Great, great, great service, staff is amazing and very helpful whenever we go for something we need. The management should be very happy with the staff here. I feel its the best ACE hardware store we have been too. We travel a lot and visited many ACE stores. This one is on my Best List for sure!

I bought a Penn saltwater fishing reel here the other day and the customer service was extraordinary. Sandy helped me and when I had a slight problem with the way something was setup with the line on it she did not hesitate to make it right. Friendly and helpful. I will be back whenever I am in Bay City.

This store is our favorite place to browse & shop. We rarely walk out of here empty handed, always finding something we like if we dont come for something specific. Employees are always asking if we need help, and when we do need it they come through for us. Checkout is a breeze with helpful smiling faces.

Very well laid out and stocked for most needs. *Rude.. updated..5/6/21.Had met owner today and seen what type of man walks without God again. Started a conversation about a repair and he blew me off and walked away to do something he thought was more important then finishing what we started for service on a piece of equipment. He didnt like that it wasnt purchased at his store and told me flat out he didn6think I was telling the truth and where I purchased my equipment. Im a certified OPE graduate and small business owner graduate as well. He should consider going back to school and learning how to operate a business with better ethics and mannerism. Im also a spiritual advisor and healer. I will use a better place for my needs until he can treat people respectfully,I will not return here or suggest that anyone else does. The staff greeted me as i walked in, not being familiar with the store, people were very helpful pointing me to what i needed to find. Plus i saw some housewares in there i never would have dreamed they would sell. Like cupcake pans and jarring and stuff. Plus alot of the Milwaukee brand powertools, that i use, are cheaper here than at home depot or lowes. Will be back in often.

5 stars for every visit. Employees are eager to assist and I never have to search for someone when i do need help. Plenty of registers i dont think Ive ever had to wait in line👌

Really like this hardware store. Had been going to couple others near by, but they seemed to not have what looking for, or you have to hunt for it, cause nobody gonna help you. Ace associates very helpful.

I have never been to a store with young kids that were so friendly respectful and helpful. Wish I could say the same for other stores in Bay City, that is a big plus for me they will keep getting my business I was blown away there are still good kids out there. I highly recommend this store

Love this place. Friendly, helpful people and a large selection of items from grills to tools to lawn care. And a great selection of loose nuts and bolts. Our big white dog loves it there too! So glad Ace came to Bay City.

Very nice Ace store. At the time of my visit it had been open less than a yr. The place is huge and has everything under the sun.A better selection of hardware than anywhere else in Bay City. I dont think they have lumber sales but they have anything else you might need. A better selection than the other 2 stores in town. Every employee I walked by in the store would ask if I needed any help finding something.

Staff is eager to help, a little too eager. You almost feel harassed by how many staff members approach you and follow you around. Pricing is ridiculously expensive but you have dont mind spending a wad of cash, they do have nice items. Definitely not my go to.

Great place, very friendly and helpful. They have quite the variety for being a store in bay city. Sign up for the rewards membership, it doesnt cost anything and for every $25 you spend, you get a coupon in the mail for $5 off. Have to deduct a star because their prices on items are a little higher than if you would go to lowes, home depot, academy, etc.

Surprisingly this store has a lot of great things besides tools. I found the perfect beveled mirror for my bathroom which I couldnt even find in Lowes or Home Depot.

I placed an order with the store that did not make it onto the truck at the warehouse. I wanted to be irritated but I knew it wasnt the stores fault. The next shipment was due in the following Tuesday. I called the store Monday morning to ensure they contacted the warehouse to make sure my products made it to the truck. I found I didnt need to. Management had already been on the phone with the warehouse and they made sure I had my products when the next truck came in.

Probably the best Ace I’ve been to. Every time I walk in there is someone to greet me ask if I need help finding anything. Stock and customer service is outstanding!

Needed to get a spare transponder key made for my truck. The programmer was having difficulties with my truck. The associate helping me was very personal and helped until the job was done. Made a customer out of me. Ill be back for my hardware needs.

Im here atleast 2-3 times a week buying stuff i need for the houses i fix up.usually staff is on point and im guessing they have a new employee by the name is sabrina(the only black enployee) when i was ready to check out she approached me in a rude manner And continued to go about her personal atttitude and not following her job duties and making rude comments on the iitems i was returning and purchasing.Those type of people do not belong working cashier jobs! I had a horrible experiance today

Cleanest, nicest hardware store in Bay City. The staff were eager to help and were knowledgeable. And, I was able to purchase a new faucet and garbage disposal for less than advertised at Home Depot!
