Ok, I got completely rushed out after I chose my matress. I was looking at the expensive bases and the girl working was literally at her desk, yelling at me from across the store, asking me my info. I probably wouldve spent more money if not rushed out the door.

Amazing service! The manager was incredible and willing to answer every question we had. We are always in so much pain and she took the time to help us find the perfect mattress.

Kyron Donaldson was awesome! He answered all of our questions and knew the bed technology very well. He did not pressure us, just made some suggestions and one of them was perfect. When it came down to a few models we were picking between, he patiently let us try them as much as needed before making a decision. My son started talking about a game with him and he happened to know all about the game.

Only a 2 star because sales guy was awesome.I bought a bed over 1 month ago and still not delivered. I was told it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes they said would be another 2 weeks. Well still no bed and been over a month.Update: Finally got the bed today. Was promised a brand new mattress. When looking at the bed it was labeled floor model. Called the store and the guy who I talked to said he has to talk to the guy who placed my order and is handling my account. I told this guy my whole store and what I been going threw all he said was he had to talk to the other guy and well you did sign for it. I didnt even have time too look at it when they dropped it off tossed it on my porch had me sign and left. They were suppose to take away my old bed and bring in the new one. Now waiting for another call back.

Not happy with the customer service. I was told I could pick my mattress on a certain day. When that day came the mattress was not delivered to the store! And they could not give a straight answer of when I would be able to get it!! Guess we will sleep on the floor while we wait for our new one.

We walked into Mattress Firm today and received a nice greeting from Laura. We told her we wanted to see a mattress we saw for sale online and she happily showed it to us but we didnt like it. She happily had us start out on their sample beds to get a feel for what kind of mattress we liked. She was extremely patient and told us all about each bed as we tried out about half the beds in the store. We were actually more comfortable on a bed at the lower end of the price range. She never tried to upsell us or push us into getting a bed we didnt care for. The bed was in stock and will be delivered tomorrow. She then talked to us about financing and happily answered all our questions.We had been avoiding shopping for a new bed for a while because we dont like high pressure sales. Laura made this an excellent experience for us.

Great web deals.Poor communication about delivery.I received one email about delivery date on Sunday between 9am-5pm and waited all day. Did not show. Checked delivery tracking- they had changed date to following Thursday without notifying me (I was scheduled to be out of town on the new date).Tried to call, recording said no one was monitoring phone, so please email. Tried to email, auto response said emails are not being monitored, so use this attached form to change delivery date. Mon, Tues, Wed- Called, sent email and form. Finally email response confirmed delivery date on same date I am out of town, which is what I was trying to change. Auto phone call that wed evening stated between 2:45-5pm. Recorded phone call on Thursday at 11am saying delivery will be there in 10 minutes. I, of course, was not home when they delivered. Had to call neighbors and divert them from their errands to return home to let in delivery people. Luckily they were available and will to come back home. Very disappointed in lack of correct communication.

I bought a new hybrid memory foam I series mattress which was too firm, so I found a less expensive mattress about $200 dollars cheaper but Chris the manager refused to give me the same discounts as on the first mattress even though it had only been just about a week.He said that it’s an even exchange. How is that an even exchange when I am getting a pillowtop mattress with no memory foam from a hybrid memory foam and coils!?!?!? The store manager Chris was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I am reporting him to the corporate office. Very disappointing.
