Great employees, very kind and patient when I bring my severely disabled daughter to the store (she loves to go even though she can cause a ruckus). Great management.

Wow their bulk breakfast sausage is way to salty. We have bought it before and it was salty but figured we would try it again just in case it was a fluke. But it wasn’t not a fan. Gents the 2 stars. Won’t buy it again we are done with it.

I never buy meat from here its usually bad or expiring soon and over prices as well as the fruit is always bad or not ripped! The prices here are actually higher than Walmart! And atleast Walmart gives you a bag

This is really an awesome neighborhood grocery store. They have all the essentials at very good prices. I like how laid back yet hard working the staff here are. They really make this grocery store something the South End of Bay City can appreciate.Also props to the employee who yelled at someone for trying to hoarde toilet paper during the pandemic. Staff like this needs to be rewarded.

Starting to carry brand name items of higher prices.

We were at the Bay City store. Since the Midland store closed I have felt lost. I was very impressed with the Bay City store. Prices were good. The store was very clean, it smelled good and every employee we came into contact with was very polite and had such a nice sense of humor. Thank you Bay City Save A Lot.

Great place to do your shopping. Great prices and a great place to save a lot of money. This store lives up to its name in my opinion. Store is always clean with friendly and helpful staff. Its normally easy to get in and out quick except sometimes there is a bit of a wait, ussually around rush hour time.

I was not at Sav alot today

It was a little dirty but thats I guess to be expected with the weather the way it is. It is huge and they have a lot of stuff in there they just didnt have what I wanted. But I will check them out again their prices seem to be lower.

Nice place to grab a few quick items. Some prices are lower than most places but I found a lot of them were comparable to big box stores. They do have a decent selection of produce! Milk and eggs are at a great price. Store was clean and stocked nicely. They could use maybe another cashier up front but other than that its not a bad place to shop.

The cashiers are usually friendly but today my cashier (Ian) was not friendly! He did not greet me, the only words spoken was the total. No thank you no have a nice day, nothing! Yet I herd him talk with the previous two customers ahead of me. I did nothing to warrant this behavior and I am outraged at the poor customer service I received!!!!

I thought save a lot was going to be cheap and out dated. This place has proven to be clean and very caring of their customers. We shop here every week and get very good service and product.

I love sav a lot! Good prices on their meats. There are a couple of their canned goods I wont buy but other than that I buy all their products.

The canned goods and breakfast stuff is good and at a great price. The fruits and vegetables suck. Rotten tomatoes. Meat is questionable. Frozen foods are freezer burned. Its not my favorite place to shop but when I need eggs and stuff Ill run in. Friendly staff.

Always clean and stocked. Employee are agreat. I find most things comparable to regular brands. Try to remember to bring your own bags. Or use there boxes. You can buy bags if you want!

Very friendly and helpful workers. The is clean everything straightened out all over the store. Prices are less than most stores unless on sale. Take a looking see and judge for yourself.

The story was not very clean. There was only one cashier working. She was very good at her job and very kind and apologetic about how long it took until she scanned our food which was only two things. We ended up waiting almost 15 minutes. It was not the cashiers fault either she did an amazing job! A manager should have came out and helped and got on the other register.

I Love this place for more expensive cuts meat. I bought The Bone Steaks for $3.98 a pound. They are cut daily. I have had their Meat before and I was not disappointed.

Its a great store for food you run out of frequently, like milk and bread. The produce is minimal and so is the meat selection.

They need to stay open for the hours posted. Go there tonight and they are closing at 8 PM and several people pulled up to go inside so I was not the only one.
