Sign says 1.74 (809am 9/19/20) IT IS NOT WHAT THE SIGN SAYS. IT IS 1.89. Cashier told my husband that they havent changed their SIGN yet,He said thats not my problem, cashier said she cant change price to whats on the sign.We got our money back and cam across the street to HEB where gas is 1.72!If it was possible to give a -⭐I would!

Never take gas over here. something wrong with this system. feel they tricky to get money from people. While I was doing fuel gas, it got over on my car and on the ground. And it charged me more. I got inside and told with guy at cashier, he told me he couldn’t do anything with it, got bad attitude and bad service. Not responsible, now my car got all stink gas

The location and pricing for gas has always been great.The store layout and product availability is decent.Customer service is often lacking, so they could work on that. They should work on their people skills.

Cheapest gas around. Good service. Usually in and out pretty quick.

It was quick and convenient but their station had those thief spiders in their card boxes. Be careful if it slides in too loose.

Cheaper than Dayton but still way to high, clerk was friendly, well stocked well, bathroom not very clean.

Fuel prices were competitive the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Just south of I -10 will have to negotiate with the traffic to get back to the freeway.

I think management could learn some maintenance and social skills. If it wasnt for the traffic build up and being near i10 they probably would have gone under by now. Gas price is very competitive compared to the over priced gas stations along i10 feeder rds in the baytown area.

This is where the cheapest prices on fuel is. I come to Baytown at least once a week, and I cannot find anyone with fuel at a better price.

Regularly, I cannot print a receipt, and tonight was no exception. Tonight pump 11 wouldnt swipe, pump 9 wouldnt print. I really dont think they care about their maintenance, customers or customer service.

So approximately 1:15pm today, I was getting gas at the Raceway off garth road, right next to the mall. After filling up the truck, I go to leave but the engine doesn’t start because somehow the battery died. So I call my dad in which he replies he’ll be there to jump it in about 20 minutes. As I go inside the gas station, the “owner” asks “what’s going on with your truck?!” Me: “oh the battery just died all of a sudden, but my dad’s on his way, he’s just down the street” Owner: “Well you have to move it now, its bad for business!!” (Several things immediately cross my mind.) 1. I just gave his business $54.86 within a couple of minutes after filling my tank. 2. More than half this guys pumps are open. 3. Gas is on a pretty good decline right now and everyone is jumping for joy so business has to be pretty damn good (its making news for Christ’s sake!). 4. It’s a Thursday and a lot of people are at work (not getting gas). 5. Raceway usually has the better price and almost everyone I know gets gas from there pretty often.Me: “Half your pumps are open, 5 more minutes can’t be that bad for business and plus my truck doesn’t start so I can’t move it”. Owner: “ I DON’T CARE!! PUT IT IN NEUTRAL AND PUSH IT OR I CALL THE TOW TRUCK!!”(As professionalism goes out the window at this point, and not to mention I was on my way to the gym so the pre-workout was kicking in)Me: “OK A**HOLE! I’LL GO PUSH IT AND WILL NOT! BE BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!” As I’m walking out to my truck to move it for this POS, he follows me gobbling like a turkey. Owner: “OH YOU GONNA USE THAT FOUL LANGUAGE TO ME!? I BEEN ON THIS PLANET FOR 62 YEARS!” ME:” IDGAF! GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME” As I’m pushing the truck away from the pumps, this guy is rambling on and on while pulling out his phone, in which I’m assuming he’s calling the tow company. And then he starts taking pictures of my license plates. He walks inside, comes back out and tells me he just called the tow truck. I tell him well good luck cause this truck won’t be getting towed today. As he goes back in, I try to start the truck and it works! Laughing at this point, I just drive off shaking my head and had a pretty awesome workout after all of that.And that’s why everyone should steer clear of this place. This guy thinks business is bad now? Just wait until the doors open at Buc-ee’s.

I had to go to 3 gas pumps to find one that would work. Gas pump # 5 had a bad HMI digital screen that needs to be replaced and gas pump # 20 has a bad card reader. Good luck on finding a gas pump at this horrible station!!! Also, I went inside to tell the owner about the problem at each gas pump and he didnt even bother taking any notes or acted as if he even cared whether the pumps were working or not. Im just glad Buc-ees Baytown gas station is open now.
