Overcharged one of my guys for mixed load that was clean concrete and concrete block they said it had fill in it. Most concrete on top of dirt so there was always some dirt stuck to the concrete call to complain said thats the price. I do not recommend Hubbard sand and gravel.

My crew paid and waited on line for an hour for some gravel only to be told when we got up the the gravel pile that they would not put the gravel in the pales we provided but that we needed a pickup truck. We had a box truck with lift gate that would easily carry the pales. We even offered to shovel the gravel in the pales but they said we only put it in pick up trucks or dump trucks ... Why didnt they mention it an hour earlier when we were on Line? Very unreasonable as I do not write bad reviews very often at all but it cost me so much money because I just needed a little extra gravel that we were at a job in area. Terrible not working with a customer.

Topsoil contains a lot of broken glass. They sent someone to look at it who told me it was normal and I should not worry and can walk on it. I am not happy about all the work that I put into this project being ruined by their product. They offered a discount on a future purchase. I am not throwing good money after bad. I plan to have the DEC test it since I now wonder what else is in it.

Order 6 yard of mulch and lucky to have gotten 4. The wheel barrow fills dont lie. I called the office and was told I was wrong and to take my business somewhere else. I work in the industry. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever received. Lots of competition. Their prices are cheap because you DONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. Buy somewhere else. They can keep the $70 bucks they stole from me because I am now taking away the thousands in revenue I gave them yearly. The KID answering the phone should learn customer service. BAD BUSINESS.

Company is price gouging. My husband went there to get pricing on El Dorado Shadow Rock for our outside kitchen we are doing and a young man priced us at $7 per sq foot. We went there yesterday an older man, that may be going through his midlife crisis, said that the kid quoted us a price from 2015 and that it’s $12 per sq feet We ask the pricing for another style and he said he will look into it and let us know. He didn’t ask for our name or number My husband said don’t you need our info. He said oh yeah and wrote it down We left the place and went to other companies and received quotes for the same brand and style at $7 - $8 price range per sq feet ... NEVER GOING BACK AND THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED OUT RIGHT WRONG !!!!

Has some of the best prices around for topsoil, gravel, and compost. The people working there were helpful and knowledgeable on what was going on and how much bluestone I needed for my driveway. They also speak spanish (Hablan Español) if anyone needs that too!Best place for landscaping supply stuff!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a top soil delivery that was suppose to be delivered in the Morning. I followed up around 9am with a phone call and I was told it will be delivered late morning, I asked for an approx time and he said late morning. My second phone call was placed at 11:15 am which I was put on hold for 7 minutes, and then they said I was next. So here it is 1:15 pm and placed another phone call which I was placed on hold for several minutes, and got the same answer as I did at 11:15, that were were next . So need less to say I had two men sitting at a job for most of the day with no soil to move and by the way now its 1:20pm and no soil still
