So thankful and appreciative for Fuller Tire Pros and their staff. Halfway through a cross country drive we started experiencing excessive vibration of our car. Called Fuller Tire Pros and the guy diagnosed over the phone that we had a separated tire. Didnt even know what that was! But the next morning they confirmed diagnosis and got us back on the road in less than an hour. And at a good price! Honest staff.

Very honest, with a very resonable rate. They got the work done quickly. They were a lifesaver as they were open early Saturday morning, and replaced the tires I needed to be able to safely continue on my cross country trip.

Went to get a wheel alignment but had a issue with some front end parts I had put on that were brand new. They fixed that issue and then did the alignment. Driving home the steering wanted to pull to the right alot more than it previously did. Got home and called them to tell of the issue. The lady that answered the phone told me the tires were worn on the inner and outer side. I understand that but the tread was good throughout the rest of the tires and the back tires were new. She was very rude about it and I was just wondering why they didnt tell me that issue while I was up there to resolve it instead they gave me back the truck with it still pulling. I wasnt rude about it at all so I just asked her if I could see the paperwork or have them recheck it. Then she just hung up on me. Wont be back again and its sad because alot of people were telling me how good this place is. Bad customer service though.

Done quickly. Fixed the issues with the alignment professionally. Great value for the price. I wish the technician who performed the services would have talked to me after he was done and told about what he found and any recommendations about my tires. The lady working the front desk is not very friendly and had a scowl on her face most of the time I was waiting.4 stars for fixing my issues in a timely manner but not 5 star due to no communication from the tech and unfriendly front desk personnel.

Ive worked the last 6-7 years for a small, family-owned buisness in Baytown that is just about rock-throwing distance from this shop. (Minor exaggeration) Weve adamantly trusted Fullers for well over a decade and I visit them whenever possible.Every time Ive visited, Ive been met with matter-of-fact staff that didnt BS or try to upsell me. Theyve always done quick work and never wasted my time.Any chance I get and as long as I live nearby, I will always reccomend this shop to my friends, family, and strangers.

Excellent customer service! The tires I wanted they didnt have them in stock so Jason ordered them and informed me they would be in the next day.Arrived the next morning and they were eager to begin installing. New tires, oil and filter change and alignment all done in little over an hours time. After years dealing with Discount Tire Id still be waiting there for the whole day just for tires. Price was cheaper than Discount Tire and Fullers customer service exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front desk (Stephanie) seemed very nice and polite despite others reviews but noticed she was mainly the only one running the front counter so I can see how she can get swamped attending to customers and their needs.A+++ for my experience and will be returning in the near future.Thanks again!!

Im sorry but they dont deserve the one star that you have to put. I literally felt like they had better things to do. Super rude everytime I have gone there. Times are tough as you all know. I was just trying to take care of my car. Great job on my alignment just wish they tightened my lugnuts before I left........worst 150$ I have spent in a long time. Ill find another shop that doesnt mind checking things on my car. Thanks guys.

Fullers does all my suspension and brake work and keeps tires on my family’s 6 cars, 5 trailers and various pieces of equipment. Always a fair price and quick service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I needed 4 tires for my boat trailer. I called for a quote. Jason had the price in less than two minutes and had the tires in stock. I pulled the boat there. They were busy. Lots of cars, trucks and trailers getting tires. I thought this might take awhile. I was out of there in 45 minutes ! They have plenty of tire pros that assist one another through the process of removing the old tires from the rims, balancing and mounting...they work as a team here to get you in and out. Discount was a fraction less but I would have had to wait for hours to get serviced and I enjoy doing business well established locals.

I have been a repeat customer for years and always had satisfying expert service. I will continue to be a satisfied return customer.

When my truck was ready to go the front end tech, Eric came up front to explain to me what he found on my truck and exactly what he did. I really appreciate that. Tires are cheap, about all i can say, i talked to a younger guy on the phone that ordered them for me, when I went up there to get them the lady at the counter wasnt the nicest. And after we made it to our shop they called us and said they gave us 2 of the wrong tires and we need to bring them back so, it is what it is I guess

Frank was honest and did the job in 30 minutes since I was the first customer at 8am. I took my car for an alignment I told them to do all for tires which is $84 but when I was paying he told me its only $67 because the rear tires are fine. Thats honest. He could have taken my money.

I have a dually and was turned away by 4 places before I called and went here, they did alignment and rotation in under an hour and the price was way lower than a chain store quoted me. Great place, I wont go anywhere else now.

Straight forward and friendly. Exactly the service and professionalism I remember growing up.....(updated review) staff is friendly unfortunately they told me to bring back the vehicle but didnt specify the time. I left work early to get the service done stephanie or part owner as she called herself was very rude about it and when I said they should have told me to bring it first thing in the morning she was so unprofessional. And refused to give me a name I had to call several times just to get a name. So I take back my five star rating and give them a 1. They lost a costumer because the part owner has an attitude problem. I will not repeat business there. They cant forget repeat costumers are who pay the Bills.

I called ahead to make sure I could get in if I was there by 4:30, I show up at 4:15 and they tell me they aren’t sure if they will get me in by the end of the day. I explain that I just drove 40 minutes to get there and the lady at the front desk says “well you can sit and wait”. After about 30 minutes I ask if she’s sure she can get me in and she replies “probably not” and shrugs. Unprofessional.

We had a flat literally across the street from this establishment. I called to see if we could get some assistance and the woman who answered the phone was horribly rude and seemed as if she was bothered by me calling. I’m not familiar with the area so I wasn’t able to give an exact location, other than “LITERALLY right across the street”. I told her if she would just look out of the window you would see me. Unable to look out of the window (for some unknown reason) she sent a tech to the wrong location to assist. Upon arrival to the shop, she ignored my wife and I and left us standing at the counter and proceeded to “work” on her computer. And yes, she was made aware that we were waiting for her. After standing there for about 3 minutes, we just sat down and waited, with still no acknowledgement from her. I pray that I never have to go back to this place.

Please comparison shop before buying tires here. I called around pricing Michelin Defender tires. The prices ranged from $975 to $1030 for a set. I called Fuller Tire Pros and got a price of $1375 for the same tires! Avoid this rip-off tire store at all costs.
