Negotiations were polite and respectful. I was given a fair value for my trade.Henry was my salesperson. He generously offered multiple test drives (one with him, another with my wife - in the car by ourselves so we could really evaluate the car). I felt that he was straight-up and honest as we went through the purchase process. He expertly took care of all the tasks that are required when you trade-in and purchase a new vehicle.The pickup process was very pleasant - Manny in finance did a great job - no surprise extra charges or tricks. I felt like my business was important to them. The final price and financing costs for the new vehicle were as we agreed. I was offered additional products but was NOT pressured to purchase them. Henry helped me connect my phone to the new car and familiarized me with the features of my new car. An EXCELLENT delivery experience!After the purchase, I contacted Henry regarding some personal items that I left in my trade. He responded immediately and addressed my request.I would highly recommend this dealership!
I was in dire need of a new car. I had been shopping for about a week and the first experience I had at another Mazda dealership was so horrible that I was really turned off by them. My husband was able to find the car I was looking for at Bright Bay Mazda. Their website was so easy to navigate and we liked seeing the prices right away instead of a “contact the dealer” price. When we got there, Chris Liso was awesome! He made the whole experience super easy and he was so friendly. We have two little boys and the dealership was great with them. Very patient. When we decided to get the car, Manny, who did our financing was also so awesome and friendly. Right from the start, we felt so comfortable and they wanted us to feel good about our decision! I would highly recommend Bright Bay and the people there treat you with respect.
Went in to look at the used cars. They had quite a few cars of the model that we wanted they were all in amazing shape. The sales man that helped us was very helpful and we ended up driving home in a new to us Mazda.
Overall great experience at Bright Bay Mazda. Chris Lido was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He was able to get me a car with all the features I wanted plus more. He was patient and explained everything carefully about the car and helped to put together all of the paperwork for me. Manny in financing was also great. He was very professional and explained all of my financing options without being pushy about any of it.

Everything was fantastic, I was only a little upset that I didn’t get a car wash at the dealership and they gave me a voucher for a couple of places in the area. I 100% will never take my brand new car to a car wash to risk scratching or any damage. I wish the dealership had a car wash with clean safe and amazing equipment to guarantee a damage-free wash :)
Overall good, I would of left 5 stars but they did forget to wash my car and clean the interior. These extras was supposed to be included in my service today but they forgot to do it. I notice when I was ready to pick my car up, it wasn’t washed and cleaned. I know it’s a free courtesy service that they’re providing but at least honor what’s advertised.

Absolutely fantastic service.. met with Henry on Sunday, what a great guy, he is so genuine and honest and chill, offers no bs, went for a test Drive, loved the car. Henry didn’t hover over us or try to talk us into buying it, he left us alone with the car, to make out minds up. He then went over all the details of financing etc..went back Tuesday and met with Henry again and Manny (finance guy), also a great guy, not pushy or trying to rush us, very laid back, we did what we had to do, and drove off in our new car, which is fabulous 😀
Chris L. was my sales person and he was incredibly patient and flexible with me. He wasn’t pushy and felt very genuine. He also was ok with me test driving a manual while I was super rusty! When I decided to change the car I put on mazda. Initially I was looking for a used one, I called from 15 dealers and only 3 were helpful, including bright bay. In the end they offered me a new car at a very good price and that tempted me. They were very helpful in the whole buying process and didnt play any stupid games which I hate. I am already after the first inspection and I am also satisfied. Bright bay surprised me very positively and if they keep this level, they will have many satisfied customers.

Mazda is by far my favorite car brand. Not just because of the cars that they make and how they drive but because of the service team. I always go and feel welcomed, between Ricky greeting making sure I have an appointment or Garf explaining the work that he has done. The service guy who I always talk to is Glenn he is the best! He always fits in my appointment based off of my schedule and he is great with small talk as I wait for my car. Bright Bays quote was significantly less than all other online and in person quotes I received. Bright Bay honored the quote without issue. Further, everyone I dealt with at Bright Bay was pleasant to work with and made what is typically an unpleasant experience a very easy and pleasant one. I love my new car and will return to Bright Bay in the future without question.

I came in to explore my options for leasing for my first car and as soon as I walked in I found the perfect car for me. Henry Villafuerte was so kind and informative from the beginning. I was extremely pleased with the service at Bright Bay Mazda. When I parked my car in parking lot, I was met by an employee who was extremely nice. He brought me in to the service area where I confirmed my concerns with gentleman in service office.I sat in waiting area and watched Tv until car completed. I was there approx 1 hour. I then received video of work being done and then man came in to say car finished..From start to finish they were attentive and efficient. I am extremely happy with the service I received and from those who work there. From my first experience with salesman (Thomas) to the men in service area months later, they were all top notch.. I highly recommend Bright Bay Mazda.

This review of mine is LONG overdue, but I’ve been coming to this Mazda location for some time now ( probably 2 years or so) and whenever I come in to get my car serviced I always have a good experience. I never had any problem whatsoever, the mechanics really know what they’re doing and take good care of your car. ( For me this is something that’s really importantbecause In the past I’ve had dealt with many car issues constantly). Customer service has always been great as well, ESPECIALLY Glen Chery! He’s a really great guy and he makes you feel comfortable going in and making sure everything is good from the moment you leave your keys to coming back and getting your car . They keep you updated on everything, I definitely wouldn’t go to any other place to get my car serviced except here.

I have been buying and more recently, leasing cars for many years and I have to say that this, by far, has been the very best experience I’ve ever had. I was at one dealership that was quoting me a price higher than where I wanted to be and they were pressuring me to take the car that day. While he went to get the CX-5 I wanted to test drive, I stepped out and called James at Bright Bay. I told him everything I wanted and the price I was currently quoted and he called me back in 10 minutes with a quote $70 less! I kid you not. Needless to say, I went there to see the cars they had and sign the paperwork. He was so accommodating and laid back. They even had more stock with a color I ended up liking more. The finance guy, Manny, also a great no pressure guy, just gave us the info about extended protection plans, which I ended up taking and the payment was still lower than the one from the other dealer! You won’t go wrong buying or leasing from James. This dealership knows how to treat people.

James was great. He is very knowledgeable about the cx 9, answered my emails texts and messages in a timely manner without me having to follow up with another request. Finalizing the sale was not stressful as the finance manager put no pressure on after explaining what was available as add ins. I would whole hardly recommend this dealership.

Just stopped in at 4:20 PM, they are open until 5:00 PM. We were chased off the premises saying they were closing. We were outside looking at a camaro for our son.Not a great first shopping experience for him.Meanwhile another couple who pulled in after us are being shown a Subaru by a nicer salesman.I will never return to this dealer.Maybe learn to treat your customers better- this young customer was paying cash!It’s ok- we will go elsewhere!

Disappointed with the service department would be an understatement. I have leased, financed, purchased or facilitated for other family members the lease/purchase of 6 cars from this specific dealership over the past five years. On my last car, I purchased a 10yr/100k “bumper to bumper” warranty. Four years in, I attempted to use that warranty to fix the command center housing which broke through normal use. First, I was told I didn’t even have a warranty. Then I was told that issue wouldn’t be covered even though I had been assured that everything would be covered short of normal wear and tear issues like oil changes, breaks, tires, light bulbs, etc. This is a plastic clip that obviously snapped from the pressure of being pressed. It’s designed to be pressed, so I’m not sure how I could have avoided this situation. I can guarantee you this though, when it comes time to purchase our next car, even if it is going to be a Mazda, it won’t be from Bright Bay. That’s sad for me to say, but this was a chance for this dealership to cut us a little bit of a break considering the tens of thousands of dollars our family has spent here. They didn’t. You live and you learn I guess.

I just purchased my third Mazda from Bright Bay Mazda with this being my second purchase from Rich. Rich is the man, he is upfront and does not waste your time. I picked a CX-5 AWD Carbon Edition on Wednesday, left a security deposit and when I returned on Thursday everything was set (insurance, plate transfer, etc.). All I had to do was meet with Manny to sign off on some digital documents and I was on my way after Rich helped me register my new car to the MyMazda app.
We just leased a new Mazda with Chris at Bright Bay, and the whole experience was wonderful! Honestly such a stunning surprise to me, since every car-buying/leasing experience Ive ever had in my life before this was awful. I was prepared for the worst (and procrastinated until my prior lease had nearly expired) and in the end, drove away in my new car, elated and amazed how smooth it all went. I didnt have great credit; Manny and Bright Bay worked with me on that. And unlike other dealers, the price quoted was essentially the price paid. They took care of everything (registration, plates, etc) and I was in and out in 2 quick visits. Everyone was friendly and nice, even after the purchase when I had to call back in with a few questions. I cant say enough good things. This is how car buying should be.

This is the first time I have a problem with this dealership. My car wont start. I called up and ask for service. The guy Glenn tells my I have to wait until Thursday and I explained, well tried to explain that I need to get to work I cant be a week without transportation. He stops me an tells me there is nothing he can do. I ask to speak with a manager and he tells me he is the only one there. He gives me the mazda corp number to make a complain. I asked to get hin full name and he refused. He said my name is Glen. This place was nice when it came to sell me the car, but this particular guy, just did not care at all.

From my first phone call, to visiting the showroom, viewing cars - even to closing deal, the team was considerate, knowledgeable AND NEVER COERCED . Rich is the best to do business with, bought my second car from him. I would not recommend the service department. They are always backed up or trying to sell you unnecessary things. Go for an oil change, be prepared to wait 2 hours..
Very easy and quick. I brought the car in for my free inspection. I went to the Waiting room, which is nice with tv, refrigerator and coffee. They were done in 20 minutes. Very pleasant people.
I went in for an oil change with an appointment and it took 1 1/2 hrs. That is an extremely long time!I am also not happy with the new way the Customer Service agent communicates with waiting customers. They will send you a txt with recommendations and want you to respond via that method rather then walking 50 ft. to talk to the customer in person.This is not good customer service and not a good customer experience.

Chris called me up, told me he could get me the newer version of my car with a package in my price range. How could I say no?! This was all done over a few days! To start this is the fifth Mazda I have owned, I came to Brightbay Mazda with my 2018 GT, I was over my miles but the car was in very good shape, well kept. The Mgr said he would pay off the last three payment and he set me up with a CX-5 signature, that I am overly impressed with. I just had my first service and I have to say I am more then impressed, when I received the video that was taken while my car was being serviced could not have impressed me more. I’ve had such a great experience with this dealer, from leasing my car with Manny to the service center. I had an issue with the cover hanging off the bottom of my car after hitting a puddle with a bit too much speed. I drove it right to the dealer after work and Kevin, one of the mechanics actually stayed late to check it out and remove the piece that was dragging on the ground. The gentleman behind the desk (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) took care of everything for the repair, got me a great price, and even had the car inspected while it was there. Everyone was so nice on top of it, and the facility is so clean and even feels a little fancy. I can’t say enough about this place and will always be returning here!

Bought a used car from them, had a great experience. Unfortunately, the engine spun a bearing 2 days before the Lemon Law warranty expired. I was dreading the nightmare of having to battle with the dealership over the repair. After they determined the engine was a loss, John, the sales manager, was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix the car. John was in constant contact with us to let us know the status of the repair and at no point did I feel we were being ignored or forgotten. Although Brightbay did source a new engine, they were unable to get the car running. The issue was with the engine supplier and the engine block. After four and a half weeks of trying to resolve their issue with engine, to my surprise, Brightbay honorable offered to refund all of our money. Brightbay did the right thing without having to be asked. Although we were bummed we didnt get our car back, we were impressed with how John and Brightbay handled the whole situation. What happened to this place? Weve been buying cars here for a long time. They were supposed to fix a rim ...they fixed the rim but didnt bother to take the time to balance the tire! The service here has steadily gone downhill... How sad & disappointing!

This is my first time owning a Mazda and I could not have been more pleased with the customer services of Christopher Lico and Financial manager Manny Rattu. I went in to just inquire about a car and they made me so at ease that I actually drove off with a new Mazda. They were both patient, caring and non pressuring representatives that are there to help and assist. I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my new car but I can not praise these two gentlemen more. If you are looking for a new Mazda please ask for them by name (although I am sure the other representatives are kind as well) and they will take very good care of you.

Great experience from start to finish. During my research, I spoke with two other dealerships and the team at Bright Bay Mazda was by farther the most helpful and attentive.
