I live in Florida and was recently visiting relatives on Long Island. I needed to replace the front blinker light assembly for my 2000 Toyota Camry.As I was an out of towner, I called a few junkyards in the area as well as the local Toyota Parts store.Anthony at Phoenix Used Auto Parts was the most knowledgeable and helpful of all the places I called. He immediately offered to order a new part for me at a price 50% less than all the other used parts dealers and a small fraction of the Toyota Parts dealer. And I might add...he did not require me to pay in advance as all the others had.When the part came in, I had a friend who installs parts try to replace the assembly. He was not able to fit the part in exactly....so I called Anthony and he said to bring it back.When I went back, Anthony came out and installed the new light in a few seconds! And with a great smile and a very nice manner.I highly recommend the Phoenix Used Auto Parts. If you live anywhere near Bay Shore, L.I. you are very fortunate. It is a family business and everyone is extremely nice. Excellent prices, service and knowledge! Thank you, Anthony!

Good staff, good service, reasonable prices. Went to pick up my door and it was loaded on the delivery truck (and gone) by mistake. Next day i went there again and they gave me the wrong door. But once they realized that, the staff went out of their way to fix it asap. Definitely will go back there again when i need used car parts.

I went here to find a tail light for my car. The team found it, charged me a more than decent price, and showed me how to install it myself, which also saved me money because I was going to pay someone else to install it. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them. Great prices and great service.

Its funny how I see the reviews and I think the place is going to be you know professional but I went about a week ago early in the morning to get parts they tell me alright well call you when its ready from 9 to 430 I received nothing so I go and ask if they have the parts basically right before they close and they say were going to check right now before we leave a week later still havent received a phone call so I literally called about 20 mins ago and the guy who answers me says its my fault for waiting on him when they said they had the parts place is completely unprofessional ! Would never suggest this place to anyone should of known better there in Brentwood

Tony is a friendly guy. The have a large yard and I was surprised to find a tailgate for my Dodge pickup that even matched my paint. Fair prices too.
