Great customer service! I purchased a bunk bed here and it was perfect, just what I was looking for & it was delivered and installed in my room. It took about 1hour for the install & the guys installing the bed were super professional. I got all the help that I needed. Thank you guys I will be coming back

They have some furniture exposed, or they can order anything out of tons of catalogues. Just didnt know what you need. You can bargain for the price. Pretty good value for the money. They did offer cheaper price compare with the big stores and the shipping was only $30.

I ordered a bed at the beginning of February, March arrived and they did not deliver my bed or speak to me on the phone, I spoke to them to see what was happening, the man told me that there was an error that he had in the note that they called my bed. He ordered her again according to him, 2 weeks passed and nothing. I spoke to them again and it turns out that the factory where they make my bed ran out of material and they are not making it. But they could never speak to me to tell me what was happening that lack of anticipation. After I went and changed my bed and they told me which ones they had in the store. I changed it, and because the bed I chose did not have the base where the mattress goes, I had to buy it. For the base I got $ 260 as I had paid for my bed in cash. They make my appointment to deliver my bed. They bring me the one that is NOT, I told them, they told me that that was the one on the ticket. Ok the bed was not so bad I had the base I did not have to pay for it. And its OK. The guys were nice and I know it wasnt their mistake. But later they tell them that if they were wrong that they have to take the bed. She was armed, they took her apart again. I left my job to go to the delivery and at last I lost two hours. They told me that if I liked it, they could take it to me and they would give me some serious pillows ???? Am I going to waste more time? I threw away my bed that I had because, according to me, I was going to have it today. I still had to pay them the $ 260 after they changed my bed 3 times. I was very disappointed. When I took out my dining room and a desk, I turned them off later, later. And today I pay for the full bed nothing. 2 months and a half and nothing. How angry.
