Their products are of the Highest Quality, Quotes are Realistic and Not Gouging the Customer, Installation was done in One Day and Cleaned Up as if they werent even here!! Greg and Scott were very friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. I had several companies come out to quote for a furnace, hot water heater and air conditioner and am grateful that I decided on them. I researched the best furnaces before I had quotes done and it turned out American Standard was #1 on the list, which is what they install. The explained in detail the systems installed which I very much appreciated! They even took care of sending in the consumers rebate for me. They just finished Friday and I received confirmation from consumers already yesterday. I highly recommend them!

Greg and Scott are two Awesome Professionals who were a joy to work with and who both have great attention for details!!I bought a Nest Thermostat through Consumer’s Energy Store for $89 ($100 instant rebate) + a free google speaker (assistant)!!! Greg and Scott installed it and made sure each step of the way on programming, they were right there to assist me, with one by air/heat unit and one up with me at Nest Thermostat. Then we tested the heat and then the air to make sure it was all working perfectly!!!They are very knowledgeable about rebates as well!! The heat unit I bought, being super efficient, gets a $450 rebate back from Consumers Energy with the form Greg brought that I filled out!!Super experience!!!*****

We had a new HVAC system installed a little over a year ago. Greg and Scott did an awesome job on the install. They were onsite when promised and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them highly. Fast forward to a year later and there was a small issue with the furnace. Joe was here promptly and went to work. The problem was unusual noises the cropped up after I did the seasonal filter change. Joe didn’t hesitate to contact the company that manufactured the unit, and they sent out a specialist to lend a hand. After much investigation, the problem was discovered and fixed. No more noises! I am extremely pleased with Joes customer service, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was very persistent in resolving the issue and clearly worked very hard to “ get the job done”!I can’t say enough good things about the Gledhill’s. They are honest hard workers who always place the customer NUMBER 1 . They do great work at a fair price and they stand firmly behind their products, services and their word! They are awesome to work with!
