Smaller than most harbor freight but packed tight with cool tools and gadgets and stuff you didnt know you needed.... most tools say they are comparable to a big box brand... the tools available will get you by... great stop for little oddball items like zip ties and magnetic tool trays... if you dont see it ASK.... they keep alot in the back.... and most are quick to help...A+++

I don’t normally do reviews but this is an exception! Got a really good knife sharpener today. For $2.99 it works perfect! Cashier was nice and so was the other worker who showed me the sharpeners.

Good for cheap consumables like sand paper.

You have to watch what you buy here but no more than at other stores. They have low cost solutions to most of your tool needs.

Rich Smith Store Supervisor in BayCity. Argued with me. Lies to me about ability to give cash refund and inventory of item to replace even after purchase of extended warranty. Called Saginaw right after leaving and they informed me he has been getting alot of complaints. He could of gave cash back witch he refused to do and said no inventory but Saginaw said he did. Very very rude. Threatening me he didnt even have to have me in store if he didnt want to after I questioned. Dont buy extended warranty or go to Bay City

A place to get tools and some other out door things

This location is the best one around the Tri-Cities area. I purchase a trailer kit from the Saginaw location and there were pieces missing out of the box. I called the Saginaw location and they werent very willing to help me. I called the Bay City location and got Brandon. He was a supervisor there and he was very willing tonight only make sure they had a kitten that matched my trailer kit. But, he was willing to go through boxes of kids he had and find the parts that I required. Brandon went above and beyond to help me out and I will now be taking all my business to the Bay City Harbor Freight.

Lines are kinda slow, prices keep getting higher. Went here for jack stands ended up paying $65 for 17-in tall jack stands for my truck ended up seeing them at Walmart for 30 bucks that actually were a little taller

I love having a Harbor Freight closer to home. The only downside, is this store seems to carry less stock than the Saginaw location. As long as you are selective on what tools you buy from this discount supplier, you shouldn’t go wrong.

There was less than half the welders and air compressors in stock than were advertised and when asked to look up alternate items the cashier was less than happy to help. Ended up driving 1.5 hour round trip for nothing. I suggest you call and have them double check what exact items are in stock!!

This is a brand new store that stands alone instead of being in a strip mall. they have just about everything you need and a lot of stuff you dont but stuff that you want. You do get what you pay for with harbor freight sometimes. However recently theyve gotten better quality tools in. Their icon brand seems to be pretty good. Overall its a great store for any person that likes to shop for tools. Now that theres no Sears anymore.

Finally a Harbor Freight without the drive to Saginaw! Nice clean layout. Clerks seem knowledgeable about where things are and will take you there. They carry about everything a home diyer will ever need plus. Usually 3 tier choices good better best. Can get away with good most of the time.

What can I say its a Harbor Freight. They have about everything you need tool wise, generally a couple different price levels. If youre buying to use in your business get the higher quality, just a weekend kind of guy the cheaper ones will work just fine.

Large selection of items do get you through whatever you are doing. Went in looking for a 3 thumb press wire pick up (usually used in mechanics), found a Man with a manager, or which I believed was a manager badge, to help me. Never coming in before I thought it was in the location he directed me to, with no result... Said we didnt have it. Hmm, so walking around more, about 6mins being in the store, a young lady approached me and asked me that magical question Sir, we require you to have a mask in this store. 😕🤨🙄🙄 Passing her most generous offer I located my item down the welding section and proceeded to search for the person who should have known where things were, to show him where it was. Glad I found what I came in for, but it was a tad painful... a store manager should have a good knowledge of where and what is in the store they manage... Also, you guys really need to get over the Do you have a Mask question. The country and area needs to move on over this!! If you want to wear one fine, if you dont,then dont feel it is your duty to ask a patron if they have something, they obviously dont require if it isnt already on their person.👍🏻

Folks here are very friendly, and understand that all people arent super tool savvy. Even so, they dont give you an attitude and are happy to help.

New store so of course its clean and organized. Prices are climbing for tools that you want cheap because you might only use it a couple times a year. Thats my only complaint.

Nice store, friendly staff. However the cashier told me the 15% no exclusion coupon would apply to my purchase... But when I got home and checked the receipt it did not.Called the store and was told it wouldnt apply .. next time Ill just go to Menards.
