a bit cluttered and we didnt see an employee until we checked out, but its a good place. In Baytown, ALL of the large stores are smaller versions of those in Houston. (Its a cash flow issue, not some nefarious conspiracy.)

They dont really have that good of deals there but the customer service that I experience today was pitiful the girl at the front desk said said it was just her and one other, the one other, was on the floor was running around trying to help all the customers by herself later on we see a third associate that wasnt helping anyone just walking around on her cell phone and it was a personal call, so needless to say, I wont be going back there anytime soon unless necessarily unavoidable
