Absolutely love this store employees are always asking if I need anything and are happy to help all the time . I always notice the employees enthusiasm When I see them at the register . I work in retail so its nice seeing the workers like this. I always see them do their job and attending to the stores needs ! This store always has nice shoes and a variety of them and scarves and kimonos which is lovely !! It’s always neat and tidy almost looks untouched whenever I drop in ! Really lovely store !

Jack was very rude. Was told to come in with receipt for any exchanges. Came in with receipt and they told me I couldn’t do an exchange or return which I found weird. No explanation what so ever and told me to get lost. Was always happy coming here but I will never step foot here again.

I will never again be shopping here. I went in and the boy at front was extremely rude. He greeted us dryly and was disrespectful throughout the whole conversation. I expected more from and I normally love to shop here but this experience has really upset me and I am choosing not to ever come back. This store should teach their employees how to respect their customers and not make them feel unwelcome.

I had a great experience while shopping at the store. The manager was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. She gave me great advise for clothes we picked out and I will shop there again.

One of the most cleanest retail stores Ive even been in and the customer service was like no other. Upon walking in I was greeted by a sales associate who handed me a shopping bag as she explained all the promotions that were going on in the store. As I was walking around Jack assisted me to all of the newer products in the store and put together outfits for me to try on. Once I was ready to try on my items a lovely lady named Liz helped me into a fitting room and told me to come out so she could see the clothes on me. Each time I tried on an outfit she made me feel so beautiful and confident I couldnt pass them up! Finally, I was ready to check out and Liz brought my things to the register for me and explained if I signed up for their loyalty program I would receive 10% off EACH time I shopped with them! AMAZING!!!! After my transaction was complete she remembered my name and thanked me for stopping in and said to enjoy my vacation. That made me feel so special because it wasnt obvious that her and Jack were just trying to sell me something, they actually took the time to get to know me and gave me an amazing experience. I will definitely be back!

I have been here a few times with my fiance and each time we were greeted, absolutely no attitude, everyones so nice and the customer service is something every store should have! The clothes fit me perfectly which is a hard one cause Im picky . The prices and sales are very reasonable Always walk out happy

Went with my girlfriend to shop. Clean place, a wide variety of clothing to pick from. She was a huge fan of there shoe collections there but didnt find her size my guess it few off the shelf. The workers were friendly. If I had to write one negative comment it would be there fitting room area is a mix of storage and rooms but that didnt bug me much granted Ive seen way worse before.

I had bought a sweatshirt a month prior the week of my birthday. I had thrown out the receipt for the sweatshirt later on realized that their was still a sensor/alarm on my sweatshirt. I went to the store to get it taken off, and the workers were incredibly rude. Even accusing me and interrogating me about stealing an item that I had bought and walked in with! I will never shop here again!

My grandchild loves this place.
