Very friendly and nice staff. The staff member was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of finding the right shoes. I had to replace my old shoes that were falling apart and wanted something comfy for my day to day use and occasionally going to the gym. So far I’m very satisfied. A++ for the student discount too!

I went into the store they found out what kind of arch I have, I also told them I have bad heel pain. They put me into a shoes as well as inserts. I was back 2 weeks later due to heel pain continuing, they gave me a different pair of inserts. I emailed the owner with no feedback, I also called the store the employee was suppose to get a hold of the owner to have him get back with me. I have heard nothing from them and I’m still dealing with heel pain. I will think twice before going back and spending that kind of money for no relief.I went to Saginaw store and dealt with Chad who was very nice and helped me a lot. He sized my foot to a different size and tried different shoes for me. He was very helpful and I’m hoping for the best. My new runners store may be Saginaw. Thank you Chad very much.

Honestly best decision Ive made. These shoes are the most comfortable pair Ive ever worn. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good show to go here. They help to make sure its the right shoe and the right fit. Ive worn size 10 most of my life. I wouldve never guessed that it was the wrong size. Will definitely be back!

I was really struggling with my runs, my feet, back and hips hurt to the point that I was in serious pain and I wasn’t enjoying running anymore. I went in to see Bill and he spent over two hours with me. He analyzed my gait, foot strike etc. He changed out my shoe, and made some adjustments to the power step. He also gave me training tips and advice. I’ve now done 5 runs in my new shoes and my feet, back and hips do not hurt while I’m running anymore. I’m actually enjoying running again. I can’t thank Bill enough for his kindness, dedication and professionalism. He definitely knows what he is doing!

Love the great service from such a wonderful staff. The owners are amazing and its nice to see local business people helping the local area. They always have so many wonderful people working here and I havent even mentioned the great products. I work on my feet and they sell the best for my tired tootsies! 😍

After failed attempts at finding shoes for walking that didnt create issues for me, I stopped by Runners to see what they could do. Christina was very knowledgeable and helpful and I am confident that I am now in the right shoe (and if for some reason the shoes dont work out, they will make it good).

This place is amazing. The knowledge the employees have about feet is impressive. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes with my feet issues. The shoes are a bit more expensive, but are worth it. If the shoes dont work well for you, you have 30 days to return. I was extremely impressed!
