They took me in for an urgent situation, despite a full weekend schedule, after the Spring Hill branch temporarily closed. Everyone was professional and I was treated with kindness and respect. They kept me updated throughout the process but ultimately were not able to fix my vehicle. Instead I was referred to the dealership. They could have easily charged me for the diagnostics but charged me nothing. Thank you for your integrity and great customer service. I am now a customer for life at this branch.

Couldnt ask for better customer service from a very busy crew. I heard a tire flap flap flap sound and thought I had caught a twig in the wheel well. When I got home I discovered I had a thick bolt in my tire which I must have run over after getting gas at a local station. It wads 3:00 pm three days after Christmas on a Saturday and I wasnt sure if any place would be open. I called Tires Plus and they said to bring it in and they will try and get to it as they were very busy. I got there and there was a line at their register. This Tires Plus was busy with all lifts filled and mechanics working. Kent was very nice but shared that they may not get to it before they closed as two more folks just got in ahead of me with other issues. I shared that I had to wait because it was just me and I had no other way home. Even if I was the last customer, if they were willing to do the work, I would happily wait. I had my book and read for a few hours while they responded to the myriad of customers in the nicest fashion and then called me up at 5:33 (they closed at 5:00pm) and had removed the bolt and did a permanent repair on the tire. I could not have been happier and they have a permanent customer in me. Thank you Kent and crew.

Had an oil change done here, I thought they did a good job, price was much lower then the dealership. Not long after that my car started leaking oil. I brought the vehicle to the dealership who advised the Oil Filter wasnt put on correctly and leaked oil all over the bottom of the car. To have the oil cleaned off, new filter installed and oil added cost me over $200. So I guess you get what you pay for, cheap oil change, done cheaply will cost you in the long run.

Did a good brake job on my car

This place is usual spot on but had a tire warning light on and told them the air pressure seemed fine. Asked them to see if they could get it to turn off. When I picked up the car I mentioned light was still on and was told to drive for 20 miles and it would go off. It never did...I don’t think they really took the time to look at this.

I was here last month for an oil change. Came in today for a tire patch. When I got back in my truck I noticed that someone had moved my seat forward. When I reached down to pull the bar to slide it back I immediately noticed the front edge of the upholstery was loose. There is a hard grooved plastic piece that seems like it has to slide somewhere under the front edge of the seat. I told the manager it was loose and not like that when I came in. He pulled it back into the building and then told me that to put it on or take it off the seat had to be removed from the vehicle. I was planning on bringing the truck back next week for $800 of repairs (sway bars, alignment and struts). I will never go back to this place. Edit added 7/3/2020, to top it off, tire is still leaking air so whatever they did was useless.

I return for a big job on my truck and once again the team was nothing but honest and took care of my problem but saved me from doing some work that was Not needed. ** In further development of my review had my car rechecked and turned out they want to try and make a dime on a single female and switch all of my spark plug wires to the wrong position. So either they are money hungry or they have unchecked mechanics who dont actually know what they are doing. ** Only gave 1 star so I could review. Took an hour and half for an oil change and then quoted me $850 for a gasket leak and now my car runs 100 times worse than it did before the oil change

The guy who set my appointment was very helpful but unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment on Sunday the gentleman who is behind the counter was so enamored with talking about stories from his heyday that he didn’t even acknowledge a customer standing in front of him then he proceeded to answer the phone and take care of them instead of dealing with a customer standing right in front of him I’m not sure what’s going on but maybe you should train your customer service representatives in actual customer Service and priorities...

Been going here for years for tires and oil changes. My last oil change a technician stripped the threads on my oil pan plug. After finding this out when I had my following oil change, I had to replace the oil pan at a price of $350. When I returned with pics and a receipt, Manager Shawn gave me store credit and I was able to get two new tires that were needed anyway. Every place make mistakes but what separates the good businesses from bad is the ability to remedy those mistakes. Definitely recommend Tires plus in Bayonet point.

I called the location on 52 in advance and asked if I needed to set an appointment for an alignment and with a bias know to come on in there would be no wait and they would have me done and out the door in 20 minutes when I got there I inquired about tires and subsequently purchased the tires after being a short it would only take an hours time to do the tires and the alignment. I sat there for 3 hours with my infant child while I watched three other customers have their vehicle serviced and cashed out and leave before my vehicle was done even though I was there first. One of the other customers even had the same Services done on their vehicle as I did. There were two service managers on duty the opening manager was friendly and joked around with the staff but had very little customer interaction the closing manager was very pushy with all customers regarding additional services and spent the majority of of the three hours I was there playing on his cell phone. I observed my car sitting on the lift for almost 90 minutes with no one working on it

Took my truck here for an alignment, WHAT A MISTAKE!Not only did these clowns completely miss a bad hub bearing BUT, they never even touched ANY of the adjustment bolts whatsoever!!!They advertise $49.95 but charged me $89.95 without any explanation!When I took the truck to a REAL alignment shop, they printed out the specs which were NO WHERE NEAR what they should be!These A HOLES not only FAILED to find a defective part that SEVERELY affects the alignment BUT, they NEVER even touched ANY of the adjustment bolts whatsoever!What a clear case of absolute consumer FRAUD!!!!!

Clean environment, conveniently located, decent prices..if u wait with ur vehicle they will do it quickly. We had left n walked 2 get food n was gone bout an HR n they hadnt even looked at our van. We were told bout an HR. n a half 4 job. Once we returned from lunch it was completed rather quickly. We were planning on over $1k 4 repairs n was delighted it was $500 cheaper when we checked out. We will b using them again.

Brought my Suzuki xl7 to tires plus to get my brakes fixed and they said it was my master cylender.. After having my truck for a day and a half they called me back and said they cant fix it...When I went to pick up my truck they said my truck needed struts too...there was nothing at all wrong with the struts and when I drove it home my truck was bouncing up and down which it had never done before I brought it there..I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN...

Tire shop... Popped in to get quotes on tires. Told co-workers where I went and got all thumbs down about this place. Alignments were never correctly done on their cars causing multiple trips, or oil drain plugs not tightened up right. My experience with the front desk was fine, friendly people and all but too many frowns for me to bring my car there. Sorry Guys! Just got a response from Owner of tires plus. Please read my post before responding. I went in for a quote. Did not have work done. No invoice # to give you to make things right. Co-workers warned me of substanded work on their cars. Took them at their expierience. The staff while I was there was great. Wont take that away from them. Walking to the lobby door, Techs in the Bays were saying hello and the stocky, tattooed guy at the front desk was awesome too. ( Forgot his name. Sorry man! ) Just had too many thumbs down here from numerous people to give higher stars. Will pop in for a simple oil change to either give a yay or nay review on my car. I dont want to cut them short without being there myself. Of course my name is logged here, my girlfriend will be driving/registering for the oil change. Lol

Went in for a scheduled oil change and drove out 2 hours later! Heres why. The oil pan plug was stripped and couldnt be used again. Im thinking no problem well replace and Im on my way since there is an Auto Zone literally across the street...not so fast. Forty minutes later I ask what the hold-up is and I am informed that they are waiting for delivery from some other parts store??? I go across the street and buy one myself for $5, bring it back and they tell me now that it is completed. I am charged $10 for the plug! Are you kidding me!!! Wholesale that plug was probably $3 and your charging me $10 and I have to wait an hour!!! The desk attendant says that he gave me a discount of $15 to bring the cost down to $40.53! Terrible customer service, no understanding, no discount for my trouble and they would not use the plug that I purchased for $5! Im glad that I turned down the tire rotation or I may have ended up with some further issues!!!

These guys tried to tell my wife there was much more wrong with the family vehicle than there was. We took it to a second shop for another pinion and it cost 1000s less than what they were trying to charge.

Dont come here without an appointment. We called in the morning and asked if we needed an appointment for an oil change, they said no just bring it in. We brought it in at 11, they only had 2 cars in the garage. We called for an update at 3, they told us half an hour to an hour, and itll be done. Went to the shop at 4:20, still wasnt done. Was told it was next in line. They got the car in the garage at about 4:45. They were finally finished at 5:05. Also, the zeroed out our mileage counter which isnt big to some people but we track it monthly and thats kinda rude of them. And we cant read the sticker they put on our windshield.

Terrible, these guys definitely tried to rip me off. My tire kept going flat so took it too them to see if I could get it patched up. They refused to do it because I had previously used fix-a-flat in the tire. They said some BS about how fixaflat ruins the inside of the tire to the point where they can’t just patch it up. They then tried to instead sell me on a new tire replacement. They also asked if I wanted to have them dispose of my old tire- I know they would’ve patched it then resold it to a used tire shop. Also, If they did patch it, the cost would’ve been $32+ bucks. Well I ended up taking my car elsewhere and this other place gladly patched my tire for $10. I was told that the guys at Tires Plus just didn’t want to get their hands dirty. I will never be using Tires Plus ever again

Do not uae this location. While Ive used Tire Plus for years, I purchased set 4 new tires in Janua32019, and was never offered road hazard that I always get. Now I need a new tire 9 mos later paying full price and adding roahd hazard. Very disappointed nothing can ne done like credit. Horeever, Spring Hill did pro rste my tire...😁 I going this store, Spring Hill, all the time!

Went in on July 30, 2016 to get Steering and Suspension, Exhaust bank one, tire rotation and alignment to get rid of my engine light. Which cost me over $1700.00 dollars. After waiting over 6 hours I barely got off their drive away when my light came back on. I made a U-turn and went back in and asked why my light was on after they had told me the problem was my O2 sensor in which was just replaced. They suppose had put it on the machine to check and then tell me that I needed to get a Coolant temperature sensor. They said they would call me Monday because there was no one available at the parts place. So I said fine. Came Monday I never received a call so I waited until Wednesday Aug 3 at 9:48 a.m. I called and they said that Drew was off. I made it known that he was suppose to have called me and Shawn, the person whom I spoken with on the phone. He supposedly was suppose to had call Drew to find out about the part. I never received a call back. I called back on August 7, 2016 at 2:07 p.m. and he was off again. According to Shawn he would be back to work on Monday August 8, 2016. So I call at 12:22 p.m. and how about Drew called in sick. I straight up told them why am I getting the run around. I was told I would receive a call last Monday which I never received and now the person is not available. Shawn stated that I should just deal with him and not Drew. Fine. So I go in on August 9, 2016 at approximately around 9 a.m. and they put my SUV on the machine. That when he said I needed a Coolant Temperature Sensor. Shawn said they didnt have the part but it will be in tomorrow and he would call me when it came in. And he wouldnt charge me. I said fine. On August 10, 2016 I received my call and took my SUV in at approximately 11:50 a.m. things were fine until about 4 p.m. my ALB system light came on my bash board. Now I have no breaks. My foot literally goes to the floor. I was on my way to class. I thought maybe it would go away. NO. Not even. After I left class at 8:10 p.m. MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I dont know what they did to my SUV but I am SO ANGRY WITH THEM. I called the corporate office and put in a complaint. I believe they charged me for things I didnt need done on my SUV. I dont even think they know what they are doing. I dont recommend them at all. I would never go back.

Bought my truck tires there,got a good price. I needed to get my tires rotated. Drove in they said that they could get me in @ 2:00. Got there a little late they took me in within 15 mins and to my surprise there was no charge. Thanks

I needed a new battery. It took 20 Minutes to check the old battery and install a new one.

Went for an oil change told management to use 5w30 high milage blend they used conventional iol instead. Manger tells me that I should get a tune up cos my vehicle was over one hundred thousand miles and I should get a new tire for front passenger side, a power steering leak. They needed to do I dye test to c where it was leaking from. I refused to have it done the tune up was very expensive management told me that the spark plugs alone were 31.99 each I needed 6. Wire kit 137. Good thing I refuse that too said thats what the dealer ship would charge me. I called the dealership they told me the spark plugs were 12.98 each, wire kit 88.00. I dont know where tire plus get the prices on parts. Go in for oil change for 32.99 synthetic blend and never got it. walk out with a 900.00 estimate. For everything else I got home and look at power steering tube pulled it up tighten the clamp and it works fine Im not a mechanic. So I dont bother going there any more. What a rip off.

This place charged me ten dollars to tell me they couldnt diagnose my TPMS problem, ... to go to a dealer and have it diagnosed, ... then come back and they could fix it, get this: for 70 dollars. How can you estimate a repair you cant diagnose? I will never spend another dime at this place.
