Holy selection! A huge array of drinks were available, cold and ready to go. It was my go-to stop while on vacation to get a brew here and there and a quick snack. Every trip was pleasent, quick and the service was extremely friendly and nice! Even all the customers I interacted with while waiting in line were super nice and kind. I usually dont give party stores 5 star reviews, but this place I think deserves a shout out a well as the staff.

This is the little convenience store that we frequently visited during our trip/stay in Bay City!! Normally I cant say that I would review a party store, but this place is a bit different!The employees were a hoot to get along with as well as patrons that frequent the store and I must say, were way more hospitable than what we received at the hotel we stayed at! Keep it up! Your employees make your store!!

Cheap quick mart items. Not very good variety and the floor is usually dirty. Staff is friendly but expect to wait in line.

I really like this store. Its cheap and has some more rare stuff that I love, exclusive cupcakes ie. Reeses and other peanut butter cupcakes, Sprite slurpee machine with flavor attachment. Cheap merch like ooze pens, cigarette stuff, glass bowls for cheap. $5 hookup lol. Three stars because staff is almost rude, males me feel uncomfortable, money gram is unavailable most of the time. No public restroom. But the staff there even made me pay for a cup I dropped and then threw away. They have a bench outside and sitting in it for five minutes is apparently loitering.

They let thiefs hang out behind the counter, and the staff likes to give things away in front of customers. If I have to purchase my goods you should also have to purchase your cigarettes. No exceptions.

Applies to negative posts...If you would stop at a store the night before you wouldnt pay a little more. People have been taking the cash and not showing up. He trusts Irene and her days ARE NOT numbered. If I am 10 cents to 2$ short she covers it but she wouldnt if she knew the person. So what if their on the phone for seconds. Cant charge you different prices...they scan.

Used to be a great convenience store. Had good efficient, helpful employees, until Bud, the owner decided that they were stealing from him, (which its doubtful they were), and fired the good employees. Irene, the manager is still there, but Im afraid that she is fighting a losing battle. Too bad.

They are always nice here. I tried to pay a few bills but evidently you cant today I tried at a few different places.

Horrible customer service!! The older lady is always on her phone and literally charges me different prices for the same products every time I come here!! I certainly catch her in the act, and show her what the proper price is, to which she then changes it-- but i just wonder how many people she does this to?.. Place must make a fortune thanks to her...

Got overcharged and my money was never refunded and my credit card was changed and I never even was given back a dime and was treated disrespectful and told to leave the store after they stold money from me off card and then.given a fake refund slip its been over 30 days and I was never refunded I have to file a report to my credit card to get my money so in my experience there they are the worst store in bay city and I would say take the extra half mile and go to jans party store at least the own any mistakes And make them right on the spot, they and honest people at Jans and are Not disrespectful and.treat there customers right

FGirl on duty is amazing

Went there with my dad, the slurpee machine was broke. Clerk said he had to pay for it still. Then yelled at my dad and said to never come back again when my dad refused to pay for it. ( he didnt get what he wanted due to defect) we also had issue with them wanting more money because we didnt spend the amount they wanted too. Bad clerks!! Dont seam to care for costomers! Ill never go back again.

I dont go there very often, but it is located on a corner that I frequently have to turn at during my commuting, so my GPS will often ping me as being there, because I am waiting for traffic before I can make a turn.
