Half of the time I come they dont even open at the right time saids 10:30 they probably open around like 11 if I wanted to sit around I wait for the public bus

Why expensive but reasonable and the staff was extremely sweet and nice. Def tried to help me the best they could.

Metro PCS is great, but the store located at 609A E Main St, Bay Shore NY is a scam. I went in for an upgrade and was told it would be a $25 fee for an upgrade. I had Metro for years and any time I switched a phone its been $15. I thought it might of went up so I called a couple of stores and was told its only $15. This place is a rip off and it also is associated with the store on Union Blvd. I recommend Metro, but avoid these stores.
