AMAZING!!! I had my front entry door replaced by Royal Windows and Doors. I did go to multiple stores and looked at different manufacturers, pretty much all of the same products from one place to another. NOTHING compares to Royal Windows and Doors. I walked into showroom and immediately fell in love with a door. Yes, it was more expensive than what you find at the normal chain stores, but the craftsmanship and quality is above all else!! The door itself, the ironwork, the door jam, everything down to the interior trim they replaced around the door inside my home, is great quality and was done PERFECTLY!! The crew cleaned up after themselves, impeccable job! Would’ve never known the door was just installed. It just looks beautiful. I am so happy, actually ecstatic!! I could not recommend this company more. Also, the men I met with, Solon and George, are just two of the nicest people. Very genuine and warm, took time to work with me and educate me on the choices I had. Really incredible! I LOVE my new door! Worth it in every way! Thank you!!

From start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in updates and improvements to my home as often times that process for one reason or another is NOT enjoyable. Chris was exceptional and took the time to explain to me the differences between the windows that Royal produces and other companies and what really drives their competitive advantage from a product standpoint. George and Chris came for the measuring which was seamless as they were in and out within 10 minutes and also made it possible to use my old blinds which was very important to me. The install was really exceptional, it’s hard to find people who care about what they do these days and Royal genuinely does from start to finish. The product itself, is absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Royal as it’s a phenomenally run family business!

Great experience, from sale to installation of our 2 doors.

Had an appointment today at 4pm that I made over a week ago at 4:15pm no one showed up so I called only to be told they called my cell at 3:40pm to confirm my 4pm appointment and since I didn’t answer (never got a missed call or voicemail) and the traffic would be heavy now I would need to reschedule. When offered other times (none that would work for me) I was told to call back when I know my schedule......NEVER calling back will find a company that wants business!

We had just about every single window of our house replaced in the middle of January and royal windows and doors did a fantastic job! The workers were very thorough, cleaned up after themselves every single day, and were very accommodating for me and my daughter as we were home every day while they worked. My daughter is 16 months and as they worked from room to room, they helped in keeping me informed of how the job was progressing and telling me when we should get ready to hang out in a different part of the house. My husband and I highly recommend them for any window job. We have noticed a huge difference in our thermostat already and the quality of the windows are a huge improvement to what we had before. We will be using them when we finally decide to do our front and back doors!

Royal provided an absolutely excellent service. I was very concerned about replacing windows (I’ve never done this before) and wasn’t sure what I would even need.I called a few places and in the end decided to go with Royal.I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have someone come out to the house the same week to take measurements. They drafted up some designs that we went over in the showroom and we were able to work together to pick the right look and price (we got a great deal for 20 windows and a beautiful door).Installation: A team of 3 came out, they replaced all the windows very efficiently. They did all the work and even vacuumed when they were done.(You wouldn’t be able to tell anyone was there).The whole Royal team was extremely professional! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

We are so pleased with our new double doors from Royal. Chris was awesome in helping us decide on just the right style for our home. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the installation was seamless. We met with Chris at the Bay Shore location and was impressed us from the start with his knowledge of the product. He was extremely helpful and we placed our order. The day of the installation finally came and the team that arrived at my house were very professional. They paid attention to every detail and I could not have asked for a better job. Ive been in the construction trade for 42 years and I can tell a quality craftsmen and these gentlemen knew there stuff I could not be happier with the final product and Id highly recommend them for any project.

As soon as I entered the Commack NY Showroom I could see the quality of the doors.The door were beautiful. Danny the owner came to the house took photos the the front and then the next day we went to the store to meet him. He showed us how the front of the house looked and what it could look like with one of Royals Doors. My husband and I knew what we wanted we picked it out and also a storm door.I have to say we are getting many compliments.
