Wade took a look at my car and told me that, not only did the chain shop (it was a Pep Boys) screw up their work on my car and leave it worse than when I went in, but that the actual repair I needed was something completely different that would only cost me a fraction of what the big guys wanted to charge me.Id trust this shop with any future repairs I may need in a heartbeat. Wade helped me out about 2 months ago, I love working on my car and I try my best to learn things on my own so I dont get ripped off from sketchy mechanics. I was hesitant because of past experiences but I came in there with an issue and Wade instantly helped me out. My luggnuts were close to stripped and he loosened the bolts just enough for me to do my own brake caliper and brake replacements. He did it free of charge and even refused a tip. I have not been there for anything else, but I know where to go the next time I need help with my car. God bless him and his business, sorry for the late review but this is a hidden Gem.

Absolutely do not look any further for a mechanic, Wade is your man. My brother was referred to him by a coworker and decided to give him a try. My brother is someone who does many repairs himself so he is very aware of parts prices and what the work actually involves. He was highly impressed by him so when I needed a new mechanic I went to him.Not only is he honest and extremely fair with his prices and labor but he is genuinely a fantastic person. He works with you and your schedule. He has never said I cannot accommodate you. I now have my entire family utilizing him. Turns out my cousin has been using him for years and feels the same way. Took my wifes BMW here twice. Once because of a busted fluid line, which was fix at a very reasonable price, and another time because of check engine light. Wade and his team diagnosed the problem for me. Since it was a lot of work that needed to be done and some codes that had to be diagnosed by BMW, he did nit charge me for the time that was spent on my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Its hard to find a fair and honest auto repair shop.

Wade is the man! My wife works at the hospital right behind his shop and drops her car off there before work. Her car has very high mileage and weve been trying hard to extend its life for as long as possible without breaking the bank. Wade does a terrific job keeping it running great and is very straightforward telling us what should be done and what we should pass on. Highly recommended!

Wade and his crew have been taking care of me, my family and friends for over 15 years, and I will whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking and fair-priced mechanic.My first encounter with him was in 2001 when we brought our Windstar van to him. It wouldnt go into reverse, and made horrible noises when going forward. Fully expecting to having the transmission replaced, I let him look it over. About 20 minutes later, he drives it up to the front of the shop, and it was running good as new. The problem: some sort of pin/connector cut loose in the shifter arm, and all he had to do was replace the pin and put it all together. I was so grateful that I didnt need to spend thousands of dollars - and when I asked him how much the job was, he told me dont worry about it - bring your car back when you have a real problem.Since then, Bay Shore Auto has been my only repair shop - even doing better work than the Ford Dealer mechanics. Everyone Ive sent his way has been happy; we get quality work at a fair price. Follow ups are free - if you think something still isnt right, hell take it back and make it right.Out of everything I have to worry about in my life, this is one place I never have to worry about. I wish all of the companies and people I dealt with ran their business and customer relations like Wade and Bay Shore Radiator does. Theyre good people - and thats rare these days!

BAYSHORE AUTO RADIATOR & REPAIR; Wade was very professional and honest. He educated me on my engine and took all doubts that I had away about my engine being repair. Few days had passed and my low oil pressure light and my oil gauge is functioning properly. I will recommend this shop to other people. GREAT MECHANIC! I dont want to forget Mark the owner, he make you feel comfortable in his establishment and will try to help you in anyway he can. We need people like Mark and Wade all over.

Their manager, Wade, is friendly, courteous, funny :) but most of all honest and makes sure the job gets done correctly. I have a Dodge Charger, and I went there because I was told I have a transmission problem by another auto shop. The staff here was awesome, I didnt have a transmission problem and they didnt rob me. They were honest, and trustworthy, something you dont find today. Wade, look at my car and gave it to me straight. I wont go anyplace else ever again.

These guys are the greatest, took my ram truck in to have its radiator replaced and Wade was nice enough to bring me into to back and show me around, they even rotated my tires and topped off all fluids! Great price great team!
